This establishment ripped me off at the time of purchase of the vehicle. Then they will not honor my request to them NOT call me with all of their 'special' I have requested no fewer that ten times for them to cease calling me. Yesterday I made the same request, only to have them call me again today. They indicate no request is logged in their files. So they are ignoring me as a potential repeat customer. What PR?

When my husband and I found the vehicle that we wanted to purchase, the salesman we had was great. Going into finance was a different story. We finally had a payment that we were comfortable with a low APR and we were happy with the amount they gave us for our trade-in. When we finished signing the contract, they told us congratulations and we left in our new car. Two weeks after purchase my husband gets a phone car from kia saying we need to come back in to sign a different contract. So not thinking anything we went back in, finance dept told us we were approved at a different bank for the same payments same APR and same trade-in value so we signed. About a week later finance called again telling us to come back in to sign more paperwork, so we made the appointment to meet. The day of appointment we arrive and my husband and I with our kids are waiting an hour for someone we never came so we left extremely angry. Two days later they call us back saying they needed to meet with us about the paperwork. We called back saying we couldn't that day and in return one of the finance ladies calls and leaves a message saying "if we don't come in and fix the issue I am going to call the police and report the car stolen." my husband and I were so confused at this point because we had our contract plus insurance on the vehicle already. So my husband and I not wanting any trouble we went in to see what the issue was. In the finance dept they told us that are payments were doubled and they wanted an additional $500 down on top of our $2200 trade-in. We were so confused because the contract we were told we were approved for was already signed. So we told them we didnt want the car anymore and for them to give us our trade-in back. They gave us the keys but refused to give us the title. We argued for about 40 minutes about the title of the car because apparently the managers weren't able to get it out of the business office. I told them if they didn't get my title of the car I was going to call the cops and the finance lady admitted by saying "call the cops, they are here all the time." so my husband called them and about 10 minutes later they arrived and on that very second a manager comes out and hands over my registration and title to the trade-in. They were trying to take both vehicles away. We will never do business with this company again. But we are not done with our complaints against them.

Zach W[redacted] has been super helpful in finding myself and my husband a used Kia Soul that fits in our price range. He works hard to look for the car that you not only need but the car that you want. He aims to please his customers and puts their needs first.

Had a great time with Zachary W. I couldnt buy a car as my credit was not good enough to allow for the car I wanted. Coming back in a couple months to try agian..

I was price shopping for a 2015kia optima for over two weeks. I called in camelback kia and spoke with a man named Andre S[redacted]. We set an appointment for a saturday morning. I was trading in an old chevy aveo that wasnt worth much hut andre still treated me well and said he was interested in my car. Long story short I got a good deal on my trade in and a great deal on my new kia optima! Thank you so much andre! I will be sending people your way

All paperwork has been cancelled with the banks.  No further action will taken.

Went to look for a car for our daughter who is going off to college. Zachary W[redacted] did great to answer our questions. He was very professional and courteous.

our store and in dealing with Hyundai Roadside Assistance.  Her complaint addressed that she was unhappy with the new 2015 Elantra's coming from the factory with the Tire Mobility Kit instead of a new tire, and that she had been promised a spare tire by a Sales Representative who is no longer employed by our dealership.  For this reason, I left my personal cell phone number for Ms. [redacted] to reach me directly.  As the General Manager of Camelback Hyundai, I pride myself on having happy customer's who remain loyal to the dealership and the Hyundai brand for many years to come.  As of April 6, 2015, I have yet to receive a call back from Ms. [redacted], and have not been given an opportunity to discuss the concerns addressed in letter she submitted on March 26, 2015.Ms. [redacted] and/ or the Revdex.com are welcome to reach me directly, at ###-###-####, if there are any further questions or concerns regarding this matter.Sincerely, [redacted]General ManagerCamelback Hyundai

Camelback Hyundai created a very fun and relaxed car shopping experience for me. I worked with Kurt F[redacted], whom provided the best customer service ever! Although I ended up not buying, once I am able to do so, I will be going back and working with Kurt.

I love the amount of stock they have. Along with the service. Great place to get a car. Two thumbs up.

This place is dishonest and will not hold true to their word on the deal. Was given a price out the door on several cars that I was interested in for my daughter. Drove all the way from South Gilbert. When I got there 1 was sold and the other one was still there. After spending several hours there and test driving, I went in to finalize the deal but the price was $2000.00 more. I wound up waking away. Got home and a manager called me and said to come right back that they would make the deal. It was 9:45 pm at that point so I told him maybe in the morning. After reading reviews about this place I want nothing to do with them as I cannot trust them. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I came in on a vehicle I saw on line and worked with Andrew J[redacted] and the manager Kurt... We have decided at this time to hold off at this time for personal reasons... But I wanted you to know they were both very polite and very professional and will be definitely going there when we decided to make a move..

I really enjoyed my experience there, Kurt F[redacted] was really helpful. I'm looking forward to returning for the rest of all my cars needs.
