The tech that helped me Sam spoke excellent English and was very patient with me However after spending $to unfreeze my iPad I later found out that it was corrected with a free app called acu protectI was told I had a day protection plan and call Sam back with any questionsI was on indefinite hold for hour and finally hung up in frustrationAll the emails for customer support were returned as message deliver failed I'm sure this company is a big SCAM and I will be disputing the charge If I was told it was a charge for a one time fix, I would understand you need to pay for technical support
