It was a great experience to buy a car hereEasy and straightforward processGreat prices and huge selection of vehiclesTruly recommend it

I have declined the financing of a vehicle with this businessI put down 1000$ and I have been trying to get my refund over a month

I have reviewed the sales transaction for the complaint filed by *** *** put a deposit on a *** *** **Our sales representative, Paul informed *** that if he did not sign the paperwork the *** would still be available for other potential customers to purchase*** did
not sign the purchase order and informed Paul he changed his mindAfter Paul asked if *** was interested in other cars, *** became hostile and just demanded Paul refund his moneyThe original deposit was paid via credit card so the refund would need to be put back on the credit card, if not the credit card vendor treats it as a cash advancePaul asked *** for his credit card information so that he could have the refund processed*** declined that option and said he would put a dispute in with his credit card companyThe credit card charge back was received by our bank on

A better way wholesale auto is a great place to find the right carA great selection, fair prices, and nice staffI felt they really cared about finding the right car for me

I purchased a vehicle from A Better Way on June 27, I was at the dealer while for 7-hoursIt may have been hours, but I am unsure of the exact time that my wife and I left the lotEric was a good salesmen, calm and he frequently updated me on the status of the repairs being made to the car while I waited days, and while I was at the dealershipThis is not a review of Eric’s performance, because I felt that he did a great jobLooking at my car the following day after picking it up from A Better Way Wholesale Autos, I realize that each time I open and close the passenger front door, there is a rubbing sound coming from the fender and passenger doorI waited OVER TWO WEEKS for the dealer to order/install/paint this same exact fenderNot only that, but the fender is badly scratched on the topI definitely don't believe the fender was painted at allThe fender has no inside liner, which I told the salesman Eric about and the Sales ManagerI informed them both that this is a safety issue because the battery is directly over that area of the car, so if water gets in there, my electrical system could fail, which would lead to the car having serious issues on the way homeImagine if the battery shut down while I am driving mph with traffic behind me on the highway….accident waiting to happenEric told me that the service team brought another *** *** to the garage to remove the fender liner from that vehicle and place it on my vehicleHe actually told me this twiceOn the way to South Carolina, it is raining and my wife and I hear a weird noise coming from the carI pull into a gas station to check out the fender liner because I used to be a car mechanic and guess what.....The driver side fender liner is now rubbing on the left front tire!!!! ***This is when I check the passenger side fender liner, which I was told twice was being removed from the other car and placed on mine…NO FENDER LINER on the front passenger side!!! Not only was I lied to about one being installed, but the other one fell down onto the tire while I was drivingNeedless to say, when I got home, I ordered two fender liners myself, and which means I had to pay from my own pocket $for something that I was told was actually done before I left the dealership officeIt was after 8PM by the time my wife and I were leaving and we had been there between 7-hours, so we were relieved and in a rush to leaveThe tire pressure monitor light was on before I drove the vehicle for a test driveI informed Eric of this and I was told that it is 85% chance the sensor is bad, and the owner does not replace sensorsI actually heard a different salesmen tell another couple this as wellNow while waiting to finalize things upstairs, the rear passenger tire goes COMPLETELY FLATI told them there was a problem over hours ago, and they brushed it off, but yet the tire is now flatWhat if I had been driving on the highway when this happened? The sales manager said it would be correctedThe service team removed the tire to inspect it and informed Eric that the rim had been welded before, but it was not done properly which lead to the air leakThis should have been discovered prior to me arriving at the dealer to pick up a car that I paid a deposit for the car days agoIn days the air hasn’t leaked out of the tire, but it goes completely flat with hours of me being at the dealershipThey SURELY KNEW about this ahead of timeI was told that I could transfer the wheels from the other *** *** to the one that I had purchased, but I refused and asked that they ship me a new rim of the same size and style that I have on the carThe manager agreed and I have that in writingThe rim was shipped within two weeks, so they kept their word on that endAlso on the way to take my wife back to New York, the car vibrates at highway speedsDefinitely an alignment issue that I was unable to detect during the test drive due to the shortness of highway stretch that I was guided to take by EricThe sales team actually attempted to charge me for a VIN etch that was not performedI told Eric to inform the finance team not to write on the checkBy the time they allowed me upstairs, Jim had already written on the check from my bank and included the VIN etch feeI informed him that I would like a new purchase order without the VIN etch fee because it was not done in the days I had been waiting for them to tell me the car is ready, and I refuse to wait until it is done during my visitHe could not rewrite the purchase order without the VIN etch fee because he had already included the fee when he filled out the blank check from my bank and the check can’t be edited, but only voided then I would have to wait on another check from my bank, then return to the dealershipI do not live in Connecticut, so that is not an option for meI was giving a check request form signed by various members of upper management, which requires the check cutting lady whom does not work on weekends to write me a check for $when she returns to work on MondayI have received the check in the mail, so they kept their word on that part alsoFinally when my vehicle returned from another lot after repairing the rim, the DVD navigation disc is no longer in the dashWithout the navigation disc, the GPS will not workI feel someone removed this, because the message was not on the dash when I test drove the vehicleI was at the dealership for 7-hours, even though I had already had a check from my credit union and knew the car I was picking up agoI had a purchase order signed by myself and Eric from the 12th of JuneI didn’t have to wait on any financing, so the process should not have taken 7-hours considering we knew the vehicle that I was purchasingOn a final not we received the car with the GAS EXTREMELY LOW light on the dash boardHow rude and unprofessional of them, but I drove to a fuel station ASAP to take care of that myselfGood thing it was raining on the way home, as I now know that the wipers need to be replaced as wellI had to replace them the next day for a total of $I also have to place oil in the car each weak as the engine sounds unusual and the oil level dropsIn conclusion, I was jerked around about the fender liner, the tire, the GPS disc, the VIN etch fee, windshield wipers, and my wife and my time, and now have a car that I have to continuously monitor the oil in each weekI am so DISSAPPOINTED in this wholesale dealershipBe wary of these guysI have now had to put over $into the vehicle that I purchased less than a month ago

