Representative contacted MsM*** on October 16, 2015, to discuss her concerns PennyMac confirmed that the servicing of her loan was transferred to PennyMac, effective September 1, As such, PennyMac requested that MsM***'s previous servicer forward her September mortgage payment to PennyMac and a credit correction was submitted to the credit bureaus on behalf of MsM***.MsM*** was provided with a substantive response that addresses her concerns. A letter of explanation
will be sent to MsM*** under separate cover. PennyMac
values and protects its customers’ confidential information. Due to privacy reasons, we will refrain from
posting any personal information to the Revdex.com site as we do not disclose our
borrowers’ personal information.
