Camelback Hyundai Kia

My experience with Jeremy Robertson as a salesman and Kurt fowler as his manager was outstanding from start to finish. They respected my time space and trade in value, they didn't hit me with any surprises when the buying process was happening. Overall I will be a life time customer of camelback hyundai because finding people that care in the car business is hard these days!

Little bit ago called Camelback Kia to look into a Kia Soul and spoke with Salesman Zach W[redacted] and I don't typically enjoy speaking to sales people however he made the experience low threat with no push into something I was not comfortable with. he also has done a great job of calling me periodically to ensure me that he is looking for the vehicle I want. I will deffinatley be returning.

I worked with a man named Andre s[redacted] when I walked in to look at a 2015 Kia soul we looked at three different ones and I finally found a yellow one I liked I don't like to negotiate but Andre made it an easy process. I love my Kia soul!

The customer came in on 6-21 to trade in the vehicle they were not happy with and purchased a different vehicle which we both determined would satisfy their needs.

To Whom It May Concern:The complaint Ms. [redacted] submitted to your organization requesting a key and floor mats was sent in prior to her deal being finalized by our dealership.  After reviewing her file and speaking with the customer about her concerns, Ms. [redacted] came in to our store...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

We have forwarded to Miss [redacted] the balance owed to her for licensing as did, the [redacted].  I would gladly send a survey, however, the survey on the purchase of a new vehicle expires 30 days from the date of purchase and there is no way to reopen it.

This customer was contacted by my Title Clerk this morning.  The customers plates were mailed out on 6-5-14 from the DMV.  We are unable to process a customers plates until we get funding from the lending institution.  Sometimes this takes longer than anticipated.

How many times can one do business with auto dealership and have the most fantastic experience, My experience with Camelback Hyundai Sales Department and sales people, Scott M[redacted] and Bernie were exceptional. Professional and respectful. Everyone greets me greets me as they walk by me. Makes me feel part of the family. Mike Heard and his team are polite, respectful and eager to do the right thing every time. Yes, not just the first visit, but every visit! The treatment I had with Bernie and Scott made them my first thought when my neighbors, friends and families needed a cars. I would strongly recommend Camelback Hyundai as everyone's first if not last stop for car buying. They'll do an outstanding customer service.
