I am rejecting this response because:My loan was originated with Fremont bankAll loan documents signed were with Fremont BankFremont Bank agreed to pay our supplemental property taxes when we finalized all paperwork for the loan back in The supplemental, as well as regular property taxes, were all too be paid starting in Nov of Our agreement was that Fremont bank was going to pay starting in Nov of towards the taxesAfter all, paperwork was signed our loan transferred to penny mac loan servicesI was informed that penny mac was to honor our loan through Fremont bank as isI never signed nor changed anything from our original agreement with Fremont bank was transferred over to penny macNow in 2017, I was informed that the supplemental property taxes were never paid from penny mac and I had to pay out of pocket including all penalty fees a total of was towards the two supplemental installments and the rest in penalty feesPenny mac only paid dollars in when plus the supplemental bill of is what should have been paid for in Nov and in April of Penny Mac is refusing to honor my original agreement with Fremont bank and reimburse me for the mistake caused on their behalfI have submitted all documentation of my original loan and have not received any call back after they were supposed to be investigating the matterI have made several attempts to resolve this issue with them with no conclusionNo one has ever called me to even ask me questions regarding my concernis a lot of money for me and my family and Fremont bank has told me penny mac should be responsible to reimburse me this expenseplease help.I want and deserve to be reimbursed for the error made here which caused me to pay out of my pocket that I do not haveI have already refinanced my loan and returned it back to Fremont Bank as I do not wish to continue business with a company of this natureI am hoping that they honor my original loan agreement and do the right thing and reimburse me for the error which they caused.?

had been made and sent via wireThe city of Murfreesboro confirmed today that payments can not be provided this way and no payment has been receivedI am at risk of the lien being processed on my home for a taxes that I pay monthly within my mortgageI just called PennyMac and left a message with the representative I spoke with on last week

I am rejecting this response because: I highly doubt they will be in contact at all, as they havent been this whole timeThey don't answer calls, they don't return calls and they even pass your loan around to different specialistsSo I haven't had one person help me with my issues at all! This company is a joke and in my opinion shut downThey should not be able to run a company the way they doLet's see if they actually send anything or call like they say
