My experience with Camelback Hyundai was outstandingI had the pleasure to work with Scott M [redacted] and Mika G [redacted] and they were awesomeWhen I went into the store I was not planning on buying that day because I had been shopping around and I still had more places that I wanted to checking outHowever their customer service was so excellent and they were very professionalOne of the thing that really impressed me was that they were concerned about my timeThey made me feel like I was a priority and because of that I brought my car from them that day

I purchased a car from this business back in September and I have had atleast call a day for the last months from this business asking me if I want to trade my car in or come in and buy a new carI have asked every time that they call to remove my phone# from there list and to no availIf you purchase or even attempt to purchase a car from this business expect multiple calls and badgering for months

I was looking at the cars for sale on Camelback Kia's websiteI gave my contact info to get pricing on a vehicleThey sent me an email, and called me twice that day (9/27)I talked to them, thanked them for their info, and told the salesperson ( [redacted] ) that I'd contact them if I was interested in anything furtherThe salesperson ( [redacted] ), and some other sales people from Camelback Kia, called me: once on 9/27, twice on 10/8, once on 10/13, and twice on 10/I called them back and told them I'd make an appointment to look at cars on 10/17, and to stop calling me, as it's gotten to the point of harassment They called twice again on 10/ Sure enough, they called me on 10/before I even got to the dealership I met with a salesperson (female) and told her to have them stop calling meIt gotten to the point of harassment, and I don’t want to hear from themI’ll contact them further if interestedShe assured me that she’d let the people know not to call me anymoreOnce again, they called me later that day, after I left the dealershipNow they’re just trying to cause troubleWhen I answered they hung up without saying anything They called once on 10/and hung up when I answered, saying nothing They called me on 10/23, hanging up without saying anythingI called in asking to speak to the General Manager, but the person that answered said he was in a meeting, and that she could take a messageI told her what was going on, and to make sure that nobody from there calls me again, and that this was not the 1st time I’d requested they desist from calling meShe said that she’d take my phone number out of their systemIt didn’t happenWithin the next hour someone called me from there, TWICE, hanging up without saying anything again The next day, 10/24, a different salesperson called me, saying they wanted to know if I was still in the market for a carI told him I wasn’t in the market any longer, and that I’m getting harassed by people from there calling, often without saying anythingHe acted surprised, but said that he’d take care of itI told him if I get any more calls from their phone number, that I was going to take it to the next level, and report them to the appropriate authoritiesHe acknowledged, and hung up Someone from there called within the next minutes and hung up without saying anything I’ve gotten phone calls from there today; neither time was there a message left That’s approximately calls from that dealership, of which were after I told them to stop calling me What else must I do to stop being harassed by this company?

Hi Christopher, Claudia had told me in June that you have been designated as our complaint specialist and had sent me your information. I need your assistanceI am sending you this email in regards to complaint # *** for *** ***. My General Manager, Justin S***, spent
some time trying to reach Mr*** to discuss his issues. We had received notification that this complaint was closed for no response but we are now able to do so. MrS*** spoke to Mr*** concerning the color of the vehicle he purchased and explained the discount. MrS*** is willing to refund Zaktek and is waiting for Mr*** to call him back to decide if he wanted to move forward with that. Overall, the customer was upset that he bought a silver car and really wanted white. went to Camelback KIA on May with my son to purchase a KIA SoulSalesman "***" was nice and polite, made deal for carFinance man was rude and obnoxious Signed papers for deal and leftdays later got call to come back and sign final papers, I said what final papers we already signed papersSaid they where only preliminary papersNo mention was made before that these were preliminaery papersSaid it was AZ Law that they could do thisPrice of car went up $1,anmd finance charge went up from % to over 12%Finance man was ruder and more obnoxious than beforeStay away from this dealerIn my opinion they are very dishonest at the very least

This is the best dealership I have ever been to! Andre S*** is the most polite, non-pushy salesman I have ever encounteredI can't thank him enough for the positive experience I hadCamelback Kia is #in my book!

Little bit ago called Camelback Kia to look into a Kia Soul and spoke with Salesman Zach W*** and I don't typically enjoy speaking to sales people however he made the experience low threat with no push into something I was not comfortable withhe also has done a great job of calling me periodically to ensure me that he is looking for the vehicle I wanti will deffinatley be returning

My husband and I purchased a Hyundai Sonata from this dealershipIt was such a great experience! We did our due diligence on the car, pricing, as well as local dealershipsWe would absolutely recommend going to Camelback Hyundai! The GSM William F* was amazing! He got us a great deal in the model and color we wantedAlso was very fair on our trade-inHe is very knowledgable and patientI will be making sure that friend, family and our church members know where to comeWe will definitely be back
