Complaint:
A gentleman did indeed contact me the evening of 01-04-and stated he would look into the matter.I am rejecting this response because as allowed by Texas law, I wish to receive the cancelled note / mortgage, and a lien release on the parcel previously under said mortgage
A "letter of explanation" as proposed from the lender / mortgage service provider ("PennyMac") is not acceptable

I am rejecting this response because: the process is getting reviewedHowever, it appears that I may not get the money I lost backThe newest situation (of which I was told there was nothing that could be done) is that my refinance closed just a few days before an automatic payment went to the previous (prior to refinance) loanI was told by the refinance agent I would get that money back, yet when I called Pennymac to inquiry about the “extra payment", they stated they could NOT do anything about itI asked to speak to a manager and I was denied the opportunity, again being told there was nothing that could be doneThe automatic payment was for 2,078.20, plus an additional to principal

I am rejecting this response because I spoke to the person from Penny Mac last night, who once again advised me that our only option was to pay the whole amount that was missingHe refused to help me with any of the options that they have listed on their website./..? Repayment plan, in which an additional amount is added to your monthly payments to help you repay those amounts over a set period of time;Streamlined modification, where the terms of your loan may be permanently modified to help bring your loan current and provide more affordable payments without the need for financial documentation; orOther modification programs that depend on your individual circumstancesWe cannot pay the full amount from the forbearance period all at once, we need to speak to someone who is going to honor one of the alternative options.?
