notification, a PennyMacRepresentative contacted MrR*** on August 24, 2015, to discuss his concerns PennyMac is currently in the process of researching the insurance premium payments from MrR***'s escrow account. An detailed letter of explanationwill be sent to MrR*** under separate cover. PennyMacvalues and protects its customers’ confidential information. Due to privacy reasons, we will refrain fromposting any personal information to the Revdex.com site as we do not disclose ourborrowers’ personal information.

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because I have notified PennyMac on several occasions about this issue and they have not responded with any resolution. This response is now advising me I will receive information within days so the issue is still on going and to accept the day notice letter as a resolution is premature at this time. Since I have not received any information from PennyMac to resolve this matter I must leave the complaint open until I receive a resolution within the days PennyMac has noted.

I am rejecting this response because: No one from Penny mac Has reached out to me and has neither called or explained anythingThey did send me a generic letter stating that everything was correct but they did not show me any evidence in the way of and actually statement and how the numbers add upI want to see a copy of the pay off statement dated May 25th, and the then the way the payoff was calculatedThey refuse to show me the numbers at they relate to the pay off quote I received from may 25thI made my May payment so in my opinion the interest should have been much lowerThey charged me interest from May 1st, but They fail to recognize that I paid my may payment but they did not calculate that fact into their calculations

am rejecting this response because: No solution was offered by Pennymac company regarding Giving me back my moneyI still want a $1,REFUND from the Company because I paid to process a LoanI did not receive the Loan, so I need my Processing Fee $1,Refunded$2,Insurance was not mentioned in the Contract that I signedI just want my Fees Refunded.Connected Investors company advised not to send money to any Lender before we receive our Loans; any costs will be handled at closing.I have not received my Loan so I need my Refund from S*** *** and his Pennymac company

I am rejecting this response because: After what seemed like an encouraging initial contact in which there was discussion of releasing my Recoverable Depreciation check in full, I later received a call asking for more receipts to verify completion of roof and gutters--some of the same items that Travelers Insurance and PennyMac had already verified. PennyMac is now back to "reviewing my request."
