I was contacted by [redacted] on 6/23. We agreed to have meeting on 6/27. I called numerous times and got no reponse. His secretary said he would call  me right back,he has not.

I went to go buy a used car at the Camelback Hyundai dealership in Phoenix. When I entered the facility I was really about to not take the deal. After trying to walk out several times they kept approaching me. I took their deal. During the signing I asked several times you do take credit cards? They said yes. I kept asking are you sure about this deal as I do not want to come back down and they said yes. I dealt with Andrew in the fiance department. After a week went by I never heard from them but I received a phone call from Capital One asking about my loan stating that the dealership should know better that they do not take credit cards. I called several times through out the following week leaving messages for Andrew which is never available. Then I finally receive a phone call back stating that I must come down there. I advised them that I work a lot of hours and my only days off is Friday and Saturday. I tried to speak to Andrew but all he did was interrupt me and never let me finish. All I wanted to know was if my deal was changing and the price because if its not what I want I was going to be returning the vehicle. Andrew was very rude and did not want to talk to me and kept talking down to me and then hung up. This is the worse customer service I ever received and I will NEVER do business with any Camelback dealerships in or around the Phoenix metro area.

Jared Sullinger did an excellent job assisting me with the purchase of my new vehicle! He also provided me with a more fair trade in price after we reviewed the previous quote. Thank you!!

The refunded amount for this cancellation with be sent to his lein holder, and applied to the balance owed on his loan.Mr. [redacted] also had concerns that in the near future his water pump and timing belt may need to be replaced. Our response remains the same, Ms [redacted]  received her refund not only from us, but also from the [redacted], she is still responsible for the cost of her plates on the vehicle she purchased.  I cannot resend the KIA survey it is no longer available, and not all customers receive one.  I am not aware of any promises made regarding $50.00  and this was not part of the original complaint.
