I PURCHASED BEDROOM FURNITURE FOR THE CONDO I AM NOW LIVING IN THE FURNITURE WAS DELIVERED WHEN I WAS NOT AT HOME ONCE I RETURNED HOME AND SAW THE FURNITURE I IMMEDIATELY REALIZED THE DRESSER WAS TOO BIG FOR MY BEDROOM MY NIGHT STAND WAS ON BACK ORDER AND I KNEW THE BEDROOM WAS NOT GOING TO HAVE ANY ROOM ONCE IT CAME IN I CALLED THE STORE AND LEFT A MESSAGE FOR MANAGER ( TABATHIA) SHE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL I CALLED SEVERAL TIME THAT WEEK AND SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK I SPOKE WITH A MRF* AND HE FINALLY TOLD ME THAT THE MANAGER HAD SAID IT COULD NOT BE RETURNED FOR ANOTHER SET( MIND YOU IT HAD BEEN ONE WEEK UP UNTIL I GOT THE NO ANSWER DUE TO THE MANAGER NOT RETURNING CALLS I HAD CALLED EVERY DAY) MR*** WAS REALLY NICE AND I FELT BAD THAT I WAS KIND OF TAKING OUT FRUSTRATIONS ON HIM I THEN CALLED THE MAIN HEADQUARTERS AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND WAS GIVEN PERMISSION TO COME BACK IN AND EXCHANGE FOR SOMETHING OF THE SAME VALUE OR LESS I DID RETURN THE FURNITURE AND PURCHASED ANOTHER WHICH I LOVE , LOVE, LOVE MY SALES PERSON WAS A LADY NAMED VANESSA *** AND SHE WAS AWESOME I ALSO THOUGHT FRED *** WAS AWESOME THE MANAGER (TABITHA) HOWEVER REALLY NEEDS TO GO TO SCHOOL FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING SHE CALLED ME THE AFTERNOON ON THE SAME DAY I HAD CALLED FLORIDA HEADQUARTES AND SAID SHE WAS RETURNING MY CALL ( DAYS LATER NO LESS) SO I WOULD SAY I WOULD SHOP THERE AGAIN BUT TABITHA YOU REALLY NEED TO BE REPLACED!!

iI purchased some couches in and I year and a half now they started peeling and I have contacted rooms to go for about month and they still havent done nothing about itthe sales guy in the store guaranteed me they were not going to peelI emailed them and sent them the pictures and they said they couldnt do nothing about itI am really disappointed in the outcomewe also bought the warrenty and they couldnt resolve anything

The "leather" sofas that Rooms to Go sells are of a very bad quality I'm not really sure if the material should be called leather It does look like leather but after year it starts to peel off I would stay away from this company

My complaint is against the Rooms to Go in the Colony
I ordered a bed on 9/10/after I had shopped around, so I was very happy with my choiceThe soonest they could get it to me was 10/1/They showed up with the wrong bed
I called the customer service line and the lady was terribleShe didn't show any empathy and scheduled me for the "next available"I said I'm not asking for a discount, but please do better than the next available delivery dateShe got really rude and said I can do Tuesday but it's a 7AM-10PM windowI took it
They called me when they were on their way and gave me minutes to be there or they were leaving
I get there in time and it's the wrong bed AGAIN!!!!
This time I tried to call my sales rep but he is out all week, so I spoke to customer service at the location
I told her I wanted a discount this time for the huge inconvenience and we discovered the sales person made an error on the order and that's why it was the wrong bed
She called me back over hours later with a delivery refundI said that's nowhere near good enough and cancel my orderShe said ok, I'll get that processed and that was it....WOW! Talk about not giving a crap about your customer
I will make sure everyone I know hears about thisTERRIBLE!!!
I love that bed but out of principle I will not buy from them!!

What HORRIBLE customer service! When I first called to complain, the woman was rude and told me a manager would call me back You do not have managers on duty to take calls? RidiculousI called backed and spoke to another woman who completely misunderstood my complaint and I was put on hold While on hold the manager did call me back with details of the complaint made on my second call Are they in cahoots with each other or what? LOLHow can the manager possibly call me back when im speaking to the reprsentative at the same time with information I specifically gave on the 2nd call? When I asked the names of the different women, they refused to give me their names They also refused to give me the name of the managerThe second woman hung on me!!! No problemI will email and w rite to corporate until I get this issue resolved In the meantime, I have no problems taking this to the FTC and Attorney general if necessary Breach of contract and promises is not lawful and also expensive for the party at fault

