On Sunday February 25, ** *** *** *** and I with our family went to the dealership to meet *** who works in sales department at dealershipWe went to look at minivans and expressed we had a budget and could not go over $as a monthly car payment*** understood and assured us that he would get a good dealWe looked at Minivans and really like one which was a silver *** ***I did test drive the vehicle and we asked *** to please verify how much our payments would beWe explained our credit was not that greatHe went to finance and came back and told us that finance said worst case scenario the payments would be $a month with percent rate*** said in order to hold the car so that no one sells it we would have to put $We both asked if we decided not to take the minivan how long would we have to wait for the money to be deposited? He said Business daysSo we decided to proceed with the paper work

hello my name is *** and I just want to that I was very happy purchasing my vehicle from A Better Way in Naugatuck CtI actually purchased two vehicles and both times the process was very easy and the sales rep was very helpfulI would advise anyone to go therethey're amazing!

This is the second time I've bought a vehicle hereThey are very helpful, friendly and have great customer serviceJoe and Dan are awesome to work withEveryone there makes the experience great

Better Way Wholesale Autos does not perform ethical business standards I was there recently with my significant other to potentially buy a truck from them We filled out initial paperwork for them to submit to bank for approval and before they would submit paperwork for approval they told us we had to provide them with our 4,down payment on said truck before submitting paperwork What kind of business requires you to submit a down payment before submitting paperwork to banks for approvalWhen we declined the "owner" came over to us and said, "well then we need at least 500, I need to see a commitment from you"We continued to decline stating our concern regarding how could we be sure we were going to get approvedand the owner said "if you won't do then I cannot do business with you"We left without giving them a cent and I told them I wanted all my personal information back

I have reviewed the complaint filed by *** ***I have also reviewed the sales and service files for the vehicle *** *** purchased*** *** purchased a *** *** on January 25, There are no records that *** *** contacted the service department about her issuesDuring the
sales transaction Anna went over what repairs had been made on the vehicle prior to *** *** purchasing itOne of the repairs made was the heater core being replacedIf *** *** had an issue with that ABW would have been more than willing to fix the repairABW is willing to reimburse *** *** for the heater core repair of $350.00, please send a copy of the invoice to ***There are no notes from the mechanic about oil or antifreeze leaks

I have reviewed the complaint and file for Mr *** During the initial deposit Mr & Mrs*** requested that a cosmetic repair be made on the vehicle before they took deliveryWe do not repair small dings and dents on all of our vehicles which allows us to offer the vehicle for sale
at a much lower price than other dealershipsIf a customer chooses we can send the vehicle out to a body shop that we use who will do the repairs for a significantly lower costThis is the choice that Mr& Mrs*** requested for an additional $ On May 8th Mr& Mrs*** came in to take delivery of their vehicleAll documents and loan terms were signed and agreed uponThere are factors that made the final total increase such as , tax, registration, warranty, gap insurance, and finance charges which are all broken down and signed off by the customer on the invoice and purchase orderUnfortunately the reason Mr& Mrs***'s vehicle could not be registered was due to back property taxes being owedThis is completely out of our hands and is not a reasonable reason to cancel a transactionThere are many employees at work before and after the delivery of a vehicle to ensure the customer and their transaction get processed as smooth as possibleThis includes preparing the vehicle for delivery and obtaining financing options for the customer A refund at this time is not possibleOnce Mr& Mrs*** clear their property tax issue they can use the deposit they left towards another vehicle

I purchased a vehicle from ABW auto on 11/ On December I began to have problems with the vehicle and brought it back for service Again on March had more issues with the car and scheduled for the beginning of April for service They have the car for close to weeks just for an estimate and still I had to be the one to call to see what was going on After speaking with them I was advised of a list of problems the car has to include leaks and trouble with the front arms of the car I believe that these were problems the car had before the purchase and that they should have been taken care by the dealer before the sale In addition, I purchased an insurance they had offered to cover repairs of the vehicle for a year with some exclusions and apparently the insurance covers none of the repairs I ask that the car gets fixed as I believe the problem was there before purchase

On 06/06/I purchased a *** *** *** *ith 78,miles for $22, plus registration fees, Vin etching, dealer document fees and taxes for total of $25,which was advertised by sales person Paulo in mint condition and having the market value of $33,I paid the dealer 1,down payment plus $for extended warrantyI wasn't given a chance to drive the car and had to buy it at sightNext day I took the car to an authorized Chevy Dealer to run diagnostic scan( $138)The dealer uncovered multiple alterations to the car including lowering of the spring ( giving the car a very bumpy ride), plus many mechanical issues including: worn struts and shocks, leaking pipes, heavy breaks, a hole in the carpet. Also, the car was missing third row seatsI spoke with Paulo and he told me to bring the car back to the dealerI returned the car back to the dealer the next day, gave the keys to Miguel and was told by some very aggressive and rude lady that the dealer will keep my

Great experience from Lya and Miriam and the team at A Better Way Wholesale AutosThey were very friendly and accommodating with helping me get a new carI am very pleased with the experience I had with these ladiesThey made the whole process very easy and straightforward in what can be a sometimes stressful experience The finance team was great alsoI would recommend A Better Way Wholesale Autos to others

Promised call back by salesman, along with several new photos, never happenedToday I spoke to manager, who also promised that I would receive a return callDid not happen Salesman acted like taking a few extra photos was a major effort and that it was too much trouble to help me for a minimal commissionI worked with John and his staff many years ago, and the experience was flawlessWhy they treat someone ready to pay their asking price with such disdain is hard to imagine, unless they have something to hide about the car and don't want to sell it Totally baffled

