We recently purchased a *** Accent and couldn't be happierHenry on the sales floor was very helpful and patient with us, bringing us a few cars before we made our decision, as well as honest as to what he thought would work best for usThe facility was clean and everybody working was kind and seemed happy to be thereAlso shout-out to James, who was funny and kind and made the process of signing all the papers in the back a breeze

I understand your dissatisfaction but even though you have only had the vehicle for a short period of time, the vehicle itself is much olderThe vehicle is just at the year mark and with almost 100,miles at the time of sale your are going to see wear and tearAs far as they type of gas being used is hard to determine after months and the dealership would not be responsible

I'm writing to the Revdex.com with high hopes that we (A better Way and myself) can come to an immediate resolution in regards to the many issues I've encountered with my vehicle purchase
When leaving the lot upon purchase I noticed that there were several new and deep scratches on the vehicleIn addition to cosmetic damage the front windshield was cracked and furthermore the accessory socket was blown and the ceiling fabric was falling downThis unfortunately was only the beginning to my problematic start with this "wholesaler"
When I bought the car I asked them for a list of labor intensive hours spent on vehicle prior to buyingThey told me it would be "hard to get"I demanded that I see what work the car had done before I boughtThey gave it to me after displaying lack of interest in vehicle without said labor listThe car had basically nothing doneAfter paying a total of over 14K for the car and putting in over dollars I am now running into major transmis

I got a *** *** with miles on itI drove the car everything was fineAs it was a in January There was snow all over the carI asked them to clean to check everything and the sales rep said everything is fineI asked them about ac, heat particularly and she said everything is fine it's a brand new carIt was cold outside and I checked the heat it was workingAfter getting the car I moved to Virginia and I noticed there was a hole in the bumper and I thought it's a used car that's fineAfter days I noticed that my ac wasn't working and I took the car to the dealership and they say that's because I drove and a rock hit the condenser and made a holeActually the hole was from the bumper to the condenserNow *** *** says it's a physical damage and better way also says it's a physical damageNow they say that it cannot be fixed because it's not covered under warrantyWhy should be covered because it was damaged in the first place when I bought it

discrepancies on the titleThe *** of *** *** was also contacted in regards to this complaint and they have also reviewed the sales and title documentsThey confirmed that the ***'s signed a non-refundable deposit purchase order and that there are no discrepancies in the titleThe complaint has been closed by the *** with no further actionThe $will remain on account for *** or *** *** to use on a future purchase at A Better Way

Horrible placeIf I could give no stars, I wouldThe whole business model is fraudWe spent an afternoon there, picked a car, negotiated a price, shook hands and signed a contract to get the car the next week We were using our own financing and negotiated a good price After we left, they sold the car to someone else, no doubt for a higher price and using their inferior financing Only told us when we called to confirm the pick-upPointed to some fine print on the back of the contract that says the contract actually isn't a contractThen tried to upsell us to a more expensive car!
Its all a racketTheir motivation is to favor whoever they can take advantage of the most Our salesman (who was new there) was so shocked he quit, then called us and gave a statement in favor of our complaint to the dealer licensing boardIf you are a sophisticated buyer, run away

I purchased my car last week, and I had the most great experience in my life about to buy a carLya H*** was patient and she helped me to find the car exactly like I wanted! She explained each details, and I'm sure I did a god job!!!!! I recommend her and ABW for all my friends who want to buy a car!!

