The course I spent 30 hours and $120 completing was wrongfully advertised as an alternative to an OSHA-certified course. After completing the course and realizing I would not receive the OSHA-card I needed, I asked if I could pay the difference for the correct course. ***, a helpless customer service agent, said that this was only possible if I hadnt yet completed the course. The course had been completed a mere 3 hours before, and the completion of the course was the only reason I noticed it had been poorly advertised in the first place.

We value all feedback from our customers, we have very clear instructions and clearly communicate to all learners regarding our training content prior to purchase, the following program is designed for safety works outside of the country and since there is no DOL associated with the program there is a significant price difference which may have been the cause of purchase, we are an accredited provider for OSHA outreach training programs, however the program signed up below is our safety training program which does not come with a DOL card, in-order to get a department of labor card you *** have to signup and complete the course before a DOL card is issued, I am afraid the best we can do at this time will be to compensate an additional 10% discount on your enrollment for a new product on our platforms, kindly contact with our call center to be accommodated with this request. On 12/5/19 I signed on to the website and created a profile with 360training.com in order to obtain a Mississippi Server Seller permit for my job. The entire purchase was $7.50. I finished and passed the course and when I got my certification emailed to me, it was that of an Arkansas certificate instead of Mississippi which is what I ordered. I immediately called back and the representative issued me a certificate with no state and told me it wasn’t for Mississippi (which is what I purchased) but it would be accepted in the state of Mississippi. I brought it to work and My boss told me it was not accepted. I called back again that Tuesday and talked to a man who insisted on it being accepted and wouldn’t give me a refund because I completed the course. I told them I would be okay if they could put the Mississippi Server Seller test in the folder and I would just retake what I paid for originally before it all got messed up and he insisted again that it is absolutely accepted and I am trying to wrong them. I hung up and called back and got another person, told them the same thing they said they would send it up to the accreditation board and I have been waiting for a week now after talking to a lady and told her how long I have waited for the so called 24 to 48 hour email I should have received. I never received it. I called again a week later and got another worker who said the same thing and never got the Mississippi certificate I originally paid for. I got fired from my job because I thought they were sending it up as high priority and they never did. I spoke with them again today and they told me I can not get a refund because I completed the course. The course I completed wasn’t the one I paid for, wasn’t what I purchased and did not receive my rightful certificate or got the right certificate from them. They were rude to me when I asked for a refund and even argued with me saying that is all I want is the money. Yes, that is all I want now because they never sent me the rightful certificate I purchased and in the end got fired.

I would like to take the opportunity to inform you that 360Training offers only an information purpose training program in the state of Mississippi, which is clearly reflected on the information available on our websites, I would like to take the opportunity to apologize regarding the glitch in the system which made your certificate to print with an inaccurate state name, I have also tried contacting you on January the 13th to help address any further concerns, as mentioned over the phone I am afraid we will not be able to accommodate your claims for loosing your job as our training is specifically an information purpose training program & not regulated for the state you wish to receive certification for.

I bought 5 course with 360Training on 12/18/2019. I went to one of the 5 courses and noticed that there is no course material. Without course material, there is no way I am able to study and do online exams. I contacted 360Training for the course material. The course material posted inside the course has no lessons. I requested refund for the 4 courses I have not touched yet. 360Training informed me that within 24 - 48 hours, they should provide me some resolution. I contacted them again after 48 hours, they provided me nothing. They informed me that I only get partial refund because I already open 1 course and that refund is subject to approval.
How can I take a test without course material?

On 12/09/2019 I purchased the Food safety manager certification and Exam bundle with 360training for a total of $99.99. It finished the course 8 hours after the purchase. You have to finish the course before you can schedule the exam. When I tried to schedule the exam it showed that the nearest testing site was over 100 miles away from me. I tried to call customer service but it was after hours of operation. It was also
The weekend. Upon finally being able to reach customer service an agent named *** informed me that it was passed the 3 day refund policy and that there was nothing they could do at this point. I told her I work nights and that there Customer service wasn’t Open when I tried to call. I’ve paid for a test that I’m unable to take and they are not trying to compensate me for my money spent in any way.
Supervisor *** is supposed to be calling me back today. I am still waiting. I am very disappointed in the customer service given within this company. *** seemed very inexperienced and very nonchalant about the issue. When asked to speak to the supervisor I was given several excuses before being put on hold for 3 minutes. I was told she did not have a I’d number.