Poor Quality and Dishonest disclosure at purchase
Purchased a double recliner Sofa years ago for $ Was told leather wherever touches body EG: Seats, Armrest and back rest of sofa
After years Sofa started to crack and peel very thin vinyl (not Leather) on backrest and seat areas(looks horrible)
I called Rooms to Go, asked if they repaired their furniture was told NO
(DO NOT BUY ROOMS TO GO FURNITURE - POOR QUALITY)
Now have to pay to dispose of a very heavy piece of furniture less than years old

Do not buy at rooms to go We bought a bench for our dinning room the leg broke we went in and they said it was past a year I asked did they have someone they would recommend to fix it that we have no problem paying and they said no just find someoneThat policy is terrible at least they could recommend a company they said there was nothing they could do but a salesperson on the floor over heard and told us to call the repair department and see if they would sell us a legWe also go the name of the company to call and see if they would sell a partWe are new to the Tampa area and know no one here to fix it they told us if it had been within the year they would of had no problem fixing it we spent thousands of dollars there we bought our living room, dining room , family room, bedroom and kids room and the service is horrible will never buy again there I give them a star

Re-delivery of "New clean" bed was today between 1-
5:no delivery no call
Called and was told hour of so late
1/hours later knock on the door"With all of the deliveries today we damaged your bedCostumer service will call you."
That is what we were told first time and they never called

CALLED local store where purchased, Regency Jacksonville Florida, after calling our salesperson numerous times, AprilTalked to Manager Charles DSAYS he will take care of it tomorrow because COSTUMER SERVICE IS CLOSED!

The worst experience I have ever had buying furniture, from sales to store manager, arrogance and not helpful at all, I got cheated out of $The fault was on their end and I get cheated out of my money, I called corporate, the girl was very nice and agreed with me and that it looked like I over payed, the way the manager did it, I lost moneyI paid $for furniture that never fully got delivered, six weeks later I still did not have my complete set, I paid cash, btw, I go back to resolve the issue and the manager offers me the option to switch out because that manufacturer they have had a lot of problems with, so I do, the new set cost $the difference is $275.00, well the way they do it, I end up getting back $That makes no sense to me, I just lost $I will never buy from them or recommend them to anyone else!

I ordered furniture for my son weeks agoIt was delivered last week.Two of the pieces were broken and the rails for the bed were for a different bedThis caused the bed to not be usableWe had given our existing bed any for charityThe delivery person from Rooms To Go asked me to sign a electronic pad with the note accepted/damaged as the statusI questioned that signing I was not accepting the furniture in that conditionLater that night I discovered that the mattress they delivered was soaked with water and leaked all over our new wood floorWhen I called the Rooms To Go service department, I was informed it would take another to weeks to get replacement furniture and another day off from work to meet the deliveryI now have to live without a bed for my son for to weeks, for a mistake that was made by Rooms To GoThey offered no credit or compensation for the wait or damagesThis is the second time I have ordered furniture from Rooms To Go and the furniture was damaged that time as wellTheir quality control is lousyI will not purchase furniture from Rooms To Go in the future

I purchased an eight hundred dollar sleep sofa two years ago Because we sleep on it once every couple of years, we did not notice that the two cushions are completely detiorated between the zipper and the fabric We never looked at this area when we bought it from rooms to go WPB store, we assumed (sic) that the same fabric was used The inferior material from the zipper to the fabric, about four inches each side the width of the cushion zipper, is now rotted awayAfter two calls to Rooms To Go I was told that they would do nothing to recover the cushions I am also disturbed that Serta, a name brand, did not answer my email I have related my plight to as many people in lake worth as I can, and have stopped as many unwitting buyers in the process from going to RTGO for furniture

My husband and I just went looking for a leather couch and stopped at the rooms to go on I Told them that I wanted to only look at leather, not leather and vinyl, not bonded leather, just real leather They showed us one that we thought we would buy but waited and looked the dealer up online and it is not leather it is a microfiber to look like leatherSo they were deceiving usDon't buy from them

You are waisting your money and time there! I purchased $worth of furniture with 600$ delivery cost! and after three weeks still haven't got my bed frame! Their customer service is terrible! they call you 7:am to deliver! and if you don't answer you have to wait hrs to reschedule! Or they don't understand you are supposed to work! I call the to reschedule my delivery, they said the manager is going to call me! and he calls after four days in the middle of the day when I am working! They have costumer care center which should be called costumer we don't care!! If you want to have your furniture delivered, this is not a place to go! And don't listen to their sales person! you won't have your furniture delivered!

