I am rejecting this response because: I have not received a call from the business "PennyMac" as they state on their responseI do want to talk to someone from the escalation department, to discuss the solution I requested of refunding my escrow monies, as of a result of a bad business process gap taken place at the time of the mortgage sale between "JP Morgan Chase" Seller and buyer "PennyMac"

I am rejecting this response because: PennyMac called me one time, during work hours when I could not answerI returned that call and left a messageThey never called me back after thatI then got a letter saying I still owe for their accounting error and payment will go from around $a month to $(a very large increase in my budget for a single person household)I'm disappointed by their mismanagement of the largest fiscal investment in my life and by their response to their errorI have little confidence that this will be rectified without taking a hit to my wallet and I have little confidence this won't happen againI feel very stressed that they are not calculating my payment properly and putting my payments where they need to go

wait for an annual escrow analysis to see how my money is being allotted every monthI should be able to see this every month on my monthly statementIt appears PennyMac is trying to hide something or avoid being accountable to the customerThis is a very serious concern and I feel it is being taken far too lightly by PMI feel as if this is an attempt to dismiss my concerns and avoid responsibilityWhile the customer is not always right, neither is the loan servicerPlease keep in mind that I had no say in whether I ever wanted PM as my servicerUltimately the ideal resolution would be for PM to sell the loan or not block a refinance.
