I have had such a negative experience with this store I could screamI was so thulled to buy my own home after ten years of saving on my teacher salaryI went to Rooms to Go hoping for an economical bedroom setI ordered one that seemed nice enough, and that was the last enjoyable part of my experienceIn the months I've owned this junk the bed has fallen apartThe wooden bar in the center snapped, I cant sit on the edge of the bed or it'll sink to the floor and my bed creaks and shifts like it is years oldAlso, the delivery guys didn't set the bed up all the way claiming that I didn't receive all the parts and gave me a number to callAfter phone calls with the rudest customer service agents I've ever spoken with, I never received my parts and this bed continues to fall apartIt doesn't end there! The dresser the sold me barely opens when you pull a drawer, and then I have to use all my force to open it, at which point it rips out and I spend the next half hour fixing itI've smashed my fingers twice doing thisBUYERS BEWARERooms to Go, if you see this, the ONLY thing that will stop me from pursuing this further with legal action will be a complete refund and pick up of my furniture AS SOON AS POSSIBLE I am sick of companies like yours doing this to poor consumers like myself

I will never shop at Rooms to go again in my lifeI ordered a mattress and the mattress came wetSo far it has been two weeks and I am not scheduled to receive another mattress until the 25th of AugustI have been lied to and told there was no return policy and spoken to in a very disrespectful manner I have been told that I'd be at least reimbursed the delivery charges and I have yet to receive thatAt this point, I just want my money back

Rooms to go came to my home to deliver a new couchThey dropped the couch on the floor and also dropped a power drill on the floor, these actions chipped the brand new wood floor In both occasions they weren't going to say anything and act like nothing happened When I called Rooms to go they told me that I needed different quotes to have the floor fixed Horrible experience

I ordered a living set from rooms to go and it was delivered on the schedule date .but when they where putting it together there was a piece missing to the coffee tablethey said they will replace it but it would take a week to comei spent 2,dollars and you figure they would help me out as a costumerbut they told me I had to wait a week for the part .they left the coffee table in the box in my house for a week and I told them that the coffee table set was the wrong color so to insult my intelligence they ask me to take pictures of the tables for them and email it to see if its the right color That to me was an insult to me Sorry but I'm not donethe company that finance me show me that room to go charged me twice for my furniture.I contact rooms to go about the matter.and they told me that I had to dispute with charges with themif I known then what I known now I would not shop with then

Delivery is awfulYou're told you have a window from 11-and then comes along and it's pushed to 4-and then 6-and now "we deliver until 10pm"A whole days of work was taken off to be at the house for the delivery and this happensBetter communication between whoever gives the time frames and the delivery truck drivers needs to happenThere needs to be smaller time framesGive a call when you know for sure you are an hour outNot leaving someone at home ALL day waiting when you know you won't be here at a decent timeAlso items were not easy to find online and their catalog doesn't have item numbers listed to search when trying to order onlineCustomer service has to be called and then you can get the item number and it may or may not be for the same product you are looking at in the catalog

Worst experience with Rooms to GoI purchased a bedroom set online almost a month ago and set the delivery date for today 7/I waited all day today and decided to give them a call to find out the status of the deliveryIt was changed from today to Aug 24th without any updateThey stated that they left voicemail message on Friday to state that the delivery would be changed but no voicemail was received on either ***'s or my phoneCustomer service didn't seem to care that the delivery date that was promised was broken and continued to state that they left one callI am left with a child who does not have a bedroom set in her room because her original set was sold to make room for her new setThank you for the great impeccable service you have, Rooms To GoThe problem is your fault, take ownership of it and treat your paying customers with some respectIt's time to look for another furniture store where the quality of service and the promise of delivery is upheld

Really poor customer service,they will not work with you on the hours to deliver the furniture,they delivered broken furniture and then they want to bring it back on their own time stars for this guys

