This company is absolutely horrible. I purchased a food handler's course for a job that I needed and when I went to view the course, the website went to the login screen again. When I tried to login, it said that the user and and password didn't exist in their system. When I tried to speak with one of their "live chat" support staff, the representative didn't respond to my complaint. I'm not happy with this and this is not how you do business.

I enrolled in the 30 hour OSHA PSM course with 360 training.com. at just over one hour it said I was finished but gave me a one hour certificate. I contacted them and was told they didn't have a 30 hr course ! I sent a picture of the enrollment fee and course listing, was then re-enrolled. A bit over an hour in, was told again I completed but received the 30 hr certificate. I've called, emailed, done live chat with no progress - I'm out almost $200 and didn't receive the training which I needed for my job.

This is a negative review. An internship opportunity had arisen for me and I needed to get my OSHA 10 completed quickly. I googled this site and this was the first training program that came up in my search. Turned out in fine print to be an ad which I did not see until after I had registered and paid for the course. The site looked professional and even had a what I assume to be a sister site (osha.com), claiming this site to be accredited by osha. Again, I needed to get on job sites quickly in order to further my education, earn money and get back to my university studies. This course took me 20 hours, not 10. Then upon completion, it turned out to be the wrong course. Because it was just the "training program" and not "OUTREACH" the course ineligible to receive my official OSHA 10 OUTREACH Construction Safety & Training Certification. After looking back I confirmed the description to be VERY misleading. After contacting customer support, a women chatted with me and could not refund me, however, she was able to give me access to the OUTREACH training instead. By this point I had already spent my entire weekend completing what turned out to be THE SAME EXACT COURSE at no direct financial expense to me, but instead, a sleepless night of me waiting to hit next on questions I had already been asked in the previous 20 hours I spent on the "training course". It was the same thing with 1-2 'kiddy' animations added into each modules that weren't graded and meaningless to completing the course. In all I spent 35+ hours between taking the "training course" and "outreach course". Upon completing TWICE I had received an email after completing the "outreach course", stating and I quote "We would like to acknowledge that we have received your request and a ticket has been created. A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response (usually within 24 hours).", which NEVER HAPPENED. This was then followed by a link saying, and I quote "To view the status of the ticket or add comments, please visit (a link which I will not post here due to my "ticket" number being in the url)". After calling and messaging their customer service reps multiple times, I still cannot receive a straight answer. Other than the only different answer I got from an over-the-phone service representative who said to "check in 3 weeks to see if your card in being shipped from OSHA to 360Training.com headquarters, which will then be processed and shipped directly to me in 6-8 weeks". It's been exactly 3 weeks since I completed the "training program" so I checked with them hoping for some good news, however, they instead told me it has not been the full 3 weeks since I completed the "outreach course" (waited for my card the first time for two days; before realizing from these reviews it was never coming). I will update this post with a conclusion of my experience of this companies, 360training.com's convoluted and so far wrongful business practices. I placed on online HAZWOPER refresher course order for my crew on October 16, 2017, the next day I called and emailed to cancel that order. I got transferred four different times to people with strong Asian accents. They said the y would look into this order and emailed me that someone would be in contact with me after I placed several calls and emails requesting a refund. The total for the order was $270, today I received an email saying they would refund me $45. Their refund policy says I had three days to cancel the order, I did it the day after I placed the order. The first man I spoke with said he was in Austin Texas, all other contact people said they were located in the Philippines. These folks have been very elusive and have taken much more than the promised 24 hours to contact me about the refund. I work for a federally recognized tribe, so this money actually comes from the federal government. I've repeatedly asked them to simply refund my $270, they have given no reason at to why the refund is only $45. I sure hope because of where they are located that this is not a scam. Their website is osha.com and they say all training is provided by 360training.com.

Just adding to the pile of negative reviews here. In my case, this 360 training was a good option because I let my FL real estate license lapse and I just needed to take the course as a formality. I was only taking it so that I could log the hours and print a certificate to re-take the state exam. Since I already know the material pretty well, I just wanted the cheapest course that I could find. Wow. Even knowing the material, I had a hard time passing the quizzes because there were so many errors in the questions that I kept getting answers wrong. For example, a question said "Which of the following is NOT exempt from disclosure requirements" and listed three choices that were not exempt from disclosure requirements meaning there were three correct answers. There were so many questions like this where the answer marked correct was entirely wrong. I can't understand how this company is even allowed to operate.

I purchased a Real Estate training course with them, with no support whatsoever. Their system miscalculated my hours. I would complete multiple hours and relog in at a later time and the system would not count the hours. When I needed to talk to people on the phone, their phone is always busy, it is near impossible to talk to a human in this company. Once I did talk to someone at support, they could not assist and insisted I continue to go through the hours. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they advised me one would contact me within 24 hours, days later still no one has contacted me. This company is a joke!

