American Consumer Credit. This is my second complaint.
Timeshare cancellation

I paid this company 2750.00 too get me out of a windom timeshare I had gotton in south caralina they have not and its been a year and a half and still
have not gotton out of the timeshare and the 100 percent money back guarentee is not true never got a penny back from them. cannot get ahold of anyone from the company one number I have is *** and the other is *** dont know what too do

American Consumer Credit promised to assist in terminating my Timeshare contract within a year or money back.
I signed a contract with American Consumer Credit, LLC on 09/15/2017 to assist with the cancellation of my contract or deed with Williamsburg Colonies Timeshare and if they were not successful, they would refund 100% of my money. I paid $1,900. After signing the contract they never called or updated me on any progress. When I would call they would always say they received my information and are working on it and do not speak with the Timeshare Company. I supplied all material requested to include a copy of the Timeshare contract and all communication afterwards from them to include letters and emails. It's been over a year and I didn't know they filed for bankruptcy until my mailing was returned. I would like a full refund, credit report fixed and contract with Timeshare voided.
WARRANTY: Client agrees that they will maintain an open dialog with ACC and its affiliates
during the cancellation process. If Client does not get their Mortgage, Vacation Membership,
Deed, or Contract cancelled within the term of this agreement. Client will be refunded 100% of
all fees paid.
6. REFUND POLICY: Should ACC or its affiliates fail to deliver the service agreed upon
as designated in this agreement, Client will be entitled to a refund of 100% of the fees paid. If
Client at any time during the Term of this agreement goes into foreclosure for their Mortgage,Vacation, Membership, Deed, or Contract; or files bankruptcy, Client will not be entitled to a refund of their fees.
7. REASONABLENESS: I acknowledge that the services in this agreement are reasonable and
necessary.
I have not as of 09/15/2018 or at this time of contract went into foreclosure.

I would like a 100% refund, I would like American Consumer Credit, LLC to be completely responsible for any derogatory credit information concerning the Timeshare to be held responsible, I would like them to correct any derogatory credit information on my credit report concerning this matter and a letter of apology acknowledging their irresponsibleness in the handling of this matter.

Paid over $3000 to get have them legally get my mother and I out of our time shares. Have not done so and have not given us a refund.

I paid for their services to get my mother and I out of our timeshares in April of 2018. Everytime I would call they said they were working on it and that it can take up to a year. We have been waiting and waiting and keep getting mail but no longer any calls. I tried to call them today to find that the company has now filed for bankruptcy and people saying it was nothing more than a scam. I need to be able to get the over $3000 I paid or to get out of the Timeshares as promised by this company. I attached the email I was sent stating I paid in full along with the file number for the full payment. I also attached the contract stating that I was to pay a specified amount and that they were to get both my mother and I out of our timeshares.

Hired them to remove me from timeshare but they disappeared after paid in full.
I hired this company to remove me from my timeshar but once I paid them in full they disappeared. I did not receive any correspondence or explanation. They breach our contract and they did not perform the service as promised.

BUSINESS DID NOT COMPLETE THEIR PROMISE TO HELP GET RID OF MY TIMESHARE DEBT AND DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY AS THEY GUARANTEED IN THEIR CONTRACT
I SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH AMERICAN CONSUMER CREDIT ON ABOUT 7/6/16 WHICH GUARANTEED THEIR ASSISTANCE WITH GETTING RID OF MY TIMESHARE CONTRACT AGREEMENT AND OR MY MONEY BACK IF NOT DONE WITHIN 18 MONTHS FROM THE CONTRACT DATE. I WAS CHARGED ROUGHLY ABOUT $2,600 FOR THEIR SERVICES. I AM REQUESTING A REFUND OF MY PAYMENT AS THEY DID NOT COMPLETE THEIR JOB AND THE TIME SHARE IS STILL SHOWING IN MY CREDIT REPORT. RECENTLY I HAD BEEN CALLING THE BUSINESS AND IT WOULD GO STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL, I HAD NO IDEA THAT THEY FILED BANKRUPTCY IN SEPTEMBER UNTIL TODAY THAT I LOOKED UP "WHAT HAPPENED TO AMERICAN CONSUMER CREDIT" AND SAW THAT THIS HAPPENED LATE LAST YEAR.

