The order was shipped to another customer with the same zip code and street number on 4/11/We do apologizeThe customer called stating she would just like a refund so we issued a refund check to *** *** check number *** for on 5/9/

The customer placed an internet order and accepted the VIP programI will at this time contact the membership program to have a refund issued to the customer

We also got the response from the VIP membership that your membership was canceled and all charges were refunded

We will contact the VIP customer service and ask that they cancel your membershipIf you would like to call them yourself at any time the VIP telephone number is 1-***

Your company should be ASHAMED of the scam/fraud and illegitimacy of your customer service and VIP club

charge was not paid, it was subject to late feesThe late fees were removed on 7/6/at 3:PM, due to the confusion, but the insurance charge remains until we have confirmation of coverage
Our insurance requirements are outlined in section of their signed lease-

Customer was issued credit for this item but to date have not received item exchange form or itemWhen this is received we will do a new order for the size requested if he still wants
