Hi, We are not sure how your got our tech support number, though when you called you was unable to connect to internet in your iPad, with a few advanced troubleshooting steps the device was fixed and also it was pre informed that there will be a one-time charge of $a payment receipt was also emailed to [redacted] & there was a billing verification at the end of the call mentioning that we are ACU Technosoft not Apple we are a third party Tech Support company a verbal confirmation was also takeWe can assure you that he was not scammed, also we have processed a credit for the transactionwe work under PCI data protection act and we are third party independent tech Support Company who provides tech support on iPhones and iPadsWe never hear from you that you wanted a refund, though we have refunded the amount as we strictly adhere to our customer satisfaction policy

I received a message stating that I had a serious virus on my iPad and should contact "Apple Tech support" at the phone number provided This message wouldn't go away so I made the call I was asked for my iPad serial number which made me believe (their intention) that they could fix my iPad "remotely." Instead, they just guided me to a menu item to "clear the browser history" in memory It worked, but they charged me $that simple fix This company is not affiliated with Apple as they imply I believe that they, somehow, infect devices through the internet to get unknowing consumers to call them for the $"fix." This is like the lone glass company in town that breaks windows at night so people will call them for a replacement the next day I call that illegal, immoral, and unethical

According to the attached screen shoot it seems like that was a browser massage popped up on your screen, after you called us we have provided a one-time support on your iPhone and the browser was fixed and good to use by some advanced trouble shooting steps in which turning off and on the device was a part of itThough if you have any further issues with your device feel free to call us in Toll-Free# ###-###-####