Don’t look, don’t think , don’t even say a better wayThere’s nothing good about this place and it deserves to be shut downI bought a *** *** from them and immediately was having problems with the car and was constantly being the car for repairsI was so upset I began to do my research and saw people post reviews here’s about their situation which was very much similar to mine! So, I then bought the Carfax myself and saw my car was involved in a accident with airbags deployedI contacted the manager for a solution and he even acknowledged that I was there multiple times and offered me to trade the vehicle or leave the car with them and have it repaired under the warranty I purchased through themI don’t feel safe having their mechanics touching my car so I denied the offerI’ve brought it to numerous mechanics and they all said the car wasn’t safe in the conditions I was operating inI then brought my car to *** Dealership in hopes of trading my car and when they asked where I got it from, I replied with “in *** they cut me off and said “A better way?” And shook their headsThey even said this place should be shut down due to the amount of complaints and bad cars they sell! Had I would’ve known my car was in an accident I wouldn’t never had purchased it! They lied and took the moneyAlso, if you do buy a car bring your own mechanic, and look at the fine printDon’t buy that free oil change for months and what notThey’ll throw extra fees and hope you just sign the dotI have to pay out of my own pocket for something they should’ve ensured was fixed prior to selling it

Three days after purchasing a vehicle from A Better Way Wholesales Auto (ABW Auto), I received the following notification via ***: "Structural damage disclosed by seller based on results of a visual inspection Vehicle sold at auction." incident date of 04/06/but only reported to *** on 05/01/ This clearly shows that ABW Auto was aware of the reported structural damage and knowingly failed to disclose this information to me at the time of sale on 04/28/ Furthermore, this timeline indicates that ABW Auto knowingly withheld safety information for the purpose of misrepresenting the value of the vehicle According to the *** history based value function, the reported structural damage impacted the travalue of the vehicle by over $1, I contacted ABW Auto on 05/02/in an attempt to agree on a reasonable resolution Instead, I was offered the option to trathe vehicle which was fully paid for and registered just three days prior I was willing

We purchased a *** *** *** *** It's been over a year and we couldn't be happierHenry was our salesperson and did an outstanding jobHe was knowledgeable, patient, and professionalSharon handled our financing and couldn't have been more helpfulLove our *** Great experience

My vehicle had tire sensors out and when I purchased the car, the salesman Johnny told me they would be fixed I was also quoted $by the manager Kam J*** and when I went to pick up the money it was for a lessor amountAs Kam was agreeing to pay the accurate amount, Mike B*** called me trash and told me to leave off of the propertyI recorded Mike B*** calling me trash several times and leftMy vehicle is covered under the day warranty

I have reviewed the complaint filed by *** *** I have also reviewed the sales and service documents for the vehicle that *** *** wanted to purchase*** *** left a $non-refundable deposit on 5/12/via credit card over the phoneAt that time the vehicle was removed
from our sales inventory and put on hold for him*** *** came in on 5/14/to finalize the sales documents on the car he wanted to purchaseAt that time *** *** stated he did not want to purchase the car due to cosmetic repairsThe front bumper had some scuffs and a small portion of paint peelingThe sunroof was looked at and determined that it was working properly*** *** was not happy with this answer and wanted a refundSince the deposit was made by credit card, the refund needs to be returned to the credit card*** *** did not have it on him that day and has not called in since to provide the information needed in order to process*** *** could call and ask for Jennifer in the office with the credit card information so that she may process the refund

I purchased a *** *** from A Better Way Wholesale Autos, plate number *** *At the same time at ABW Autos, my brother and sister in law were trying to purchase an ***, plate number *** ** I attempted to put the loan for the *** in my name as well as the registration which the dealership stated I needed to complete at the same time so everything is submitted at once
The loan ABW Autos submitted to the bank did not go through and I was denied the loan for the ***
The DMV received the registration documents I signed at the time ABW Autos initially submitted the loan for the *** in my name
The *** was never purchased by anyone, on that day
ABW Autos never retracted the registration documents with my name on them
This registration is falseAt that time, no one had purchased the vehicle, it still belonged to ABW Autos
How can a vehicle be registered without anyone actually purchasing it first?
My brother and sister in law purcha

I purchased a car from a Better Way I contacted a better way auto within my days spoke to a “manager” by the name of Tj about my Catalytic converter being bad he said he would call me back within a hour I waited patiently for a phone call back from Tj never called I called a week later he said they are very busy haven’t had a chance discussing it with service manger Kam so Tj told me he would give me a call in minutes never did now I give another week now he has winged me off with telling me he would call back and doesn’ *** now pass my days so when I call him he tells me he can’t replace it I have to pay argued me down telling me I have to pay for it which is $but he’ll be reasonable and charge me 200+ tax I was not suppose to pay for it to get fixed he was suppose to replace it within my days the car can’t even pass emissions with a bad Catalytic converterManager Tj is really rude to speak with to just to resolve this matter

I purchased cars from this dealership and the last one was sold by liesPurchased the car in January, after test-driving twoOnce decided, I asked the sales person a bunch of questions, including a ***She went inside and printed a *** which had shown that this car had a clean bill, never involved in an accidentToday, I went to the *** to check on recalls and had a minor adjustment made to the hoodThe rep at *** gave me a *** report which shows that this car was involved in an accidentSo, I don't know how a *** from two different dealerships can be different but I take it as the printout from A Better Way Wholesale Autos was incomplete and the sales rep omitted some important information in order to make the saleThis can very well be construed as fraudSo, I will never buy another car at this dealership and I will be looking at bringing this fraudulent behavior as high as possible so that nobody else will be lied to for these people to steal other people's money