I Purchased two Vehicles from These people and They did everything as promisedAs I am from Hartford and they are in Naugatuk I called ahead of time and I have to say that on both Cases the cars were ready, cleaned and in front waiting for meI did notice some people complaining in instance and as an observer I had to say that if it was me I would have told these people to leave and take theyre money somewhere elseA dealer goes thru a financing company and if your credit is poor they can not perform miracles I will be back again soon as I need another vehicle for my son

Originally purchased a vechile from this dealer with a warranty and *** coverage and financed with one company left with vechile that dayfor them to call me in less than a week to say that they couldn't get us approved threw the original lender but got us approved threw *** *** which we led to believe entailed the same deal as the original contract to our knowledge and wasn't informed of anything different until a few months later when we required to use our warranty contacted the company for them to say we didn't have a contract for a warranty Contacted the dealer for them to lie and say they explained it to usBut never once in writing or word of mouth was explained to us

At the time of our purchase (March 25, 2018), I was promised one $gas card for every one review I wrote for the dealership reflecting my experienceWith that being said, I wrote six reviews the following weekI have all records indicating as such

Lya and Johnny helped me get the car of my dreams after a tree fell on my old carI was able to get approved and even after the sales tax the total price was below *** valueThe paperwork for the car I chose was still being processed by the lein holder but they kept me updated let me know the instant the paperwork came through!!!

The customer has an extended warranty for monthsThere has never been a question if the customer has an extended warrantyThe warranty would never cover a wear item such as tires, or rust on a manifoldThese items are the customer’s responsibility, and were safety inspected by different techs

The single worst consumer experience I have ever experiencedMy salesman Kent let me test drive a car, even though it was illegal to operate on the road due to an airbag lightKent realized he could not sell the car with the airbag light on, and had me leave a $1,deposit to hold the car while they repaired the problemI was explicitly told that this deposit would hold the car, and would be refundable
When I came back the following weekend to purchase the car, Kent revealed it had been sold the night beforeDespite the fact that I called to confirm with him multiple times during the week, including the night and morning in question
Instead of addressing my concerns, the man who owns the business attempted to physically intimidate me with other employeesWhen I began to inform the other customers around me that A Better Way Wholesale had stolen my deposit and would not give it back, I was chased off the property, and video taped while the owner verbally harassed me - I did not respond
It is yet to be seen if they will follow through on their word to refund my deposit via checkA Better Way Wholesale lied to me at every point of this experience, I see no reason to believe them now

SUPER NEGATIVE DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!!!!! I bought a vehicle on Wednesday April 18, and well on the test drive I told the sales rep that the car needed brakes and rotors and that the ticking noise coming from the engine was of concern also that the car needed a coolant flush because the coolant on the vehicle could have possibly been old stating that the vehicle was heating internal engine temp up to degrees when engine temperatures are close to 180-sales rep stated that ticking noise is alright and that they did not have a vacuum coolant flush machine available in shop also about the brakes instead of replacing rotors and pads all they did was cut the rotors meaning they used a brake lathe machine to shave off the exposed layer of metal on the rotors now this is ok with newer rotors but not ok with older rotors which in my case proved to be wrong with brake failurenow today on Monday April 23,which is only days after I got the car the engine seized finido done, now when I call the service manager whose name is kam he was very disrespectful and IGNORENT to tell me that I AM IGNORENT at which point I gave the phone to my fiancé before I flipped out, not only that I had to pay fr a tow truck to come and pick the piece of *** uphonestly I think that this business knew the problems on the vehicle and they didn't care they just wanted the *** car sold but if this car isn't fixed 100% best believe we will have channel news making a report on this vehicle and I will be contacting all the other people who got ripped off by this dealer and have all of them make a formal report on this business

Awful experience I'm convinced they sold me a car with a bad catalic converter which is from what I heard a part that never goes bad and if I does maybe once in a lifetimeMy car doesn't even have 100,miles on it and I'm now putting its third catalic converterNot even two months into purchasing the car we had to get it replaced and they did a bad job welding so I had to take it else where A little over a year later I'm paying 1000$ to have another one put it but we purchased a 3000$ extended warranty that I was told covers pretty much everything except break pads? But they failed to mention the catalic converter wasn't covered eitherI'm convinced they sold us the car with a bad one and dodnt tell usBecause what are the chances of a part that very rarely goes bad goes bad not even two months after purchaseI will never but a recap from here againAnd I believe they should have to reimburse us for the 1000$ we have to pay because they put in a *** aftermarket part
