Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Penny Mac has sent this to their insurance? companyI will be happy if their insurance takes care of my damages due to their mistake in not paying My home owners insurance via escrow like they were suppose to! ? Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:? Thus far PennyMac has done nothing to make me believe that they are helping to resolve this issue? I received a call on 10/from someone claiming to be in front of the investigation? I called back an hour later and left a message, though I cannot confirm that it was the correct voice mail box since there was not greeting message? I did not receive a call back? I attempted to call the number again on 10/? I still have not received a call back? Since then, I have received automated PennyMac calls on 10/5, 10/7, and 10/requesting the payment that has been misplaced by PennyMac Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: This is a generic response that does not address the issue at handWhile a representative of PennyMac did contact me, they simply stated that they would research the issue and get back to me by Thursday January 21, I have yet to hear from themThe fact that the lien remains in effect indicates that they have not resolved the issueThis means that I still cannot refinance my house and the hardship of trying to pay my monthly mortgage remainsInteresting enough is that if I cannot pay my mortgage, PennyMac stands to benefit from their mistake by collecting on the lien that they should have released in June of 2014.
