The internet order you placed and accepted the VIP was on October 15, 2017. To accept the VIP you must check the box indicated that you have read all the terms and conditions and you must enter your email address in the space provided on the application. All of this was done as well as an email...

confirming the membership. The first 30 days were free and your billing started on the 15th of November. I will contact the VIP and have them cancel your membership and refund your monthly payments stating non use.

We will issue the prepaid label to your email address of [redacted] and give you a full refund.

There are two areas that you can enter in your email address. One is for receiving coupons during the year, but there is another area at check out that asks you if you would like to join the VIP club which entitles you to free shipping and 10% off cash back rebate for orders placed with our...

It does state by entering your email address (in this space not the space for your email address coupons) it is your electronic signature for joining the program. To cancel the program just call the toll free number of 1-[redacted] and any operator will help you cancel the program.

Tell us why here...I will forward your name and address to the marketing department of Potpourrri Group and have them remove you from their mailing lists as well as not to purchase your name and address from any other catalogs.

Rush delivery as stated on the web assures shipment on the next business day and takes 4 to 6 business days to arrive. The order was placed on Thursday 17th via the internet and two of the items that were in stock were shipped on Friday the 18th. The 3rd item was put into stock on Monday...

and shipped out on Monday the 21st. The 4th item became available on the 23rd and shipped out on Wednesday the 23rd. I will credit you the total of your shipping which was 4.95.

I checked the status of my order on their on line customer service and it says my order is still in the warehouse and the tracking number they gave...what company did they use to ship?
 order#[redacted] with pyramidcollection.com I read their reply to you and they told you it was shipped. If you go to their web site and click on where's my order and put in the account number and my name it says "in-warehouse". The tracking number they gave you: I also put that in many different sites to track. It is not a number used by the [redacted]. I then tried [redacted]...it was not found there. I tried [redacted]...it was not found there either. SO my question is: what company did they use to ship if in fact they did ship my order? Also..no where on their site did it say their warehouse was closed for inventory! If it had I would NOT have placed the order as they were for gifts for a birthday presents...now past due! I thought you should have all this information going forward! Thank-you for your prompt attention to this matter! Greatly appreciated!

I am rejecting your assessment of the issue. I requested, and was denied a copy of the "form" I filled out to signup for the VIP club. Since you can't provide me with proof that I did indeed sign up for this bogus "club" you are running, I believe a full refund of the money I spent with your company is warranted.

this business does not deserve a B+ rating as they are gaining monies  by tricking people! I understand that you can not make them be ethical but I am thankful you re here to help with businesses like this!

We do not have pick up return labels.  I can email you a postage paid label that you can put on the return and then bring it to a [redacted] location that will ship it back to us. Please check your email in the the next 24 -48 hours for this label to print.

We never received the item back. When we tracked the package with the tracking number customer gave us [redacted] back in December it stated not valid. I will do a credit for the item and you were given the return postage by the operator who answered your email.
