I wanted to buy a car from them and had a deposit, I was suppose to go back up there on Monday march 19th to finalize everythingI was 15mn away when the Salesman Jay called and told me the car was taken to the shop to get a dent fixed and it will be back on Thursday that week, that day I was transferred to a different work area, and couldn't make it, I let Jay know I would come Saturday the 24ththat day I spent nearly 40mn on the phone trying to find out if they car was brought back, after 40mn and finding someone else, a different salesman told me the car wasn't back yetJay called later that afternoon and told me it should be in Monday, and still the car wasn't therethat Wednesday the 28th I said the process is taking too long and I don't want the car anymore hence, they should give me my deposit backThe salesman stopped answering my messages, and every since I've been calling everyday talking to some called TJ who said they would have an answer for me and still they keep h

no communication from *** that she had any issues with the vehicle at the time of delivery or since thenSince the dealer warranty is now expired and Jennifer did not reach out to ABW in the months of owning the vehicle, the repairs would fall under her service contractWithout knowing the specific items needing repair, it is impossible for ABW to determine if the warranty should cover in full, with the exception of the $deductible. ABW would be more then willing to assist *** with the repairs on her vehicleIf she wishes to bring the car to us for repairs, ABW will waive the $deductible and call the claim into the service contract company to ensure it is being handled properly

Well, bought a car from them 2wks ago and still don't have the vehicle...I've been given the run around about the registration and the tire repair...They were paid by the bank and I'm about to start making payments on a vehicle that I don't even have yet!!! I went to A Better Way on a Thursday afternoon to look at some vehicles that my daughter and I printed out from the *** *** Navigator page I was pre-approved from *** *** with a set monthly payment of $for months with an annual percentage rate of 3.46% I called *** *** on my way to the dealership to verify what to do once I got to the dealership and if we ended up liking one of the cars I printed up the financing certificate for I also asked how firm the payment and APR were that were stated on my certificate and the representative stated it was accurate I was concerned because I know that A Better Way requires a $1,non-refundable deposit before you even meet with a finance manager and I did not want any surprises Once we arrive at the dealership, my daughter and I test drove cars one of which we decided to purchase I gave the salesperson, Benjamin my certificate from *** *** and waited to go upstairs to meet with a finance manager Once we go

Great buy a car, pick it up, pay the car off in three months.....waiting months now for the title....not cool

We just purchased our second vehicle from A Better Way Both cars were valued way over the price that was paid Cars were in great condition The place is so busy it's a bit chaotic and overwhelming the first time you go there but they are just BUSY selling cars They get vehicles from auctions, so you have to go in with your eyes open wide and do your homework when researching the vehicle that you want to purchase I would definitely recommend this place to purchase a vehicle Just do your homework, they are very clear about what they cover and do not cover for warranties

I recently tried to purchase a car from A Better Way Auto which resulted in me cancelling the sale and requesting my deposit due to advertisement due to me being mislead on the vehicles conditionA better way auto is refusing to refund my deposit, as they claim this fee is non refundable, even though the sales associate lied about the condition of the car
I was told on May 12, that vehicle was in immaculate condition, no issues whatsoever however when I showed up on May 14, with my check in hand to pay for the car there were several issues with the car
