The original order was found and placed on 8/26/13. The exchange was processed and the new ring was sent out on 5/23/16.

This is a program that is offered on line and we cannot just sign you up. All of the details of the program Information and boxes must be checked if you wish to try the program. At this time your credit card has already been credited for the charges on 2/14/17.

The 21.94 you saw on your credit card was an authorization only. We only charge the credit card when the item ships and it has not shipped, cancelling the order as you requested. The authorization is dropped by the bank if it is not charged within 7 days.

We see that the package shipped on 4/26/17. If you have not received it to date I have processed a full refund to the credit card used to make the purchase today. You should see it on your statement within 24 to 48 hours.

When the credit was done it had size written on the invoice. All we need to know is if you would like us to  make a new order for another XL. We already did the credit for the damaged one.

This customer was authorized for the order that she placed with the 3 items on. When she called we cancelled that order and we never charged her. Authorizations are dropped by banks after 7 days when the company does not do a charge. There is no charge on this customers account.

This credit for 58.98 was processed by the bank on 3/15/17 reference number [redacted] to your account. There are no other charges for this order other than the one processed on 01/27/17 reference number [redacted].

Customer received her credit for the incorrect gate as well as the return postage on 2/1/18.

The warehouse resubmitted the order because the comforter in stock was not the correct one ordered from the vendor. We are expecting the correct one in the first week of September and the correct comforter will be shipped at that time. to the questions such as do you agree to the terms and conditions and it states after the first 30 days if you do not cancel you credit card will be billed the monthly fee of 14.95 until you call to cancel. It gives you the toll free 800 number to call the VIP program for any questions or to cancel. You also receive an email letting you know you signed up for the program and then again before the first billing another email.At this time I will call the VIP and cancel you membership and request a refund.

The item I received was less expensive than the item I ordered.  I need to know that the credit will be for the full amount of the item that I ordered.  I also would like to know if they have any idea when the item I ordered would be shipped.  When I spoke with someone almost 2 weeks ago, they said it was shipped and on its way.  From this note, this does not sound true.  If it is shipped, I'd like the tracking number.  If it has not been shipped, I just want my ordered cancelled completely.

I called with the shipping amount of $7.25 and was told it would be credited and to date it has not been credited. Once again customer service if failing.

All of the details are listed and the program is free for 30 days as stated and you can use the program during the trial period and cancel and you would not be billed. This is all listed under details as well as the email is sent when you sign up so you know what you have signed up for. As stated just call to cancel and they will refund your fees if requested..

The refund check number [redacted] for 58.38 was mailed. If you have not received this by the 25th of April please let us know and we will put a stop payment on this check and reissue a newcheck.
