Providing the check is actually received by me within the time frame mentioned. I had been promised the rebate before with a 1-3 week window. That did not happen which brought us to this juncture. If they keep their word then I accept and the matter can be closed.

The customer placed an order on Saturday the 24th of September for 3 gift cards. The gift cards were generated on the 26th GC # [redacted] each for 50.00.They would have shipped to the ship to address in Georgia via the post office mail which does not have a tracking number on the 27th of...
September. If these have not been received to date we would have to cancel and reissue new Gift Certificates. Please let us know.
In May of 2017 you went into our site that said become a VIP member and filled out a short form enrolling in the program. It states al the terms and conditions as well as requests the credit card number you wish to be billed if you do not cancel within the 30 day trial period. As you stated you did...

This customer accepted the VIP when an order was placed in March of 2017 via the web where the customer must enter all the information requested to join and then select the accept button to join. At this time VIP on 01/08/18 has refunded all the monthly billings to date.

This was "handled" fully in August....and THEN I was charged September and October and never removed from the VIP List. We have refunded all money charged from when the VIP was accepted in February of 2015. I have contacted VIP and they have canceled your membership and no further charges will occur.

I have again contacted the Marketing department and verified you were removed. They are asking if you would be able to give us the information located in the blue box on the back of your catalog you received so they are able to see where it was generated from.

I got an E-mail from Whatever Works 8/13/16 notifying me they recieved my return. Not that they have paid me my money back just that they got my return package. As stated in the complaint I have the [redacted] tracking notification that it had been delivered back to them in June 25. It should not take this long to to process a return. I want all there customers to know that if they need to return an item that it takes more than 6 weeks to get your money returned to a credit card or Debit card. I have requested to be removed from all there mailing list as they have mulitple spinnoff companies.

I have contacted the Director of Marketing to investigate where the catalogs you are receiving are coming from. They did all the removals on 07/14/17.
We credited the cc used to place the order on 01/26/17 for 69.95 and will refund return postage when customer calls to let us know how much it was to send back.
We have given you a credit for the second order you placed.
