This place is dishonest and will not hold true to their word on the dealWas given a price out the door on several cars that I was interested in for my daughterDrove all the way from South GilbertWhen I got there was sold and the other one was still thereAfter spending several hours there and test driving, I went in to finalize the deal but the price was $moreI wound up waking awayGot home and a manager called me and said to come right back that they would make the dealIt was 9:pm at that point so I told him maybe in the morningAfter reading reviews about this place I want nothing to do with them as I cannot trust themSTAY AWAY!!!!!

Good Afternoon, Per my conversation with Mr [redacted] He has agreed to come in on Monday the 15th to sit with our finance Director and go over his options If in fact we cannot reftify the situation, we will then cancel his warrantyThe refund will then go to the principal balance of his loan This will not change his monthly payment it will simply come off of the back end of the loan Per Mr [redacted] this is a good resolution for him and the dealershipThank you [redacted] Customer Relations Manager

I just wanted to say thank you to andre s [redacted] at camelback kiaWe were searching and searching for the right deal on a kia forte for our daughterI got in touch with a young man named andre s [redacted] at the dealershipWe set an appointment to bring our daugter into the dealership to test drive the forteWe only spent a total of hours in he dealership and I expected it to be longerAndre showed my daughter all of the features on the car and she loves it!

My experience with Jeremy Robertson as a salesman and Kurt fowler as his manager was outstanding from start to finishThey respected my time space and trade in value, they didn't hit me with any surprises when the buying process was happeningOverall I will be a life time customer of camelback hyundai because finding people that care in the car business is hard these days!

I took my mother in laws' car in for a recall service, while I was in town from TNwhen I arrived at the dealership, I decided to talk to a customer service/ sales agent about trading the car ini was BLESSED to have the opportunity to work with Ada R***! She was very pleasant and patient She listened to everything I said and actually paid attention; when it was time to show me the cars, she knew exactly what I was looking for! She let me test drive the car to my mother in laws house ,so that my mother in law could see the carwe had a great conversation on the way!!! she seems to be very smart , motivated and organized!! once back at Camelback Kia, she presented the proposed deal in a clear and concise mannerafter some compromise on both our parts and steve p [redacted] (the sales floor manager), I decided to keep the old car and also buy a new kia soul thank you ADA , STEVE & also, BRITTANY in the service department, ya'll made it the MOST PLEASANT experience I have ever had buying a car!

Ms [redacted] 's service contract was upgraded to include the maintenance coverage she was inquiring about I believe there was an error in processing when the contract was sent to the warranty company Her coverage was upgraded as of 07/26/13, the date she purchased the vehicle We have mailed the attached letter to Ms [redacted] , with the appropriate brochures for her coverage

How many times can one do business with auto dealership and have the most fantastic experience, My experience with Camelback Hyundai Sales Department and sales people, Scott M [redacted] and Bernie were exceptionalProfessional and respectfulEveryone greets me greets me as they walk by meMakes me feel part of the familyMike Heard and his team are polite, respectful and eager to do the right thing every timeYes, not just the first visit, but every visit! The treatment I had with Bernie and Scott made them my first thought when my neighbors, friends and families needed a carsI would strongly recommend Camelback Hyundai as everyone's first if not last stop for car buyingThey'll do an outstanding customer service Thank you Bernie and Scott

The business did contact me regarding this situation The only option for resolution offered to me was an exchange They essentially were willing to exchange (refund) the additional cost charged to me to repair the problem they caused in exchange for me completely deleting my complaintI asked them to provide this offer on writing and the service manager declined to do so Because this happened to me I was not willing to totally delete my complaintTo date there has been no further contact from the dealershipThe terms extended to me were completely unacceptableThe complaint is valid and they should make me whole by refunding the additional cost

I love the amount of stock they haveAlong with the serviceGreat place to get a carTwo thumbs up

Our response remains the same, I have forwarded to you, all of the documents signed by Ms [redacted] stating that she would be responsible for the miles, or days of use on the vehicle that she attempted to purchase if financing was not obtainedI would be glad to forward this to you again This would be in addition to the damage on the vehicle
