The sales and finance staff are nice and friendly. This should have been a sign. I had to resign the paperwork for my car multi times. Each signing brought with it a higher interest rate. 2 or 3 weeks after originally signing, they finally found a lender. The car is 3 years old, $15,000 financed. I immediately need to replace the tires, approx $450, the brakes need replacing and the a/c blower motor is going out as well. The dealership said they will look at the a/c but they will not fix it. The need to replace the tires is partially due to the poor quality previous alignment job. The dealer agreed to re-align but not until after the loan is funded. Now that I have called the lien holder and confirmed that the loan has funded, (the dealership never called to inform me), I will attempt to get the alignment through the service department. The person that helped me in finance, set me up on a bi-weekly payment plan, which is awesome and makes sense as it reduces interest and pays off the loan early. However, he failed to disclose that I would be making a double payment within a one month time frame. $433, two weeks later $215, two week later another $215.

In total, I spent around 16-20 hours in this dealership. Most of the time was spent waiting and the staff not communicating what was going on.

It seemed as if the car I drove home was the only car that they wanted to show me, it was also the first car they showed me. I insisted on driving one other car. Immediately after the test drive, the dealer insisted that we keep talking about the first car they showed me.

Nothing like grabbing all of your spare change for a down payment, then having to do it again to make repairs to a freshly financed $15,000 car, and then doing it one more time to cover the first months payments.

If I were to do this process again, there is no way I would accept this car in its current condition, I would have walked away when they were not able to find a lender on the spot, (they said that's normal, but truth is, every other dealer will know your lender before you walk out the door). and having to sign multi times, not very professional. This is far from being the first car I have ever financed, this was not a normal experience.

I went here last Thursday to look into getting a new car. The sales rep Ada was super helpful and was able to answer all my questions. I was completely satisfied with my experience and will definitely go back to get my next car.

My customer service representative is trying to contact this customer.  We will handle any issue with this sales person.

went to Camelback KIA on 8 May 2014 with my son to purchase a KIA Soul. Salesman "[redacted]" was nice and polite, made deal for car. Finance man was rude and obnoxious . Signed papers for deal and left. 5 days later got call to come back and sign final papers, I said what final papers we already signed papers. Said they where only preliminary papers. No mention was made before that these were preliminaery papers. Said it was AZ Law that they could do this.. Price of car went up $1,000 anmd finance charge went up from 6.9 % to over 12%. Finance man was ruder and more obnoxious than before. Stay away from this dealer. In my opinion they are very dishonest at the very least.

I was hesitant on going into the dealership just from reading previous reviews l. Let me just say I was glad I went into camelback kia and got to work with Andre S[redacted]. He made the process of finding my new kia pleasant and even fun. I will refer anybody to see Andre S[redacted] at camelback kia

I bought my last car from Andre S[redacted] when he was with Nissan a few years back. I called him and found out he was with camelback Kia. I went in on a Sunday to trade out of my Altima and into an optima. Andre is always great to work with and I send all of my friends and family to him

Stay away from Camelback Hyundai Kia!!! They did the classic bait and switch. We called for a vehicle that was listed online and the manager said he would have it ready for us in the morning. We showed up to test drive the vehicle and low and behold it was sold the night before. We found this out after the salesman took 30 minutes to try and locate the vehicle. They tried to sell us another vehicle with a sticker price of $6,000 higher than the one online. We were promised a gift card and a full tank of gas for us having to drive across town to view the vehicle, neither of which we received. Lies and terrible customer service from the salesman all the way up to the GM who we demanded to talk to before we left. We have been looking at cars for 6 months all over the valley and this was by far the most shady and dishonest dealership that we have dealt with. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to ANYONE, regardless of the "deals" they seem to have!

I had a great experience dealing with Kurt F[redacted]r. He was beyond helpful and when I'm ready to buy a vehicle I will come back and see him.

I had a great experience with Camelback Kia! Zachary E. was a great help and helped me pick out my Kia Sorento. He was probably the nicest car salesman I've met, and helped me get my payments down to where I wanted them to be!

I had the best experience ever. Stress free and straight to the point. Rebounding friends and family to go there. Not pushy to do anything. Management is great too!

Camelback Kia made it easy for me and my my family to purchase our 2015 Kia optima we worked with Andre s[redacted] and boy was I surprised with how well he treated us. Please if you are interested in a Kia go see Andre at camelback Kia!

I recently went into the Camelback Kia to just LOOK, but not necessarily purchase a car that day. I met with a nice young fellow Andre. Before I knew it I drove off in a new Kia! Mr. Stansbury reminded me of my own son. A really nice, down-to-earth young man. Camelback Kia rocks and so does my new Kia!!

I had a great experience with camelback Kia and I just wanted to take a minute to give thanks to Andre s[redacted] and the entire camelback Kia staff. I didn't have to negotiate Kong at all to get to the price I wanted. Andre was very polite and took the time to show me all of the features. Thank you mr s[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I have made numerous attempts and they have not returned my call. I even called [redacted] who stated to give him a call and he would help me out. I called Monday morning, I stated who I was, he stated I just walked in, can I call you back in an hour on your cell number. I said yes. It is now Wed. he has not returned my phone call. I have even reached out to [redacted] news station where they have talked to them. Even [redacted] from the news station stated they have the worst customer service and were rude to her. My experience with Camelback Hyundai was outstanding. I had the pleasure to work with Scott M[redacted] and Mika G[redacted] and they were awesome. When I went into the store I was not planning on buying that day because I had been shopping around and I still had 2 more places that I wanted to checking out. However their customer service was so excellent and they were very professional. One of the thing that really impressed me was that they were concerned about my time. They made me feel like I was a priority and because of that I brought my car from them that day.

Mr. Andre S[redacted] from Camelback Hyundai Kia was very helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend him. Thank you!

To whom it may concern, After reviewing all of the documents in Ms [redacted] deal, we have honored the price that Ms [redacted] negotiated on the date of purchase.  Attached is the agreed upon price signed by Ms [redacted].  The paperwork she states she has, was left by...

Mr [redacted] in the vehicle and I request that those legal, private documents be returned to the dealership immediately either by mail or hand delivery.   We have since by Ms [redacted] request cancelled her warranty.  I don't feel that any monetary compensation is due.
