I was given a online quote for Hydunai Sonata SE at $18,I have approved car loan before I went to the dealer with a better interest rateI test drove the car and I told the sales man I will take the car and I also had a approved car loanThen this salesman told me that for me to get the online quoted price I need to go with their financing which is at higher interest rateI agreed to that and he also told me for all the cars they sell Zaktek is mustHe was so pushy and I made a mistake by not backing off from the deal
When I checked at the agreed car again I saw some scratches on the carThe salesman said I can bring back the car later so they can buff it up as it may rain next day
When I went to financing this guy tried to sell me all the extended warranty stuff which I deniedWhen I came back home I checked at the paperwork and I was surprised that they charged me more than what they quoted and Zaktek is optionalI called back immediately and talked to the salesmanThe salesman said he has nothing to do with it and talk to the finance personFinance person told me he don't know anything and he entered the numbers whatever saleman gave him

I submitted an Inquiry on a particular vehicle The Internet directors Kurt and Scott made everything as simple as can beI let them know where I wanted to be monthly payment, had the vehicle pulled up for our appointment prior to me getting thereExact color and features I wanted and got me taken care ofHighly recommend this place

I found a car that looked like I would be happy with on the company website for $6,at 7amI called Camelback Hyundai at 8am to verify the car was still availableThe Bernie G*** said yes and asked when I would like to see itI told him I could be there before 9amHe said great, that he would get the car ready, and be waiting for me at 9amWhen I arrived at 9am Bernie wasn't available because he was helping someone elseI said that was ok and that the new person could show me the carThe new person said the car that I wanted to see had just sold the night beforeI explained to them that I had called less than an hour again and had been told the car was still available and it was being "prepared" for me to seeThe response was, "well that person is new but let me show you something similar"The sales associate said that the car was $1,more than the one that I had originally come to look at, I agreed it was still in my price rangeWe went for a test drive and started going over the numbersThe price suddenly went from $8,to $12,500, over a 50% increaseI asked to see the paperwork and why the price had gone up so much but the sales associate refused to hand it to meI asked to take the paperwork with me to go over the numbers with my significant other and the sales person refusedThe sales manager then came out and asked what price could they do so I wouldn't have to communicate the purchase of a car with my significant otherI repeatedly told them that no matter the price I would need to talk it over with herThe manager then asked if I was even "allowed" to spend $a month without talking it over which seems like he was trying to insult me so I leftAfter that horrible experience the phone calls started for the next 2-weeksphone calls a day, which forced me to block the number, which were followed with texts and emailsI even received an email days after the visit asking if I was still interested in the original car I had gone to look at that was supposedly sold the night before I got there
This was a bait and switch with the original price starting at $6,to get me in there, the car not being available, then having them show me another for almost twice the price $12,
The one and a half I spent there was the worst car buying experience I have ever had

Definitely can see why this dealer only has stars on Google, star on *** and an 'F' Rating with the Revdex.com! During my visit here not 1, not but other parties stormed out of there madThey promise to make it quick but waste your valuable timeI told them my expectations and they play gamesI would think since I am looking at Hyundai's flagship car (Equus) that they would be straight forward and stop playing the same stupid *** *** dealership games (1st offer usually shows you overpaying for the vehicle (Full Addendum Sticker Price) (NEVER PAY FOR ANY ADDS!), the dealer keeping all rebates and you putting $12,down)Then they'll ask you what you want to pay and they make you sign the offer sheet saying 'I will drive today if you can meet my numbersDon't bother going inThere's a reason why they are slow on a Saturday

I visited the Dealership early this month, worked with Salesman Andre S*** and I had a very good experience

I just bought a new Elantra from these guys and they were great I was upside down in my current truck but had to get something with better gas mileage They offered me more for my truck than the other places I talked to which helped a bunch I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a carAsk for Justin W***

To Whom It May Concern:After several messages left for the customer, Ms*** has contacted us and we had had an opportunity to discuss her concerns regarding her Hyundai not coming from the factory with a spare tire We explained to the customer that Hyundai's now come with a Tire Repair Kit as a space saving feature We also told Ms*** that while she may have had a personal agreement with someone who used to work for our company about possibly getting her a tire, there was no documentation to confirm anything had been promised to her We want Ms*** to be happy with her purchase from our store and remain a loyal customer of Camelback HyundaiWe have offered to give the customer our true cost on purchasing a spare tire and tools for her vehicle, and she agreed she would like to do that We are expecting Ms*** on Saturday to come in to the dealership so her parts can be ordered, and to ensure that the discount we offered is applied to her purchase.Please contact me at the dealership with any further questions or concerns regarding this matter at ###-###-####.Sincerely,*** ***General ManagerCamelback Hyundai

Here are documents for my complaintI have insurance documents, a part of the *** report (indicating damage prior to my ownership, that is the only thing I can possibly think of regarding damage) and the document they signed saying I gave the vehicle back (as we agreed on in the first place) and they tried to lie about the miles on it (once I got the police involved they reluctantly gave out a number close to that on the odometer; not once did it say anything indicating that the car was damaged)I contacted the bank that the car was suppose to be financed from and there was no indication via my full name, my SSN, the last of the VIN and the FULL VIN that they were suppose to finance itTherefore everything is a lie on *** part
I have gotten the *** *** and my bank (a fraud claim) out on this dealershipIf there is anything you need from me please let me know, I would also like a confirmation email and/or telephone call stating you received this email from me