I ordered furniture from Rooms to go, the first time they came they brought the wrong parts to put my mirror together and the foundation was tornI was told that they were going to send somone out a week later and the person can bring the new foundation and put the mirror together They shipped the wrong parts and the person who came out said they couldn't put it together anyways because they didn't bring that item So then I had to wait another week to for somine to screw my mirror to my dresserIn the midst of all this happening Ihave been getting massages every week because the bed is too hard Then the sales person tells us if we want to change the bed we need to pay another for delivery which is completely absurd We ask can we pick it up our self they told us noI am highly disappointed with the run around and all the lies that were told to me during the processI have to resort to sleeping on my couch for to days out of the week when I have a thousand dollar bed

We purchased a living room set at the Frisco, TX on August 22, Our salesman Miguel was nice enough, but a little hard to understandWe declined fabric protection multiple times to multiple people, as was our right as the customerThe furniture was going in a living room where we don't really spend a lot of time, my children know they aren't allowed to eat in there, plus I could Scotch Guard it myself for much less than $After we got home I had to call and ask for the measurements for the ottoman we ordered and after numerous calls and measures and tape lines on the floor we realized that we had been charged for, and were awaiting delivery of, the wrong thingAND come to find out, Miguel had adjusted the price of the furniture package and included the fabric protection that we had very clearly stated that we didn't wantI called again and spoke to CS and then the store manager and no one could do anything without me spending an hour each way on a toll road to get back up to the storeThe store manager, I forget her name, was very rude and completely unhelpfulShe refused to refund the $that I was charged for furniture protection, even though she clearly remembered talking to us about declining it, and wouldn't even fix the ottoman order without charging me another $Even though it was me who was out a significant chunk of time and toll fees dealing with their mistake
Fast forward to six weeks after the delivery of the furnitureThe back of the couch is brokenAgain, this a room we don't spend a lot of time inThe kids hang out in the family room, not this roomIt's largely decorativeThere is a huge bulge in the back of the couchAnd to be honest, I tried draping a blanket over the back of the couch because the purchasing experience was so horrible that I wasn't sure I wanted to deal with their CS department anymoreI understand that this is inexpensive furniture but it hasn't even been here a year yet
I am currently awaiting repair work on the couch but I'm not at all satisfied with the way they have handled any of the problems we've had with this entire endeavorI will almost certainly never shop there again and I highly doubt that I would be able to recommend them to anyone I like at all

I bought a Bar Table and Four High Top Chairs, with a Server..I was on a Day same as Cash option, and I paid my first two payments on time, well when it came time to pay my last payment on the 3rd month, (October 2015, which was during Hurricane Matthew) and I was stuck in a flood in Georgia, I called Rooms to Go/Acceptance Now (Finance Department inside Rooms to Go) I was able to get back the day after I was suppose to have paid the Last $and they DID NOT CARE!! They would not accept my payment and now tell me that I owe $and want it all at oncethey would not take and extra $that I have offered a few times to themthey told me I couldn't pay extrathat they would only take the total amount $or pay them the $169/month which only "$20" was going to what I owe! I refuse to keep being "RIPPED OFF" by these people!! They tell me now that I'm in a Rental payment now until I pay $which I have already paid well over $1,on a BAR STOLL TABLE & HIGH TOP CHAIRS WHICH WERE $400.00, AND A SERVER WHICH WAS $400.00, I PAID FOR THE 3RD AND 4TH HIGHT TOP CHAIRS ON THE SAME DAY WHICH WERE $100/EACH ALONG WITH HAVING ALREADY PAID THEM $1,I want my money back and for them to pick up the merchandise and be done with this horrible decision of EVER coming to Rooms to Go! I am being ripped off by these people and will never purchase another thing here ever again, nor will I ever refer anyone here!! And now I am being constantly Harassed and being called numerous times a day by these nasty talking reps

Drove one hour to the Houston Warehouse store to buy an recliner shown in their website on saleThe salesman showed us the chair and we agreed to purchase it on the spotThe salesman insisted we give him phone numbers "in case of shipping problems"We came with a truck and explained we would be cash and carryHe then told us after all this that the item was not in stock and would be weeks to a month before it was available