Contacted American Consumer Credit to help with getting out of timeshare. I was told it was 100% Guarantted that they would help. Paid them $ 2,450. Was advised to notify Timeshare that I no longer wanted automatic billing from credit card and to have them send me direct bills for payment. Was then advised to not pay timeshare, they were working on getting this resolved. They advised me that there Attorney Michael S, from S Law Firm in Cocoa,Florida, would be contacting me, and for me to just send copies of all of the invoices directly to them, which I have been doing since Nov of 2017. As of 6/11/18, they advised me , they were in contact with resort and I would be recieving paperwork to sign, never received, then found out by e-mail when sending invoices, that they had filed bankruptcy, and for me to send all correspondence to [email protected].
I recently sent current invoices and e-mail was returned.
Tried calling at number 800-611-0631 mailbox full. I am at my wits end, what is the alternative?
I would like to have this matter taken care of as , my credit rating has been affected,and I am out the
$ 2,450, and this is not something I need at this time in my life.I would appreciate any guidance.

I paid $2500 to have the agency resolve an issue with a timeshare it ended up wrecking my credit anyway.
I paid a fee for this agency to help me get rid of a scam of a time share company only to be scammed by the consumer credit company. They ensured me the write off would not impact my credit report and now my credit is wrecked because they too my money & did not deliver as promised. They are not answering phone calls or returning e-mails.

I want my money back, they did not deliver as promised. My credit is wrecked although I was proactive in trying to work through the timeshare issues with this agency. They made promised and absconded with my money without delivering.

Took money from me and my wife to cancel a timeshare , took are money and they are now in bankruptcy. Cannot get in touch with them.
Signed up with them on Jan 10 2017, paid them $2,500.00 with Attorney Michael S their staff attorney. Given a case #***. Time share is still calling and attempting to forclose. As a disabled vet and retired person living on a fixed income do not have extra money. This company is a scam company and needs to be investigated.

Timeshare dissolved, but credit score ruined despite promises otherwise.
This company cleared up our timeshare as promised, however they never provided any paperwork to confirm this and only let us know verbally. Additionally, they promised that my credit score would never be affected. The down payment made the timeshare was completed using a credit card the timeshare opened on my behalf. Aconsumercredit was working on dissolving this as well and then they filed bankruptcy. Now my credit is ruined. I want my credit repaired.

I hired ACC to get me out of the *** timeshare in October 2017. I paid nearly $3k! However, they did NOTHING and went bankrupt!
I hired ACC to get me out of the *** timeshare in October 2017. After they received my $2,880 there was no communication from them. they told me to stop paying *** and *** cannot put it on my credit report while in "litigations." However, it is on my credit report, *** refuses to remove it. I have tried contacting ACC customer service many times and could never get an answer as to a status of my account. Then I try calling and it says "voicemail full." I googled ACC and it shows they went bankrupt and are out of business!!! So, they took my $3K and did NOTHING! Now, I owe a ton of money to *** and my awesome credit is ruined!!

I made a one time payment of $3500 to AConsumerCredit to clear me of a timeshare. AConsumerCredit took my money and never delivered on promise.
I contacted AConsumerCredit back in May 2018 to clear me of timeshare. The company rep talked a convincing game that they would clear me of a timeshare I foolishly purchased in April 2018 while on vacation in Miami, Florida. AConsumerCredit stated they are fully aware of* Resorts who is also located there in Florida. AConsumerCredit spoke very knowledgeable of* practices and won me over that are the company to resolve my indiscretion in getting a timeshare. Essentially, I'm out over 6 grand, 3 to*** and 3.5 to AConsumerCredit. I've not be able to reach AConsumerCredit since they received my $3500 back in May 2018. I'm just now discovering AConsumerCredit in bankruptcy negotiations. I'm trying to recover any funds that I can.

I'm trying to recover any or all of my $3500 back paid for a service I never received. In submitting this complaint and reading over your review of AConsumerCredit is where I discovered the company is bankruptcy negotiations as of September 2018. Additionally, I missed the December 31, 2018 timeline for participating in a class action suit but I plan on calling the phone number provided to try to be a part of the class action suit.

They failed to execute a legal end to our timeshare ownership as promised by their contract.
We paid them $2400 in September, 2017, and were told a resolution would occur by 9/2018.

This timeshare ownership is listed on my credit report as a foreclosure. please remove it from our credit report as promised and contracted/paid for.

I contracted with American Consumer Credit to free me from a time share contract. I just discovered that ACC is in bankruptcy.
I contracted with ACC in October 2017. I paid them $2,200 for their services. See the attached contract. I was instructed to have no more contact with Berkshire by the sea. They would handle my exit from Berkshire. I sent them the annual fee bill and the demand notices. As recently as July 23, 2018 ACC said all is well and I should be patient.
ACC is now in bankruptcy and I still receive demand notices from Berkshire.

