I purchased about $6,in furniture in August They had to order most of the order and we were told it would be October 15th before it was in Then we were told it was October 19th Never were we told we had to pick it up ON THAT DATE We went to pick up the furniture on October 29th, and was told because we didn't pick it up on the 15th, they had cancelled the order Furniture was paid for in full in August! We were told call the store on Rain Lily where we purchased the furnitureWe spoke with our salesperson, who told us she would have the store manager call us After sitting at the warehouse for an hour, we called the store again The Store Manager told us that we could reorder the furniture and it would be in mid December, again we paid for the furniture in full in August We told him just cancel the order and refund the money, which he began talking about restock fees, etc He did refund the full amount, which is the only good thing that was done We were never told we had to pick up on certain date, we did not receive a phone call that the furniture was in, we did not received a phone call before they cancelled the order, and did not get a refund until we called them

In March of I went to Room To Go to buy a piece set living room, when I chose a set they told me to pay a certain amount for days and when your days is up you would have to pay the original priceBut when my days was up they added more money to the bill when I paid half off and when we call to get more information from them their excuse was it was the original priceAnd the other day I went to pay off my payment they added more money to my bill which don't make no sense

We love our furniture we bought from the Pembroke Pines location of Rooms To Go We have been shopping there for years and everyone is always so nice

Very bad experience, the salesperson, Eduardo, liedThe manager Jorge Sdid not carePurchased a sofa and MrEduardo lied to make me purchase the scotch guard, he quoted to delivery at $When I noticed at home, called to inform my granddaughter is allergic and I did not want it as I had not ordered itBought it on Black Friday 11/went to cancel order on Monday and manager wanted to charge me a 25% restocking charge???

I purchased a living room suit through this company and had it financed through their in house, RAC Acceptance or Acceptance Now, about months ago They came in my home around June and put the furniture wherever I needed them to without me having to lift a finger which I appreciated, but I now regret Recently, we had to rearrange our furniture to make room for our Christmas tree And that is when we noticed that the glass that goes into one of the tables was too big We noticed it because it fell and split my scentsy candle in half, which I just purchased, and then fell on my year old son We had already complained about the rug being horrible when we first got it because it is literally shedding everywhere I find myself sweeping it up every day They still haven't fixed that Now I have this issue with this glass At first I thought maybe they were being clumsy as they were moving it but when we looked to try to put the glass back, we saw the reason why it fell in the first placeIt doesnt fit the table It scared the [redacted] out of all of us especially my youngest son who it fell on On top of that, I am still being hounded to pay the furniture bill to their in house financing company, who I had to file a complaint on as well but they still choose to reach out to other people after they stated they wouldn't and they had the nerve to say they didnt charge any interest or fees, but that is untrue as well This is not fair to me as a customer because if that glass would have broken and I chose to have them take the furniture back they would have wanted me to pay for it

This is Worst experience ever, horrible customer service .they promised a delivery date the truck came with out a heads up call and left without dropping furniture off they dint want to do a next day deliveryWe cancel the order and ask for a refund and have to wait a whole week to get our moneyThis service was very unacceptable and unprofessional

First of all, I have a whole home full of Rooms To Go furniture I purchased from Rooms To Go in FtMyers, FL I bought a love seat/sofa set from themI was concerned with the maintenance /cleaning of a Ivory colored faux leather setSalesman told me it was no problem to maintainIn fact he gave me two bottles of Rooms To Go brand cleaner to use when I needed to clean themI tried the cleaner and it took off the color/grain of the sofaI have tried for over three months to get Rooms To Go to admit this is their problemThey refuse, even at the store and customer service levels Seems now that I am stuck with damaged furniture with no further recourse by Rooms To Go They have now lost me as well as hundreds of other potential clients as I'm a REALTOR and when people ask me where should they buy their new homes' furniture you can bet it won't be Rooms To Go

I bought an accent table with drawers about a month ago, the bottom drawer did not open so I called RTG, they sent a tech that could not figure out what the problem was, pretended to do something and said that if he did more it would make matters worse, I thought the drawer would be a little better to open, I called today to report that I still have a problem, they said they would exchange the unit, since it appeared to be a manufacturer issue, but then said they were out of those tables and that I needed to pick something else, but THERE WOULD BE A FEE of $because it would be another transaction and they because they had to pick up the defective unitso it boils down to: I have to pay 1) for the technician incompetence and 2) for the company's lack of integrity I have to keep the defective unit and probably pay someone to come to fix it

Thee WORST customer service experience I have ever had to go through.....no empathy from no oneI received wet furniture, protector that was sprayed on it and my dining room set could not be put togetherThey admitted they have complaints within the last year about the same set I bought......really!!! Every person I spoke to including Ms [redacted] in the corporate office, made me feel like it was my faultI request to have the dining room set picked up and my money returnedI was told it would take 2wks but yet it took second to take the money out my bank accountI am a loyal Ashley Furniture customer, moved to Tampa from NJ and gave RTG a chance..........NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! BACK TO ASHLEY FURNITURE I GOOOOOO!!!!!