I am afraid we will not be able to entertain a full or a partial refund for the following order, because of 3 fundamental reasons. 1) Upon sign up we have clearly listed our refund policy which is to contact customer support within 3days from the time of purchase, your progress within the training progress should be under 50%. 2) When signing up for the course our marketing materials clearly reflect that you are signing up for a package which contains a prep course and ANSI 3rd party proctored exam, you have successfully completed our prep course which is 100% online, and in order to access your exam you will have to schedule your exam at a PSI testing center at your convenience, PSI has over 200 plus locations across the country where the you can schedule the exam at your convenience. 3) Prep course completed and issued a certificate for at the time of purchase was priced at $85, since you purchased in a package it was at a discounted price of $99 for both our prep course and Exam. I would also like to inform you according to our courseware policy you have 365days to complete your training programs, you still can schedule your exam at any PSI testing center by simply logging in the e-mail instructions sent by PSI to your e-mail immediately upon enrollment and schedule at your convenience.

STAY AWAY!!!!! They are absolute scam artists. I was supposed to receive my certificate in the mail and it never came...they told me my only option was to pay $59 to send it again. How in the world can they charge me again for something I absolutely never received. There Revdex.com profile is loaded with dozens of people who have had the same problem, how is that possible??? The DOL cards are delivered to the address to which our learners provide before they even begin their courses. We always consider this accurate since the address provided came from the learners themselves. Upon course completion, this is where we deliver the cards. We did the same with your cards Right now the option we can offer is to give you a replacement card for each course you completed. Since this will be considered as your second card, it will cost you $59 for each card

If it only happened to a couple people you could say maybe it got lost in the mail but for this same thing to have happened to countless people it's pretty obvious it's a scam for them to make another $59

I am writing this letter regarding a service I received from 360 Osha Training. It was 30 Hour OSHA Certification Training.

I paid $ 1,320.00 for this service, order number *** on 6/6/2018, which included the Osha Certification for 8 of my workers who completed a 30 Hour online OSHA Content Safety Course.

After a few of them completed the course and didn’t receive the OSHA card, I contacted *** <***, at the time our account manager, on 2/14/2018, and explained that the service was unsatisfactory. I was advised to check the website for the disclaimer, (which was many months later added on).
Failure to receive an appropriate response to this problem has prompted me to write you directly.

I paid for the 30 Hr osha online course passed the test and never received the physical 30 hr osha card. When I called to explain the situation of not receiving my card through the mail they would not issue me a new one and mentioned I would have to pay for a $59 for a new card.

Yes you did contact me numerous times and numerous times I mentioned that I originally paid the initial fee for the 30 hr OSHA course which was $100 and something dollars. I passed the course and never received my physical 30 hr Osha card through the mail. When I spoke to cus***er service They implied that I pay $50 something for a new 30 hr OSHA card which I never received and that 360 training would wave the fee for priority mail I said no because I do not want to take another chance of the card being lost through the mail again and will only accept if you mail it certified mail and wave the fee. I shouldn't have to pay for a new card which I never received but still I suggested that I would pay the $50 something dollars but wave the fee for the certified mail.

DO NOT USE!! The absolute worst experience ever. They have so many glitches in their system that I probably spent more time on the phone with their customer service than I did taking the course, Not to mention many typos throughout the course as well as answers that were the same on activities and quizzes that were supposed to be different choices. To begin with, I had to create two accounts because the email I received from them with the link to create my account did not have the course that was paid for and the order number and payment information with it. This was finally resolved after a couple of days and I had to create another account. Next, Their system tracks your time and once I had reached the required time, it rolled back by 6 hrs. I Spent most of the day on the phone with customer service or waiting for calls back from their customer service but the end result was that I was unable to complete my course by the time I needed it completed by. I have taken online OSHA classes before and never had any of these issues I would use anybody but 360.