After busted delivery windows, customer service members that were sometimes rude and could not assist in fixing our issue, and having our items delivered to us broken, we will never shop at rooms to go againFurthermore, we will likely seek having them blacklisted for military shoppersI have never had a worse overall shopping experience

I am very unhappy with the customer service with rooms to goI ordered a formal dining room set which was not to be delivered until two months laterWhen it finally arrived the table was damaged.They ordered a new table and promised to call an hour before delivery.That didn't happen..My husband had to rush to get homeWhen he arrived the delivery guy stated this table is damaged also
They order another table and schedule another delivery datePromised to call an hour beforeDidn't happenThe 3rd table was also damaged and the delivery guy tried to fix itThey scheduled an appointment with a tech to come and fix it if possibleMy husband gave the customer service caller his cell# and asked to please call him one hour before the tech would be thereKeep in mind this will be the fourth scheduled appointment The tech didn't call just left a note we missed himI called to complain and all I got is I'm sorry we don't guarantee to call aheadI would like a discount!!!!

I will never purcahse another thing from RTGNo where in the store is it listed that if you are not satisfied you cannot return itI purchased a sleeper chair (twin size hide-a-bed) for my mom who was just diagnosed with stage cancerThe bed frame will not lay flat at the topIt's made to lift so you can sit up if you like but it does not go down all the wayI had a service man out and he said "yep, that's how it's made"Isn't that just wonderful, she's now back to the couch or in her upstairs bedroom alone..Once I posted this on social media EVERYONE started telling me how horrible the company is to deal with..never again will I purchase anything from RTG..$for a sleeper my mom can't get to sleep on..post a sign "NO RETURNS" ...the reciept says you can cancel within hours but it doesn't get delivered for hours..this is the only place I've seen that will not take something back..what if it didn't match or fit right?? VERY POOR BUSINESS POLICY!!!!

I had a positive experience in purchasing my furniture But products arrived damaged or missing parts
Customer service was not easy to deal with It took attempts to explain what was broken A tech came out to take pictures and still nothing was done Finally reached a supervisor who took care of everything
Will defiantly not be going back

I am so upset apparently I'm dumb for listening to the salesman at Rooms To GoHe told me that the coffee table that I purchased was acrylic not actually glass and was shatterproofMind you I wasn't going to buy the glass tablesHe took me from where my stuff was located that I was purchasing and showed me the glass tables and swore up and down they were acrylicNow believing that you are NOT allowed to misrepresent your product because that is advertisement I bought glass mirror tables from Rooms To GoWhen I called to find out how to get the piece of what I was told and believed was acrylic everyone they acted like I was a *** because mirror is made of glass and not acrylicThey now refuse Freplace it or even let me return it and pay the difference on some that won't kill my children if they fell through itAnd had the audacity to tell me that my children wouldn't be harmed if I just tell them to stay away from itFirst of all I'm not the liar here your up-selling no regard for children's well-being sales department is and you are for not standing by your product second of all how dare you tell a woman she's overreacting her children aren't going to get hurt on glass if you tell them to stay away from it and make them mindThat you have children yourself and they didn't get hurtAs to imply that if my children just knew how to behave they wouldn't get hurt on glass tablesREALLY? Then the best part about all of it is they keep saying it's a simple repair for me to just call a glass company and have it fixedNot really the point considering you lied about the productThe product is now broken and you you won't fix itBut you'll give me the number to a glass company that canWhy don't you just fix it? The salesman name is Ruby S*** and he no longer works thereIf you can believe that? Super convenientI do still have his cell# 678-596-its on his Rooms To Go business cardRon S*** is the manager or district manager that I spoke to over the phoneHe informed that there's nothing he can do for meThen in a very demeaning tone proceeded to tell me that mirror is glass not acrylicAgain I would have never disagreed with that if it wasn't for your lying salesman MrRuby S*I also went to the story the next day after that phone conversation because it I truly couldn't fathom that this is how a company is allowed conduct businessThere I spoke to the store manager I did not get his nameHe also needed to tell me mirror is glass not acrylic you could not see through itIf it was acrylic it wouldn't reflect up like mirrorAGAIN I get it!! I told him about the salesman and his up selling lying tacticsI asked him what mother would buy glass with children? His response was not only ignorant but appalling! He did look to see if I could order the piece that's broken from Rooms To GYou can't ! I do appreciate the effort, but feel like it's just not the right way to handle this situation

On December my family and I went shopping at this store at around 3pm in the afternoon and were met by the rudest sales repI have ever metWe were looking at the headboard to purchased and we politely asked the sales repabout the priceThe price were double what we saw at the other RtoGo so I asked the rep(Keith) why was the price so expensive at this store compare to the other oneHe then rudely cut me off stating "You can't compare the price here with other stores such as Ashley Furniture etcs." You can't compare pears with apples" I was like no really, you think I am stupidEach time that I tried to explained to him what I was saying he would rudely cut me off so I just walked out the door On the way out I passed three other RtoGo repsjust lounge around on some leather sofa as if they were on a New Year Eve partyI vowed not to return to this store and purchase anything from RtoGo ever and will tell everyone about this rude treatment by RtoGo
