To whom it may concern,

After a visit to our store and conversations with [redacted], and [redacted].  We delivered [redacted] his vehicle on 10/23/2014.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I am dissatisfied with their response due to the fact that the dealership had my system removed and then it was lost or stolen on their property in their care I have the proper paperwork that states that they were to remove the system and reinstall it into my new vehicle however a week later a tree fell on my vehicle so I returned to the dealership to pick up my belongings which was my system and I was informed that it was lost or stolen . They then said that when I chose a new car that they would put a new system into a new car but only if I pick a new car because my system was stolen or lost at the dealership I chose not to get a new car through them so at this point they decided to treat me really unprofessionally and they are not wanting to reimburse me replace my possessions absolutely nothing and I feel that they're responsible for losing or having my possessions stolen. 
 

I do not have the original receipts for my system, nobody obtains items like that anymore however I do have the( we owe) document stating  exactly what was in my car two headrest monitor TVs and DVD player  75000 watt Rockford Fosgate amp and my box with 12 inch speakers one complete piece which was also Rockford Fosgate in brand.

Scam artists. They advertised a car on their website for $10000. I called and asked what the price would be with tax tag title. The salesman Bill Hanson said add 14%. I told him my mother would come in to look at the car.

When she arrived they said they couldn't give her that price. Instead it would be $15000, a 50% mark up. They then tried to get her to look at other cars. Total waste of time.

Bait and switch. Lost leader. Whatever you want to call it, these guys are scammers pure and simple.

Justin S[redacted], Camelback Hyundai's General Manager, personally spoke with Mr. [redacted] to discuss his concerns.  Mr. S[redacted] reviewed and talked through all of the paperwork and contract that Mr. [redacted] agreed to and signed.  Unfortunately, we believe after speaking with our...

customer, that he is having a case of buyer's remorse as he has brought up different items that are not supported by the paperwork.  For example, Mr. [redacted] has brought up that his payoff for his recently purchased vehicle is $51,000 and we have supplied him documentation from his lienholder of an actual payoff of $47,000.  We have done everything we can to try to talk through the customer's concerns and understand that there is nothing further that we can do to satisfy his request of a refund that was not negotiated at the time of the purchase.

My husband and I purchased a Hyundai Sonata from this dealership. It was such a great experience! We did our due diligence on the car, pricing, as well as local dealerships. We would absolutely recommend going to Camelback Hyundai! The GSM William F[redacted] was amazing! He got us a great deal in the model and color we wanted. Also was very fair on our trade-in. He is very knowledgable and patient. I will be making sure that friend, family and our church members know where to come. We will definitely be back.

I just wanted to write a review, which I rarely do but I stopped in Camelback Kia and was helped by a young man named Andre Stansberry. I hate car dealerships, but Andre made my experience very pleasant. I will definitely return to Camelback Kia to do service and see Andre again.

I have been buying kias through camelback kia for years. Even when they were owned by nick mayer. This time when I bought my new optima I worked with a young man named andre s[redacted]. He did everything he told me he would over the phone. I feel like I got a great deal and the best customer service. Thanks again andre!

Had a great experience at Camelback, I was treated fair and with respect. Kurt F[redacted] was the most helpful during my visit. He made sure I understood everything and when I come back to buy my car it will be because of him.

We did finally get our tags, but I still have a car that they lied to me about that I cannot drive because now they will  not install the handles [redacted] promised, so I can get in and out and I still cannot use my lift on the car like I was told. Nor did I even get an apology about the way [redacted] treated me.

Our response remains the same, I have forwarded to you, all of the documents signed by Ms [redacted] stating that she would be responsible for the miles, or days of use on the vehicle that she attempted to purchase if financing was not obtained. I would be glad to forward this to you again.  This would be in addition to the damage on the vehicle.

On August 6, 2014, I spoke directly with [redacted] we have agreed to pay the registration  fees of $160.00 that she requested.  We would like to apologize for any inconveniences that she has experienced.Thank you [redacted]...

Worst car buying experience ever!!! They lied to me multiple times!! I was told even with a cosigner I would have high payments, I agreed. Then I was told to have a different cosigner to lower my payments, which I did not have. I was then told if I didnt have a different cosigner I could not keep my car, but if I got someone I could keep my vehicle and that all I needed was to come in and sign new paperwork and upon arriving I found out they knew they would take my car and only chose not to tell me so I would drive it there and they would not have to pay for tow fees. Told 3 different lies by 3 different employees. All I got out of the manager when I asked if his people were either lying or did not know what they were talking about was "oh well it is what it is"

I came in to Camelback Hyundai to look for a Santa Fe for my family. It has plenty of room for my kids. The car was great, that was a given. What was to my great surprise was that my experience was wonderful. The staff was very professional and not trying to constantly up sell me with was very refreshing. I left happy, and knowing I got a good deal. I'm coming back to this dealership for sure.

It was my first new car buying experience and I have been very interested in Kia's. I was very nervous to buy a new car but hopeful I wouldn't get taken advantage of. Victor G. was the salesman that helped me. He was very nice and considerate, and patient with all of my questions. I didn't feel any pressure to buy right away. We simply went over all of the benefits of each car. He was very knowledgeable and I had a pleasent experience overall. Kudos to Victor and Camelback Kia

To Whom It May Concern:After several messages left for the customer, Ms. [redacted] has contacted us and we had had an opportunity to discuss her concerns regarding her Hyundai not coming from the factory with a spare tire.  We explained to the customer that Hyundai's now come with a Tire Repair Kit as a space saving feature.  We also told Ms. [redacted] that while she may have had a personal agreement with someone who used to work for our company about possibly getting her a tire, there was no documentation to confirm anything had been promised to her.  We want Ms. [redacted] to be happy with her purchase from our store and remain a loyal customer of Camelback Hyundai. Definitely can see why this dealer only has 2 stars on Google, 1 star on [redacted] and an 'F' Rating with the Revdex.com! During my visit here not 1, not 2 but 6 other parties stormed out of there mad. They promise to make it quick but waste your valuable time. I told them my expectations and they play games. I would think since I am looking at Hyundai's flagship car (Equus) that they would be straight forward and stop playing the same stupid [redacted] dealership games (1st offer usually shows you overpaying for the vehicle (Full Addendum Sticker Price) (NEVER PAY FOR ANY ADDS!), the dealer keeping all rebates and you putting $12,000 down). Then they'll ask you what you want to pay and they make you sign the offer sheet saying 'I will drive today if you can meet my numbers. Don't bother going in. There's a reason why they are slow on a Saturday.

I thoroughly enjoyed my car buying experience at Camelback Hyundai. After working with manager Kurt, I'll definitely be going back to purchase my next vehicle!
