My Customer Relations Manager has told me this customer was contacted and the work was done on her vehicle.  Unfortunately, the parts needed to fix the vehicle took some time to arrive.  The store fixed and paid for the repairs.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

 

Here are documents for my complaint. I have insurance documents, a part of the [redacted] report (indicating damage prior to my ownership, that is the only thing I can possibly think of regarding damage) and the document they signed saying I gave the vehicle back (as we agreed on in the first place) and they tried to lie about the miles on it (once I got the police involved they reluctantly gave out a number close to that on the odometer; not once did it say anything indicating that the car was damaged). I contacted the bank that the car was suppose to be financed from and there was no indication via my full name, my SSN, the last 8 of the VIN and the FULL VIN that they were suppose to finance it. Therefore everything is a lie on [redacted] part.

 

I have gotten the [redacted] and my bank (a fraud claim) out on this dealership. If there is anything you need from me please let me know, I would also like a confirmation email and/or telephone call stating you received this email from me.

I submitted an Inquiry on a particular vehicle . The Internet directors Kurt and Scott made everything as simple as can be. I let them know where I wanted to be monthly payment, had the vehicle pulled up for our appointment prior to me getting there. Exact color and features I wanted and got me taken care of. I just bought a new Elantra from these guys and they were great. I was upside down in my current truck but had to get something with better gas mileage. They offered me 1500 more for my truck than the other places I talked to which helped a bunch. I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a car. Ask for Justin W[redacted].

They use unethical marketing and sales tactics. They advertised a vehicle online and when you get to the dealership they tell you that there's non negotiable fees that increase the price of the used vehicle. Bait and switch. They also agreed on a deal with us then backed out of the deal at last minute. Very unethical salesman as well.

I came in to look at cars and was extremely nervous to be approached by what I thought would be a high pressure salesman and was pleasantly surprised to deal with Ada. She was extremely polite and helpful she made the experience stress free. I love my new car.