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM THE OUTSET..PUSHY SALESMAN, ADDED CHARGES, THEN WOULD NOT FIX PROBLEM..I CANCELLED $ORDER BECAUSE OF THE $EXTRA DELIVERY CHARGE ADDED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE UNTIL AFTER I LOOKED AT THE RECIEPT AT HOME..THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY AND PRETTY MUCH DIDNT NEED MY BUSINESS..GOOD THING THERE ARE OTHER FURNITURE STORES THAT VALUE SMALL BUSINESS CUSTOMERS..NO CUSTOMERS SERVICE ON THE PHONE ON HOLIDAY WEEKENDS, COINCIDENCE??? ...DISAPPOINTED AND WENT OT MACY'S

Purchased a bed for my daughter on November 24th, RTG referred me to Acceptance Now for financing As most finance companies they require references We gave them the names of family membersWe know when the payment is due and how much it is suppose to be Acceptance Now will not only call both of us, but they will also call our references every month Its pretty much harassment We have had nothing but trouble out of Acceptance Now We have paid almost 3x the amount of what the bed is worth We have requested a statement from Acceptance Now on how the payments are applied to the balance They haven't been able to provide us with one You can't even sign onto their website to look up your account to see a balance It doesn't show the balance Talk with Acceptance Now representatives at the RTG showroom in Hoover, AL many times They have no idea how to explain how the payments are applied to the balance and why the balance is still an outrageous amount

I couldn't opt for a ) scoreThey pushed me to buy the protection plan for the sofa that I bought saying that it will cover any damage and will be replaced for yearsWithin the first year the cheaply made sofa broke in the middle and they refused to repair it saying it is not coveredNow after years when there are stains on it and we requested them to remove it, the technician came and did nothing, He said that it has to be professionally cleaned (???) and then went offI don't know why they made me pay the extra $Liars and cheat! Fraud DON'T EVER BUY THEIR PROTECTION PLANIT IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND YOU ARE BEING FOOLED IF ANYONE TELLS YOU TO BUY

This company is the worst in customer service that I have ever experienced I made a purchase in March for almost $in furniture Half of the order was delivered within approximately ten days The other pieces were not delivered for weeks and then one was wrong product I requested a refund of the difference in price, and am still waiting for that to happen weeks later, and I can not tell you how many phone calls to the local store as well as corporate customer department, which in this case is an oxymoron because they do not know the meaning of the term

I went to look at furniture last Sunday Rooms to Go has the typical furniture you would expect with the prices expected They were having a 4th of July sale (as well as all other furniture store in the area) so I wanted to make a decision on my furniture purchase this week My husband and I returned to the store yesterday but sadly our original sales associate was off for the day Therefore, we were left dealing with Carmen Carmen not only was not able to type in our info "uhh I cant do this you need to type it" (I am months pregnant)But when asked about the financing it appeared she knew nothing I asked how I could access my account and she informed me that I could see online Upon reviewing the paperwork today I see that she did not include any financing information I called the 1-number and they explained that I would need to go by the store and pick it up I have already been there twice and do not live on that side of town I decided to call the store only

We purchased a sofa room package (Cindy Crawford Hadly piece set) four months ago and all the couch cushions have holes in them where the upholstery pulled away from the buttonsThe couch material is already worn and pillingWe've only had this set a few months
A "technician" came to our house and took photosRTG wants to replace all cushions but not the couchThey will not discuss a refund or exchange, and I noticed suddenly they don't offer this couch any more
They have been mostly responsive (with lots of follow up from me), but unable to do muchOnce they have your money, you can forget itIt has been a giant headache and waste of time, and now I am stuck with $worth of their extremely sub-standard furnitureI am realistic that this not the greatest furniture, but it should hold up longer than FOUR MONTHS

We purchased the Dumont cherry canapoy bed, along with the pirate of the Caribbean twin beds and all the products were both a nightmare!!! They give you a million and one reasons as to why they can't fix their failed productsI would never purchase from this company againWhatever happen to great customer service and standing behind your product!!!

On Jan 11th I went into the Boca Raton store and met a salesman named Anthony F I looked at some sofas and love-seats I saw online Anthony explained the extras available, shipping and was VERY cooperative! The furniture arrived on time, the delivery people were helpful and courteous and I could not be happier! Not to mention the prices were great!
