This is what I know: they truly are the best. I have been trying to get the info I requested and no luck, finally I came across this and acted on my request and have been completely satisfied and happy.

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] Unfortunately, [redacted] (Aardvark Research Group) was inconsistent in his communication with meIn my initial Revdex.com complaint, I included the copy of our ongoing email dialogue to illustrate ***'s adamant response(s) that two DD214s could not be sent to two separate locationsTo resolve this issue, I acquiesced and requested the DD214s be sent to me directlyIn my communication with [redacted] on Friday, May 20, 2:PM, we agreed and he confirmed Aardvark was going to send the two DD214s to my house that day.At this point, I was satisfied that we had agreed on a solutionHowever, after weeks went by and I hadn't received the DD214s from Aardvark Research Group, I reached out to them again [hence, their response that they hadn't heard from me for a period of time] [redacted] responded stating "the DD214s were delivered to the address I provided on the order form, which was [redacted] " [Tuesday, July 19, 8:PM]At this point, he has now contradicted his earlier communication in which he stated they were going to be sent directly to meMoreover, at no point does he indicate the DDwas also sent to the second institution (Charter Oak State College)When I questioned him why they weren't sent to me (per his previous email), he responded he was "sorry and that the timing was such that they probably didn't read my email until the following morning, and by then they had already sent them."As you can see, Aardvark's communication was inconsistent, at best [redacted] and I agreed to have them sent to my house [Friday, May 20, 2:PM]He never indicates the DD214s were sent to both institutionsHad he communicated this to me (as the company claims in their response), I would never have made the Revdex.com complaintFurthermore, [redacted] also never conveyed that they "upgraded me at no charge to include a digital copy being sent to the registrar's office of each institution." Moreover, since he communicated earlier the DD214s would be sent to my house, but later conveyed they were sent to [redacted] , the company inadvertently created unnecessary confusion and frustrationThey are erroneous in their response that they didn't hear from me for two months until yesterdayOn May 20th, they conveyed the DD214s would be sent to my homeWhen I never received them, I followed up with them in JulyWe exchanged email communication on July and in which I was led to believe the DD214s were instead sent to [redacted] For full transparency, I contacted [redacted] at Aardvark yesterday and advised him I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and included a full transcript of our email communication, as well as a copy of the detailed Revdex.com complaint I madeI will contact both institutions to confirm the DDwas receivedIn the interim, it is evident Aardvark could benefit from some internal customer service trainingIt would appear as though there is a lack of communication and transparency internal to their organization, hence the lack of accurate communication to me versus what was told to the Revdex.com [aka: representation]Moreover, I find it distasteful that their response included an unwarranted comment, "that I was dealing with issues." Yet somehow, this comment shouldn't surprise me - as this tactless response is commensurate with their lack of professional communication and customer supportIn closing, it would be advisable if Aardvark modified their website advertising slightly so that consumers are aware that although they can get two copies of their DDfor $89, they can only be mailed to one addressSince I hail from post-secondary higher education, most universities are very clear that when you pay for a school transcript, it only goes to one addressIf you want a transcript to go to two addresses, you must pay for two transcriptsClear and transparent advertising helps avoid the "Buyer beware" repercussions - for all consumers, let alone - veterans Sincerely, [redacted]

Amazing. I needed my Dd214 to be able to get a VA Loan. They not only helped me in answering questions prior to me signing up; They pressed to make it happen in the time they promote (7 business days) and were extremely helpful when I expressed my need and concerns.. Great job!!

Aardvark Research has been very prompt in response to my inquiries I received my documents ordered on time and with feedback on my progress I would recommend their service to anyone who needs expedited service

I would like to Thank Aardvark Research Group for their timely and efficient serviceAbout months ago I was provided ppwk from the VA to request my DDThe ppwk had an old address on it, so my request and method of payment were lost in "Snail Mail Bermuda Triangle" , and was causing a major delay on my home purchaseAfter conducting a search on the internet for Aardvark, I contacted them and told them what I was trying to achieveI ordered and paid for my DDon-line, and the certified document was in the mail within working daysThey also provided me with a scanned copy attached to my email notifying me that the documentation was on the wayI immediately forwarded the copy of the DDto my lender, and now I am a proud owner of a new homeThere are so many companies out there stating that, "they are here to help veterans" such as myself, but they really are just after the "Quick Buck" But not Aardvarkthey truly cared about my concerns and acted to assist me in the most expedient and professional mannerThank you Aardvark Research GroupTLynn Thank