I purchased 3 online courses for the Food Health & Safety Management certification. My employees were not able to access the test online and were told they would have to go out of state to take the test. When I called to ask why they could not take the test online, I was told the online proctored test was full. I was then told they only had 2 weeks to take the test. This means my employees would have only had 27 days total to study and take the exam. When I heard this I immediately asked for a refund because I purchased an ONLINE exam and was not going to make my employees drive 4 hours out of state to take this test. It has been 16 days since I first asked for a refund. After numerous phone calls and emails, I still don't have a refund.

I hope this e-mail finds you well and safe; the following individuals signed up for a product which was basically available for a limited period of time, were basically informed of the timelines for completions however due to the current COVID-19 status we have converted the following product to 100% online which means all their learners will be able to complete their training program within at the convenience of their home and be proctored by our live proctoring system. We will be contacting *** regarding this within the day to ensure all their requirements are fulfilled and we will facilitate their learners to complete their training programs.

I have taken several courses and one proctored exam for example started counting off the time before I actually clicked the button to start so I had missed a hour of real test taking time... so I couldn't finish after all that. States should continue to drop them if they can't keep up and their customer service is not up to par. I will not go back and I advise the same to others.

After finding out that the proof of completion of this company's course is utterly useless and not accepted by any employer I contacted their customer service demanding a refund, which was outright refused.

I am afraid, we disagree with the following claims regarding our organization, I have reviewed the following request & profile and it appears that he requires an OSHA DOL “Department Of Labor Card” which is only available with our OSHA 10/30Hour Construction Industry or General Industry Outreach Training Program, all our marketing materials on our website *** have clear instructions for learners prior to signing up for our programs. We respect your feedback, however our courseware policy that the learner authorizes prior to paying for our programs clearly states our refund policy and I am afraid after completion there is no refund.

In May is signed up for a OSHA 30 class which stated a laminated DOL card would be received upon completion. After I completed the class which was closer to 40 hrs, I then received my certification and it again stated that my laminated DOL card would be received within 2 weeks. It is now November and I have made several calls inquiring about my card and the only response that I receive is that if I want a laminated card I have to take another 30 hour class and pay an additional 160 plus dollars as they now claim my course did not come with a card even thought I have screen prints showing where it was written a laminated DOL card would be received. They are only willing to collect more money from me. I will never recommend 360 training based on there business practices. This is a classic bate and switch scam.

The 360 Site as seen in the above images states that the courses come with the OSHA 30 Cards. In fact the site claimed that ALL 30 Hour Courses came with the OSHA 30 Card. This card is needed by all who are stepping foot onto a construction site in NY. Why would anyone purposely complete a course that takes a full work week, 30 plus Hours (which I did not get paid for) to complete, that would NOT provide the Card needed to continue to work. The use of the hyperlinks on their site I believe purposely misdirect costumers so the consumer after selecting the course is directed to another course unwillingly and then forces the costumer to take ANOTHER course at an additional charge only after they have finished the 30 Hour Course and NOT received their card.

I have already taken the course by another Training Provider which was identical to the course I took from 360 Training which I had to pay another fee for. Please be aware as an Special Inspector in NY on construction sites I will make clear that no one I work should waste their TIME and MONEY taking any 360 Training Course knowing they will bait and switch the consumer.

DON'T PURCHASE WITH THEM!! I have had several exams revoked and was forced to retake because I got up and went to the bathroom or helped my son in the background its completely crazy I literally had to retake 3 exams for this crap! purchase with another business this inst worth it!!

We purchased OSHA training on 10/15/19 for 2 employees one started the training and immediately started having difficulties. He called customer service with questions. During this time we realized we could not track our employees on the dashboard we called to find out what was going on. We found out that instead of 360 establishing a new account as we were a new customer, they had "updated" our email on another account that was associated with the a third party (Right ***) and only one of our users were listed out of the 2. Our office coordinator called 360 and the rep stated that that was what had happened and then stated they will be setting us up on our own account as it should have been initially. This did not happen! *** had started to correct this issue, but in fact only made it worse by switching our account to another third party with even more users. *** did everything he could and was able to explain a lot of what happened which no one else I spoke to could. Since he restored confidence, we purchased 4 additional courses. I followed the instructions per the customer service rep on where and how to purchase our training and confirmed on how it would populate on our dashboard. Still that is not how it worked. We were not able to see our courses purchased even after 24 hours when they were purchased through 360 directly and not a third party as before. With all of this said, one of our 2 original users has not only had issues using the site to train but has now had to re-complete the same portion of training multiple times because our account could not get straitened out. We still cannot see the original 2 users and have no access to the materials purchased. It has taken countless calls to get any information for anyone and even then each time we call it takes them 15 minutes just to locate our account WHICH THEY MANUALLY CREATED FOR US!!!!

