I was having a problem in my safari browser, I was not able to go onlineso I called them , they resolved the issue on my safari and provided me the application ACU Protect Safe browser and now my safari is workingThey were very patient with me and helped me to get rid of this problemI am really satisfied with their service

The customer was charged with $19.95 as she was on a recaring payment, as it was informed the amount will be refunded in 3 - 5 business days we did because of thanksgiving it might have got a couple of days delay, however we have a confirmation that the amount has been refunded to her, also... attaching a copy of the credit receipt

Hi ***, We would like to inform you that you have not been scammed and charged with $29.95. The payment you made against that one time support has been provided on your [redacted] device. It was informed that if the issue is not taken care of urgently then it might compromise your personal... information and your data could be at risk. The diagnostics and the fixation was done remotely and with some manual steps. Without the users permission no one can have the access to your devices and when we connect to your device we can only check the settings part of your device to find the root cause of the issue, we cannot take a complete access of your device. It also seems that you are not satisfied with the services we are refunding your money.

After Tweeting to @ [redacted] , whom they claim to be, [redacted] being the honest [redacted] company they are, confirmed that this business is not associated with themAlso there is no business registered at this address

ACU Technosoft is now Revdex.com AccreditedMy PC was running very slow and I was fed up then I called to customer support team of ACU Technosoft then they have resolved issueI am fully satisfied with their servicesAlso recommend to everyone to avail their services

Hithis is the response to the above complaint we have been already responded to the complaint and attached the document of Invoice which clearly says any third-party software sale is non refundable as we are also purchasing the licence but for the services that we can cancel and refund the money withing day of purchase, As we discussed the same with customer but she is not agreeing for anything so its pending for settlement .Hence we would still agreed for the settlement and we will refund the service contract money full but we will deduct the Software cost so as the dispute raised for $out of that software cost is $will Non Refundable and Service Contract cost i.e., $will refund RegardsBilling- ACU Technosoft LLC###-###-####

We are third party independent tech Support Company who provides tech support on iPhones and iPads and we work under PCI data protection act You have called us while you are facing some problem in your iPad and the same has been resolved from our technical team after you have agreed to
purchase our one time support plan.We are a legitimate company and are doing business from past two years. We never hear from you that you wanted a refund, though we have refunded the amount as per our customer satisfaction policy

Hi, We are not sure how your got our tech support number, though when you called you was unable to connect to internet in your iPad, with a few advanced troubleshooting steps the device was fixed and also it was pre informed that there will be a one-time charge of $a payment receipt was also
emailed to *** & there was a billing verification at the end of the call mentioning that we are ACU Technosoft not Apple we are a third party Tech Support company a verbal confirmation was also takeWe can assure you that he was not scammed, also we have processed a credit for the transaction