I took several courses through 360training.com. The one in particular that I am having trouble with is 'Texas Real Estate Law'. I tested for this course on 8/30/2017. Their system took several days to process the certificate and now they are saying that I have to take the entire course again. They replaced the course with something else and now I have to take another 30 hour course. After I took the test their system showed that I completed it on 8/30/2017 but wouldn't show a certificate. At first I really worried about it because of the deadline and I tried calling but couldn't reach anyone. then a certificate was finally available several days later but showed 9/2/2017. I thought that it would be okay since their system still showed my correct completion date so I didn't worry about it until today when they emailed me. On September 9th 2017 I sent in a ticket verifying and stating that all of my courses were completed by 8/31/2017 because I was trying to figure out if they submit them to TREC or if I was supposed to. The email today stated that I had 60 days to take the new course they offered. I called TREC to verify that even though my license expired 10/31/2017 I still had 60 days to take this course as described in the email. TREC said that was not true and I have to complete it in less than 30 days, by 10/31/2017. It is not my fault if they had computer problems and couldn't get me the certificate when I took the test. If I could see the completion date in their system then they could too. I knew the dire outcome if I did not have all of the courses completed by 8/31/2017 which is why I made sure it was all done before that time. I do not have an extra 30 hours to take this again due to their error. I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone as usual.

This company took my money... I went through the courses and took 3 tests of 5 already. They have not reported them all as completed to TREC.

I went to take the 4th test today and they changed their requirements. Online chat said they sent an email blast. I have never received anything stating that I would no longer be able to complete the course online. They don't answer support phones and online chat is a foreign country with no help whatsoever. I've asked why my courses haven't been recorded. No answers... I've asked for a prorated refund on the courses I can't complete with their system... No answer.

Clinical education Resources paid for a course for online delivery for one of the employees. We never received confirmation, login instructions or any course access key( the standard in the industry-- since this is our business as well). The monies were debited from our account within 2 minutes.
We tried for 3 days to get a response-- we called, we emailed. The support phone numbers do not work-- finally about a week later the email response is that someone will get back to us in 24 hours -- that was May 25, 2017.

I filed a merchant dispute with my bank and were working on this but lost my complaint information---so before going through this with them again.

Without a doubt, the worst online training course I have ever taken. The OSHA 30HR course has taken well over 80 Hours to complete. It is an incredibly slow paced course with a fixed time limit for each page. There are 23 Modules and by Module 14 the student has exceeded 30 hours of exposure. The software itself has a ton of glitches and constantly requires re-installation of plug-ins to view the poorly made slides. Without a doubt the worst of all the online OSHA courses.

This company is a joke! I purchased a Real Estate training course with them, with no support whatsoever. Their system was done, hence, force me to retake all my quizzes again. When I needed to talk to people on the phone, their phone is always busy, it is near impossible to talk to a human in this company. Further to that, after I passed my Final Exam, they are not sending me my Certification of Completions! IT has been 3 weeks now! To whoever is out there, and thinking about signing up with this company, please take your money to somewhere else!

I completed three courses with 360Training. Once I took the final exam and my proctor/Broker signed the affidavit and the end of course instructions state I must complete a Certification Statement in their help section. This form is not in the help section. Chat support states my cousres show in progress still. They have not updated my status to complete course. And will not email me the form to send them to submit my credits to the Georgia Real Estate Commission before my license expires.

I bought a Basset training test / certification only to be told students receive discounts after I had already purchased the package. I have contacted their support system via telephone 5 times and have been hung up on all of those time. I contacted the support system via e-mail and was told my account would be refunded the difference in charges and it never was.

I am requesting a full refund because I believe this company is a scam. I paid for a on-line course, the never provided me log-in information. They DO NOT have full service live customer service over the phone. No one responded to my emailed when I wrote. I suspect the company is not legit, meanwhile I would like an investigation and a request for my full refund of $79 which was made on last Friday July 15, in the amount of $79. Thanks kindly.

I have purchased Real Estate CPE courses from 360training.com. I was about to finish Texas Real Estate Law today by taking the final exam. However when I was in the middle of the exam, the system forced me to exit out of the exam before the section is expired without any notice. When I logged back in, all the questions that I answered have gone. I was told I need to finish the exam in one sitting and the answers can't be saved during the test. Now everything is gone and I will have to retake it from the beginning. The course only gave me 4 attempt to take the test. Now I have already waist two times. I am afraid if I retake it, the same thing will happen to me and I won't be able to finish the test and get the certificate. I contacted the help desk via chat, they said they couldn't help me to retrieve my data and ask me to use valid browser. I told them I used google chrome which is what they recommended. It is their support issue, not mine. They never responded. I called and also open a ticket online, no one responded.
