My experience with Camelback Hyundai was outstanding. I had the pleasure to work with Scott M[redacted] and Mika G[redacted] and they were awesome. When I went into the store I was not planning on buying that day because I had been shopping around and I still had 2 more places that I wanted to checking out. However their customer service was so excellent and they were very professional. One of the thing that really impressed me was that they were concerned about my time. They made me feel like I was a priority and because of that I brought my car from them that day.

I had the best experience ever. Stress free and straight to the point. Rebounding friends and family to go there. Not pushy to do anything. Management is great too!

This establishment ripped me off at the time of purchase of the vehicle. Then they will not honor my request to them NOT call me with all of their 'special' I have requested no fewer that ten times for them to cease calling me. Yesterday I made the same request, only to have them call me again today. They indicate no request is logged in their files. So they are ignoring me as a potential repeat customer. What PR?

Had a great experience at Camelback, I was treated fair and with respect. Kurt F[redacted] was the most helpful during my visit. He made sure I understood everything and when I come back to buy my car it will be because of him.

I recently shopped at camelback Hyundai and was given one of the best experiences I've ever had. Kurt F[redacted] was attentive and helpful. I never felt pressured, and was given all the info I needed. If I choose Hyundai, Kurt has earned my business without question

Our response remains the same, I have forwarded to you, all of the documents signed by Ms [redacted] stating that she would be responsible for the miles, or days of use on the vehicle that she attempted to purchase if financing was not obtained. I would be glad to forward this to you again.  This would be in addition to the damage on the vehicle.

I just wanted to say thank you to andre s[redacted] at camelback kia. We were searching and searching for the right deal on a 2015 kia forte for our daughter. I got in touch with a young man named andre s[redacted] at the dealership. We set an appointment to bring our daugter into the dealership to test drive the forte. We only spent a total of 2 hours in he dealership and I expected it to be longer. Andre showed my daughter all of the features on the car and she loves it!

I worked with a man named Andre s[redacted] when I walked in to look at a 2015 Kia soul we looked at three different ones and I finally found a yellow one I liked I don't like to negotiate but Andre made it an easy process. I love my Kia soul!

I had a great experience with camelback Kia and I just wanted to take a minute to give thanks to Andre s[redacted] and the entire camelback Kia staff. I didn't have to negotiate Kong at all to get to the price I wanted. Andre was very polite and took the time to show me all of the features. Thank you mr s[redacted]

To Whom It May Concern:Upon receiving the reply from Ms. [redacted]'s Revdex.com followup, Mr. Justin S[redacted] reached out to her again.  She answered his phone call and said that she was upset that she had only received one voicemail from him but never called him back.  She would not let Mr. S[redacted] continue any conversation and stated that she was not going to talk to him regarding anything and hung up.  As she states in her Revdex.com followup, she is handling the matter with the Western Region Hyundai Consumer Affairs; her complaint is being dealt with by the manufacturer.  Ms. [redacted] had requested that her complaint be re-opened by the Revdex.com, but she will not discuss a desired s[redacted]ment or resolution from the dealership and Mr. S[redacted].  Sincerely,Tabitha A[redacted]Controller

I have made numerous attempts and they have not returned my call. I even called [redacted] who stated to give him a call and he would help me out. I called Monday morning, I stated who I was, he stated I just walked in, can I call you back in an hour on your cell number. I said yes. It is now Wed. he has not returned my phone call. I have even reached out to [redacted] news station where they have talked to them. Even [redacted] from the news station stated they have the worst customer service and were rude to her.
