I am rejecting this response because:This issue hasn't made any progress whatsoeverI received a letter in the mail saying they are reviewing my caseThis is the same thing they've told me numerous timesThey called me, I called back and was sent to a voicemail with no returnI need this issue resolved immediatelyI've given plenty of time for reviewingMy credit score is shot and I need to purchase a car in order to work to keep paying this mortgage companyTHEIR MISTAKE.?

I have spoken with MrH*** on December 31, and today January 4, I confirmed the refund has been sent and received by the borrower and the only pending issue is the billing statementThe next billing statemnt the customer receives after making his 2/payment will reflect the correct payment amount