I bought the online training for osha 30, I completed the training and reached the end of the course. The screen said you have completed this training there was nothing else to click or any further links or anything. So I waited for my cert and after a few weeks checked back still no cert, and my account was locked out, they are claiming that I did not compleat a final exam and refusing my cert that I need for my job. I have a picture of the final screen I was givin saying the course was compleat, there was no further test or screens that I had access to, if I missed a test it's because they did not give me one or there was a problem on their program. I have tried for weeks to resolve this with them to no avail. I keep getting told that someone will respond in 24 to 48 hours and I get nothing! This cert is required by my job, I spent 30 hours on this and the say I have to buy and compleat the entire course again. Please help!

I hope you are doing well; based on reviewing the following learner’s account and based on review we were unable validate that he completed the course, it does however show that he has made significant progress and was almost at the end, at the end of our OSHA 30hour training program that he claims to have completed if completed will provide a temporary proof of completion certificate which is valid until the official DOL card is sent in the mail, I would also like to highlight that there is a regulated guideline for all to complete the course 6months from the time started, he was unable accomplish this in a timely manner due which we cannot issue a certificate or DOL, on further validation it appears that the learner has re-purchased the course and is currently in progress, we have also called the customer to contact customer support for any concerns or questions regarding our program. Please let me know if there is anything further I can do to help.

ZERO STARS if it were possible. The customer service team is unresponsive. I was trying to renew my SAE with them. Kicked off of the system numerous times during exams, quizzes, and modules. Starting over from scratch. STAY AWAY from this company.

The vendor provides online training for OSHA. As per OSHA guidelines, the courses are to be completed within a six month period. The vendor does not issue reminders about due dates or ending dates associated with the course. Despite this being an online course that can be completed at any hour of the day on any given day (for a set amount of time), the vendor intentionally does not issue reminders and/or announcements about course expiration dates. That policy is intentional and unethical. It incentivizes the vendor to further profit from failure on the part of the students as they are faced with expired courses and are therefore forced to pay for a second course fee. This is an unethical practice that promotes student failure in order to financially reward the vendor with increased course revenues.

I hope you are doing well; it is a mandatory OSHA guideline that all learner’s must complete their training course 6months from the day started, this information is clearly available on the www.osha.gov website and is clearly communicated on all our marketing materials and at the beginning of the training program, this learner will have to re-enroll and start the course from the beginning. Thank you.

On their website they have listed Free Industry Courses. It lists Introduction to OSHA and the OSH Act (GI), Business Ethics - Advanced Leadership (Compliance Snapshot), Legal Liabilities of Asbestos Inspectors, Hazard Recognition and Assessment Training. I did a chat with their online support and was told Thank You for notifying them of the error on the website. That the class is now $40 and they will be changing the website. No resolution on my end for needing to take the classes other than, now you need to spend the money. POOR Customer Service. Maybe they should take the course on Business Ethics. It would be zero stars if I could.

Really deserves zero stars.Stay away from their Alabama 60 Hour Premium Prelicense Package. It is obvious that minimum work was put in this package. This is evident by the fact that they have probably the lowest pass rate of the online courses. They give 3 days to cancel who can evaluate a course in 3 days? Its a shame just spoke to AREC and they indicated that all they care about is if the course has all the content required. I guess the way it is presented doesn't really matter SHAME!!!!. As I said before much better packages available for less money. Do your homework and take your business elsewhere.

On 6/10/19, I completed my online OSHA 10 course with the certification issued at the end of the module. I've spoken to customer service on 2 separate occasions and was told my OSHA card would be mailed to me. It's now 10/9/2019 (4 months later) and it still hasn't arrived. This course requires a fee which was paid by my employer, but 360Training is yet to deliver on providing me with the documentation I need to show my employer.