TerribleVery rough delivery of furniture causing property damage and some items not delivered at allThey actually told me my only option is to drive to another warehouse out of state to pick up the rest of my orderWhen I demanded a refund they were not only rude but gave me a very small portion of what I paid for the productAnd apparently it will take weeks to get that

We had a bedroom set delivered and in the process of taking a book case up stairs the delivery crew hit wall and knocked out a 2" by 4" section of our wallThe damage was pointed out to us by the delivery driver and he noted it in the delivery including pictures he took of the damageHe informed us that we would here from the company in the next 3-business daysWhen no one called we reached out to customer service and have gotten the run-around for the last three weeksNo one will call us and every call taker we speak with refuses to transfer us to a supervisorToday we told that the company is not going to do anything about the damage they caused This had just been the most recent incident in what had turned out to be nightmareRooms To Go is the worst business I have ever done business with

WORST COMPANY EVERThey make you pay an outrageous amount for delivery and they cant even guarantee you a delivery time when someone is home!!! I specifically told them when I purchased my furniture that no one is home from 2-and she said that's fine we deliver all day from 7am-10pm and then I get a text days before delivery that they'll be there from 2-Called to complained to the customer service department and MsPat Dthe Supervisor was very rude and disrespectful she contradicted every thing she said and told me that if I moved my delivery date she could put my request in and accommodate me...why cant you do that for the already scheduled day? She couldn't answer the question...why charge customers delivery fees if you cant deliver it while the customer is at home or grant a decent delivery timeI will never spend my hard earned money at rooms to go againMsCindy who sold me the furniture said it was all day delivery which isn't true! Sad I have to keep rescheduling

Made the mistake of buying a sectional couch there $cash, the unit arrived and the main sofa was caved in on the side and the recliner would not operate,they made notes and arranged for a new one to be delivered in two weekscouch arrived and days later the motor broke,called to report it, was told they would send a tech out to repair it, in another two weeks to fix it,I was out of town and had to have my son stay home from school to meet the tech,because they will not negotiate delivery times.got home later that night asked my son what happened, he said the guy told him they would have to order another motor, no explanation of when it would be here so I could actually use my couch? After waiting a month I went back to the store were I purchased the couch to find out When I walked in the store the bubbly lil blond lady said welcome to Rooms to go how can I help you,when I told her my problem and she realized she would not get commission her whole attitude changed and told me in a curt voice,we do not do repairs here and walked offWent to the back office hoping to talk to someone in their little cage like office,and was told the exact same thing by what I am assuming is their office manager who actually left the confinement of the jail office to hand me a brochure with a number on it and said call themWhen I did call them they said they were going to bring a new couch in stead,this is the last conversation I had and that was two weeks ago, still no couchtheir customer service after the sale [redacted] from top management all the way down to store level management and sales associatesNeedless to say will never buy from them again

It is sad you can't trust people these days!! Told in store the warranty covers anything and everythingCustomer service states otherwiseRooms to go's warranty is a huge waste of money!!!

Excellent sales man Sami at the Wellington FL location, poor and unprofessional delivery driver, not to mention how extremely unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate, poor customer service I received via telephone from PatWhy have the option for express delivery and wasn't able to utilize the bed until one week after purchase for an in stock itemWhat a waste of delivery charge for poor service after deliveries and days of not working waiting on my delivery, was still unable to receive all the pieces necessary to put queen bed together can you imagine if I bought more than one item! Will never recommend this company to anyone!!

I ordered a recliner and reclining sofa The day of arrival the delivery man, before bringing in the furniture came to my door stating he was delivering damaged goods He said I could accept them to use for now and get undamaged goods next week I agreed We agreed on the next Saturday and the company would be calling I received my usual automated phone call stating that my delivery was set for the following week When I called customer service they stated I agreed to that date So I asked her why I would be calling to complain if I had agreed to that date She had no answer I told her that date was unacceptable and she said there was nothing she could do I asked her if it were ok to have an unhappy customer and she said there was nothing she could do I asked her if she would compensate my monetarily, she said there was nothing she could do BTW, the chair was damaged so badly I am unable to use the reclining feature Damaged goods Waiting weeks No type of compen

I purchased a bedrooms set for my son over a month ago , the bed came broken and this is the way it was assembled , according to the technician the mirror couldn't be assembled because there were screws missing and the drawers were missing the handles so they had to be orderedI received the handles right before the New Years holiday so I had to wait to over a week to receive the parts and I also had to wait to schedule a technician to come outIn order for them to accommodate me ASAP I had to call times since the earliest they can work with my schedule was for Jan They were able to expedite me for Jan 12th but I had to call and make arrangement with family so that they can take the day off from work so that I can be able to accommodate rooms to go delivery system ( 3hour window )As I was dusting the drawers, I opened the drawers , only to find out that the handles I had been waiting for were installed incorrectly by the technician on the inside of the drawers , this is unacceptable, what kind of technicians are you hiring ? Do they even have a instruction set to follow or a picture of what they are assembling ?I had to call rooms to go over times over the course of this issue to make sure this issue was addressedI am extremely disappointed and this will be my last purchase at rooms to goThe message I've been getting from everyone I've called is pretty much that there's nothing that they can do ,so technically I need to just deal with it Rooms to go needs to make sure they have qualified technicians and are providing exceptional service if they do not plan on correcting the problems that arise from incompetent technicians or unsatisfactory service

my experience with rooms to go was not a good one I went in to buy specific items got upsold more than I wished but that's their job rightprevious customers were right it states on the back of receipt you have only hours to change your mind but your stuff does not get delivered within hours so how are you supposed to know if you like it or not ok so a week later I got my bed and within days it already has a problem of course the salesman Corey Stovall said no refunds so I spoke to the manager Landon Neece said the same thing all they did was give me custservice number who said it will take a week to have someone out here to fix itwould not recommend rooms to go to anyoneas manager Landon Neece should have authority to help customers if not what is he there for

The sell inferior furniture, junk, garbage so BEWARE OF WHAT YOU BUY INFERIOR MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP

My husband and I bought a dining room set from Rooms to GoAfter it was delivered I found the table was damaged and requested a replacementSince then two tables have been delivered and we had to refuse delivery of both because they were damagedNext week, weeks after the purchase, the third replacement table will be deliveredStaff has been very nice to deal with but the company is not delivering the goods