I financed a *** *** ***My sales representative was Anna GillI checked the vehicle top to bottom and asked specifically if there were any mechanical issues and if a warrantee was neededIt was a hour drive homeI drove minutes and the heater core in the car blewIt cost $to have repairedLast week the oil pump in the vehicle had to be replaced, along with an oil leakAgain, another huge expenseThis week there is another issue with a huge antifreeze leakI contacted the dealership twice about resolving the issue and have gotten no responseI do not want to keep paying each month for a vehicle that I cannot drive

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: The warranty work was completed by them and clutch repair was done incorrectly which damaged multiple components of my transmissionI would not bring my vehicle back for repair due to lack of trust in their service and ethics of how they have handled all previous situations that have occurredThe service department drove my car after service was completed to *** dealer for further work to be completed regarding *** system and when I picked up it was miles more than when I left vehicle for service which means that their service department drove my vehicle for at least an hour without noticing nor did they care that the clutch bearing noise was much more severe than when brought in for service and now it has a even louder noise when driving though each gearAlso according to my fuel miles per gallon they were not driving my car lightly either since it dropped down MPG from when I dropped it off to them which means they drove my car and applied excessive strain on my drive train of my vehicle but also the vehicle was incorrectly repaired which worsens the damages that would normally occur from having the repair improperly doneNow since I have been lied to on almost every question that I have asked the dealer like during the financing portion, registration status, that my vehicle would be serviced started on first day appointment was set up, service would be started on second time appointment was set up, multiple lies of during my vehicle was being service, tires owed to me installed on the wrong car, not having half of my key, and repair service was clearly incorrectly completed so I asked myself why would I bring my vehicle back to somewhere that operates their business like this and also would I trust them again to attempt to repair one of the main drive train components which when completed wrong could be a large safety issueWhen I spoke to TJ last Monday I said that I would give until the end of day next Monday to get this matter handled by reimbursing me the cost I have incurred from the damages they caused to my vehicle which is now today before I call a lawyer and take this matter to courtI have been trying to be reasonable in this matter by offering to take this outside of court but I will do what is necessary to be reimbursed what I am owed from their negligent repairs.
Sincerely,
*** ***

I have reviewed the complaintAt this time I am unable to find any information with the customer name or phone number indicatedIf you could please provide a copy of your purchase order or receipt I will be able to assist you furtherThank you

The purchase order was signed for a non-refundable depositOnce a customer agrees to buy the vehicle paperwork is signed and arrangements for a pickup day are madeSome times the vehicle is not able to be pickup that day because the customer needs to get financing or other items in order, such as insuranceIf the items needed are available on the same day, the sales person moves the vehicle to the storage lotThe sales person driving the vehicle does not break the terms of the contract.
The terms of the purchase order are clearly stated, your signature accepts those terms

Complaint: 1***
I am rejecting this response because: I never brought the vehicle back there because I was told they wouldn't do anything and to use my extended warrantySince April my vehicle has been in the shop more than I had it, gone through transmissions and transfer casesNo, you are lyingI was told I could NOT test drive the vehicle and if I wanted THAT ONE without test driving I had to leave a deposit or it would be sold!!! Numerous Revdex.com complaints all state you don't let people test drive for safety reasonsYou guys sold me a COMPLETE lemon!
Sincerely,

