I am rejecting this response because:They have yet to look at the laws involving what they are saying to be true? They repeatedly contact me saying the initial value of the property is the amount the loan was for and are completely ignoring the initial appraisal that was done at the time of sale or any amount of equity I put down at the time of sale? They seem to be completely incapable of researching and reading simple documents provided by the government in accordance with the law
