Called on Friday saying I was interested in their 2015 Chevy Suburban they had for sale, said I would be coming on Monday as we live 3 1/2 hours away. I called on Monday to make sure it was still available, it was. When we got there, I asked for Tom, told him who I was and also told him that if it ran as good as it looked then it would have been a done deal as we were already approved by our bank, he tried to get me to get approved with one of their credit companies, told him no, he left to get the keys, came back and said that someone else was looking at the vehicle but they could not find the keys, he then said we could do the paper work and leave a $1000 deposit and it would be on contingent on the test drive, just seemed odd, to many red flags so we left

I bought a car last year on July 3/from the dealer named, A Better Way Wholesale Auto, by then, the car has its marks small dents, etc.: But now I have the metal and paint all rusted on doors, chassis, frame, door jams and other places all around the car that are getting worstI have maneuverability-driveability concerns since I bought it which I tried to fixed but it looks like nobody could solved the problemI have spent more than $us dollars in a year just to solve old problems, I am paying dollars monthly and $for insurance, meaning that I owe $in a car that only cost $in the market due to highly rusted conditions and high mileageAlso, I have replaced the camshaft intake, the rear shocks, my engine light had came out three times which is worrying, two alignments has been performed for professionals in one year! I have all the records to prove that the car this dealer sold me is not safe for me and my family, and to confirm that the car is affec

They have had my car since Feb 16th and my car is still not fixedThey have not called me back when they said they wouldOnly once did I get a call back but after I had called and complained to the service managerMy car is under an extended warranty and they work that needs to be done needs to be approved by they warranty companyThey did not call they warranty company until March 2, after having my car for daysIt then took another days before my transmission to be deliveredBy time I get my car back it will be over days that they have had it
I was also told on the 27th of Feb that I could come get my car until they get around to calling the warranty companyI told them that their is no way I am going to drive my car with a transmission issueI have twp kids and I will not put them in harms way or myselfAnd they could not guarantee me that driving it would not make it worse

DON'T BUT A CAR FROM THIS DEALERTHERE IS A REASON THERE PRICES ARE CHEAPERThis dealer pays for there reviewsIf you give them a good review they compensate youTo start I want to say my sales guy was greatTo explain my experienceFirst off I had my own financing and that they don't like that cause they make a killing on the financingThen when I went to get the car hrsaway the car was very, very dirty and inside was a messThere was a few things wrong so they took it in to have a mechanic look at it so they saidI was at the dealer for hrsthe process was a nightmare and it feels like your on an assembly lineI purchased the Cadillac from this dealer over a year agoand since then lets just say I have spend 7,to keep it runningThis has been the worst purchase of my lifeThis car has been to the Cadillac dealer more times than I can countThe cars they sell are usually high mileage and are in fair condition from what I seen on the others vehicles on there lotThe problems started within weeks of buying it with it needing a catalytic converterThat was just to startIf you call with a complaint when you finally do get them to respondthey say bring it inSo yea I will drive up there for hrsand wait for them to diagnose it and then drive back cause they cant get the part then drive up again and wait to have it fixed then back againNot practicalAnd guess what they know your not going to do thatIf your local why notIf your not don't buy from this dealerYou have been warned and I don't ever write reviews but felt compelled to write this one to warn people

they sold me a escape that two week later the transmission melted while my son was on his way back to collage in Mass, leaving him stranded on the highway in the middle of the nightthe insurance they sold us had no information for tow servicehad it towed to a ford dealership and they said there was a substance added to the transmission to keep it from slipping or to hold it together temperatelythey refused to pickup the car with one of their trucks and told me they fix if I towed it to themthis was before I found out that they doctored the transmission, so I don't want them to touch itcalled ford and they are helping meto continued

Bought a *** *** ** over a month ago and they were suppose to send me the registration and licence plates withing a week of purchase and I haven't gotten anything yetthey gave me a temporary plate for days and now that expireI live in ***  and only have on street parking and my car is about to get tow because is not registerI'm also going to be late on the first payment because I Cant use the car for workhave made several calls to the dealer and they always tell me that somebody is going to call me back and they never dothe sales person Terry block me and doesn't pick up the office phone when I call

An insurance agent called me& told me my free ** *** service for the new car I purchased is up & would I like to extend the serviceI said what are you talking about? He said he gets a list from dealer ships & he calls costumersI said where is this from cause I didn't buy a new carSo I call A Better Way & they tell me I co-signed for some one I've never heard of back in JanuaryI said I most certainly did no such thingThey told me they would call me backThat was two weeks ago & every time I call they say they guy isn't there & they don't know anything about it

I was looking to purchase a *** *** *** (Mileage: 102,/ Listing price: $5,995) from A Better Way Automotive last Saturday (4/15/2017) and upon arrival I met with a sales associate (whom I did not get his name)I inquired about the Subaru Forester and he said that the vehicle had been sold, but that they had a *** *** ***r with fewer miles for 77,miles for $9,He asked if I was interested in that one and I said no and walked out the dealership and have not returned sinceTo me, it seemed like a bait and switch tactic for me to buy a more expensive vehicleThe original vehicle that I was interested in is STILL being advertised on their website

we purchased a *** *** ( Electric car with miles ) without a navigation sd cardThe dealer said that the sd card had been removed to prevent theft and that they knew where it was and would get it to us asapAfter purchase ( 1/3/) we drove the car home At the dealer it showed that a full charge would give us miles of driving , RangeAfter aprox miles the battery needed to be rechargedThis is not range and is not acceptable for our needsThe next day we asked for a refund or to put the money spent towards another carWe did not receive a direct answer but were asked to work with them until we received the sd card This nav sd card turns off the screen to the console of the car, it does not display any informationSince then .I have learnt that this sd card records the last trips and records the range of those tripsKnowing this info we would not have purchased this car So it is for this reason I fell that the card was purposefully missing at

bought 2014*** sales man didnt show me how to work one thing on it.other than that, pretty satisfiedpeople that dont ask questions its on them.had to bring paperwork back twiceto have things taken off I wasnt going to pay for .no problem changed it with no problem.this place is very fast cars moving and selling every minsomething has to work .people buy alot of cars from them*** ***

The dealership did not sell a vehicle to me because of certain restrictions on my driver's licenseAlthough I had informed them of those
restrictions before my scheduled visit, they still required a so called security deposit to keep the vehicleNow they refuse to refund the deposit
because the contract they made me sign states that deposits are non-refundable