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: The tires they replaced is because, the car was making a weird noise since I bought itThe car passed the safety inspection because, in this places they do not check for rust "under the car" or they may not aware of the real damage caused by the rust in other parts of the car as: doors, door jams, the car is rusted all around the same height level, looking from bottom going up Inside the car you can still see dirt-dried mud like it was floodedI have trouble trying to fix the drive ability concern since the beginning as well because, the car is still vibrating too much when braking and I just did an alignment again, changed rotors, pads, shocksIt is impossible that a car that is safe and in good condition, is just all rusted with metal and paint falling off, with a previous rust contamination! unless, the car is near to the sea-beach, exposed to strong chemicals and/or has floodedThe car is *** year, I drove it for miles, I have paid more than $dollars in repairs and I have lost days off my job, all combined during the year I had the carThe car showed deterioration conditions that not even an older car will show, unless is under the rust-appropriate to growth environment mentioned aboveThe dealer A Better Way Wholesale, sold me a car for dollars but also sold me a warranty that is not going to cover any repair until the car is really old and parts will fall apart due to rust, that warranty does not include engine or transmission, only the parts that only fall after many years of using the car, which is not convenient "only for my pocket and family" I will submit all the documents for repairs I have and pictures of the car when I bought it showing the rust, I showed the car to the dealer next day I bought it but they just obligated me to walk away with the car like that, because I have signed alreadyBut the dealer knew about my concerns
Sincerely,

A refund check for *** *** was issued and mailed out on January 28, I have attached a copy for verification The check was was mailed to the address that we have on file which matches the address in his complaint

Miriam R*** was a great salesperson!A Better Way Wholesale has HORRIBLE customer service I would really give them zero starsDon't believe what they write on the internet ads! make sure everything works before you leave the storeI was treated rudely, given the run around when calling,I was hung up on, disrespected, and above all treated extremely unprofessionalI would never buy a car from here again. All I wanted was my back up camera to be fixed before I bought the vehicle was promised to fix itI had minimal picture after it was fixed when they only claimed it was dirty and now will not serve my camera when it hasn't worked since the test driveI contacted the manager to ask why this was he told he that I could pay for it if not he had to go and hung up on me but MIRIAM WAS AN AMAZING SALES REP THOUGH

*** MDX sold "as is" with unsafe drivers side airbag

I have reviewed the complaint filed by *** *** and I have reviewed the sales documents for his transaction*** *** purchased a Subaru Legacy on October 26, The $charge is not for the VIN number of the carThe $charge is for the vin etching service that etches the VIN #
on all of the glass on the vehicleThis is a product that is offered as a theft deterrent, as the car can not be stolen and then sold for partsSome insurance companies offer a discount if the optional VIN etch service is purchased. The $fee is what is charged by the Department of Motor Vehicle for processing the registrationThe $fee is a complete separate fee charged by the dealership for the services performed by the dealershipSome of the services are the process and submission of the registration, but not the actual cost of itI have attached the copies of our paperwork to show where the fees were charged

Miriam is a talented, diligent service professionalI look forward to repeat business only with MiriamHer attention to detail and customer service is unparalleledShe is now part of our familyWell Done!

Recently bought a new SUV from A Better Way Wholesale Autos The experience from beginning to end was extremely positive The SUV was accurately depicted on their website, and, in fact, when I went to see it in person, it surpassed expectations The staff was excellent from the salesperson to the finance person to the individual who assisted me in completing the required paperwork I would highly recommend A Better Way Wholesale Autos to anyone looking for a vehicle

Our dealership has a satisfied customer rate of from Revdex.com statisticsWe have delivered over 20,vehicles since we opened the doorsWe sell this many vehicles, because we send a driver on a hour round trip, because a customer was unhappy, not because the vehicle was unsafeThe trunk lock assembly needed an adjustment, that's itThat isn't a safety issue, and could happen at any time, and was fixed in a parking lot
We have refunded the customer their $on 8/

On 03/16/2016, I bought ** *** *** from this companyBefore I purchased the vehicle, I asked the salesman whether the title of the vehicle was available, he replied yes and it will be handed to me upon completion of the transactionUpon our thorough negotiation, I drove for hours and gave $security on the vehicle, which is a part performance that makes the contract enforceable and binding to both parties, seller and buyerThe salesman gave a copy of the title to me and told me that the car has multiple mechanical issues that must be fixed before delivery, which is a requirement of the Commonwealth of ConnecticutDuring our initial contract, among other things, he charged me $198, which he states to be mandatory (although it say optional on the P&S agreement)After all, the salesman called me after days to pick up the carHe stated that he would be at the dealer till 9pm, therefore, I should not worryUpon our agreement, I arrived at I paid him in full and he

*** *** disputed his credit card charges with was issued a refund for the money he paid to ABWThis was done after ABW had already issued a credit refund to himAs explained by MrAlbano any other out of pocket expenses will not be reimbursed*** *** could have viewed the vehicle at any time prior to signing documentation and driving the vehicle home