Aardvark Research Group was terrificTried the [redacted] and several other groups without any success for several months (could not locate m [redacted] Aardvark found and provided both after just a few weeks

I ordered a DD214 so I could help my daughter with school. I needed it in 10 business to meet the deadline for enrollment. So I ordered the document from Aardvark on 10/30/2019. They advertised 5-7 days so I purchased but its been 11 days and havent received anything a responce from calls or emails. Now I just want my money back please. I missed the deadline.

We ordered this customer's records on November 1, 2019. Based on his branch and dates of service his request would take 10-14 business days to complete. Today is business day 7. We have not received any emails or phone calls from him requesting a status update. He has not contacted us at all to ask about his request. Most reasonable people take the time to contact us to ask about their request, before filing a complaint. That is just basic courtesy and common-sense.

Uncommunicative service that preys on veterans On January 2016, I engaged the services of Aardvark to help me track down my DD-since I lost it long agoI purchased online a Priority Express Service that cost $(charged to my credit card, Transaction ID No3VAXXXXXNXXXXXXXL on 01/22/at 08:50) This service should have guaranteed receipt of my DD-within a week Before the week had passed, I attempted at several times to phone Aardvark to get an update, but no one answered the phoneAfter a week had passed, I phoned them again, and someone answered, but he told me that my case was more complex and that I would have to wait anywhere from days to years to get a copy of my DD-They never informed me that there would be a delay until it was too late for them to fulfill their priority express service Because the need for my DD-was so great (for a VA mortgage loan), I decided to track it down myself to see whether I could do a better job than Aardv

Our agency ordered an expedited document from the AArdvark website on August 3, for one of our clients and paid well over the standard fee for the 5- day turn around I emailed the company on August 9, and let them know we had not received the product yet to which "***" responded that THEY ordered the document on August 4, and restated the business day turn around Aardvark sent the ordered product at 7:pm on August 21, business days after THEY ordered it (days after I ordered it) No comment was made about it being late or acknowledgement that they failed to met the expedited return Problem was that they initially charges my credit card TWICE for the expedited service and gave no apology when I contacted them Had I failed to recognize the double charge I potentially would have had no recourse in that my bank requires notification within days and I had just received a statement and would not receive the next statement -showing the d

On 11/11/16, I paid this business $for a DDI paid extra to have it expedited but I have not received any emails or phone calls from this businessI tried calling them and left a message but have not received anything back

I ordered my DDto prove I was a veteran and was honorably dischargedA digital copy arrive two weeks later as promised for $These folks did me a service to prove I served my full six years as a US Army Reserve Officer and that I am indeed a US Military Veteran in good standingThank you Aardvark Research

Lost my DD214, I needed it fastThese guys came through! Even when I messed up the paperwork, they were extremely prompt and work diligently to get things resolved and made my experience outstandingHighly recommend!

Aardvark Research Group was great to work with; however it seems to take a very long time to find these records. We had two requests and we were lacking some significant facts on one of them which greatly attributed to the longer and additional search.

Thanks for the review. This one took longer than usual because the family thought the veteran served in the Army during WW II--he actually served in the Navy. They also didn't know his serial number or any of the details of his service. The veteran also had a change of name. It was a minor miracle that we were able to find it at all. Glad we could help out.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Once again not what I asked for. This companies customer service is absolutely terrible. Glad to see this is how they treat veterans needing their service. As a business owner myself I would never allow my staff to treat our customers in such a manner. An A+ rating should not be held by people like this. I can only assume they make their money by keeping the "search fee" and not providing an actual service. Since this company is unwilling to do the service they were hired to do when can I expect a refund? 14-28 days? I have yet to see the amount debited back to my card. I can only hope that the BBB takes notice of this companies treatment of its customers and evaluates their rating accordingly. They will never receive a reference from me. Sincerely, [redacted]

The service provided was professional and timely

Was very pleased with the speed of their service. Received all my documents requested from military service. Highly recommend.