As a minimum, a refund of my $2,200. They are also responsible for my poor credit rating and late fees from Berkshire.

Since October, I have called and emailed his company about the progress of me being released from my timeshare. No one is responding to me.
I signed a contract with Aconsumer Credit on April 21, 2018. They deducted $2200 on this day along with $650 on May 21, 2018, June 21, 2018 and July 21, 2018. They told me that they will be helping me to get out of my timeshare contracts and these were the prices for their services. I reached out via telephone during June about the progress of case, and their response was that they'd have a better answer for me after 90 days. I called in October about the progress of my case and received no answer. Then I went on their website to make sure the email to the company was correct before reaching out via email and the website showed that they went bankrupt. I never received an email, certified mail, phone call, or any other notice about them going bankrupt. During this time, the website provided an email that stated once email is received, someone who is covering my case would reach out. I emailed them in October 3, 2018 and December 21, 2018. Second time, I got an email response from Mail Delivery Subsystem that stated address was not found. I would like to know who is working on my case and have them reach out to me to answer my questions, comments and concerns. I have no way in getting in contact with anyone. Also, I would also like a refund of $4,150. This company has not done their part on providing me with information on the status of me being released from my timeshare, and they are not reachable.

AConsumer Credit was to dissolve a timeshare with Wyndham Vacation Resorts.I have paid them in full but have not heard from them for awhile.
In March 2018, I begin working with AConsumer Credit to exit from a Timeshare with Wyndham Vacation Resorts. I paid them $3,450. This fee was to cover all expenses of exiting my contract with Wyndham. I traded many emails, and they did some of the things that I requested. A few months ago I noticed I had not heard from them in awhile. I sent several emails to check up on the progress but did not receive a response. I tried calling but was told that the mailbox was full. I finally received an email that said : Aconsumercredit, LLC has filed bankruptcy under Chapter 11 of the United States Code, it will be a short period of time before Aconsumercredit is back to servicing existing clients. As an existing client I thought that they would contact me when they were back up to servicing their clients. I have not heard anything and still my emails come back.

I would like them to finish the job that they started. At this point, *** is not calling me but they are still sending bills. The late fees have piled up. I was told that I would not have to pay any more to *** when I entered into the contract. I have just received my money back from AConsumer Credit,debt would be overwhelming with ***. I would like them to finished their contracted job.

I entered with a contract with them back in June 2017. They told me I was guaranteed to get out of my contract with blue green resort without affecting my credit and getting me my money back that I paid into blue Green's they said they had a money back guarantee if I wasn't satisfied at any time .It's been over a year and I've been in contact with them they said they're still working on it my credit is ruined along with my husband and we're still under contract with them and it went on my tax return which it was not supposed to I paid them in full and I talk to them couple months ago and the main Lawyer Michael and he told me because it's been over a year to request to them my money back.I have emailed and made numerous phone calls for months to the company with no luck of getting a hold of them it goes straight to a mailbox that is full. I've also written a letter to ask for my refund and still got no response. I sent a certified letter and somebody did receive it and I have proof that they received it but I still have no response .I would like to get my money back that I paid on my credit card that they charged me. I then googled the company and found out that they might be in bankruptcy I just want my money back any help would be greatly appreciated.

Contract was signed over a year ago. Refund is needed. Credit Score lost 100 points. No answer from Aconsumercredit.
I signed a contract with Aconsumercredit company, I paid them in full $2,600. To get me out of a Timeshare They have done nothing. On December 20, 2017 I signed a contract with Aconsumercredit. I paid them $2,600, from my debit card to get me out of a timeshare from Diamond Resorts. Michael S was the attorney that signed the contract. MY case number is ***. I was instructed not to talk to anyone from Diamond Resorts, Sheri N informed me that a cease and desist order was going out the same day. She specifically instructed me not to answer the phone when they call, and was told it would take a few months for Aconsumercredit to get any results and not to call them. I kept getting calls from diamond resorts, I called and left messages with Aconsumercredit, no one has ever called me back. I called several times with no answer. No one called back. I even emailed: [email protected] and no answer. My credit rating is suffering,I had good credit prior to this.

I would like a full refund of my monies back in the amount of $2,600 as stated in our agreement due to no service was provided to me.

My husband and I paid American Consumer Credit $2450 back in January 2018 to get rid of our timeshare and we haven't had much success with getting any answers, refund, resolutions, etc. Today, 12/31/18 I just found out that they've filed for bankruptcy and I haven't received any correspondences in the mail or phone call of this. We definitely want our money back!
