The business did contact me regarding this situation The only option for resolution offered to me was an exchange
They essentially were willing to exchange (refund) the additional cost charged to me to repair the problem they caused in exchange for me completely deleting my complaintI asked them to provide this offer on writing and the service manager declined to do so Because this happened to me I was not willing to totally delete my complaintTo date there has been no further contact from the dealershipThe terms extended to me were completely unacceptableThe complaint is valid and they should make me whole by refunding the additional cost

Justin S***, Camelback Hyundai's General Manager, personally spoke with Mr*** to discuss his concerns. MrS*** reviewed and talked through all of the paperwork and contract that Mr*** agreed to and signed. Unfortunately, we believe after speaking with our
customer, that he is having a case of buyer's remorse as he has brought up different items that are not supported by the paperwork. For example, Mr*** has brought up that his payoff for his recently purchased vehicle is $51,and we have supplied him documentation from his lienholder of an actual payoff of $47,000. We have done everything we can to try to talk through the customer's concerns and understand that there is nothing further that we can do to satisfy his request of a refund that was not negotiated at the time of the purchase

I went into Camelback Kia last weekMy salesman was a young man Andre S*I felt very comfortable with him as I am leery of salesmanHe was upfront and honestI will definitely refer friends and family to Camelback KIa and have them ask for this nice, honest young man Andre I love my new KIa Soul

Camelback Hyundai created a very fun and relaxed car shopping experience for meI worked with Kurt F*, whom provided the best customer service ever! Although I ended up not buying, once I am able to do so, I will be going back and working with Kurt

I came in to Camelback Hyundai to look for a Santa Fe for my familyIt has plenty of room for my kidsThe car was great, that was a givenWhat was to my great surprise was that my experience was wonderfulThe staff was very professional and not trying to constantly up sell me with was very refreshingI left happy, and knowing I got a good deal I'm coming back to this dealership for sure

We have forwarded to Miss *** the balance owed to her for licensing as did, the *** ** ** I would gladly send a survey, however, the survey on the purchase of a new vehicle expires days from the date of purchase and there is no way to reopen it

I was promised a refund of approximately $from the two year's license tabs I had just purchased for the car I was trading in, and instead they applied part of that money owed me to the license tabs on the new vehicle, and sent me the difference I will never be satisfied with their "we've done everything we can" response, because they cheated me out of approximately $and they refuse to make it right
I was promised $for filling out a survey, which they refused to send me after requests I want to fill out the survey and I want the $they promised me If the survey "isn't there any longer" as they state, then I want the $mailed to me

My Customer Relations Manager has told me this customer was contacted and the work was done on her vehicle. Unfortunately, the parts needed to fix the vehicle took some time to arrive. The store fixed and paid for the repairs
