Company for iPhone and iPad we are ACU
Technosoft, we are a legitimate business based in New York City. We are no scam
or criminals, we are not sure how your mother in law reached us though when she called she was unable to
connect to internet a one-time technical support was provided and the iPad was
back working.

our technicians did helped to clean out the device that could be the reason when you got your device checked again nothing was found, would also like to inform that this is not any scam and you was pre informed that there will be a one-time charge to fix the issue and with your verbal authorization your card was charged.

Yes, I appreciate the refund. I argue though that you knew [redacted] would not charge me to fix (what was NOT) a virus. You made me feel as though it was a threat to my financial information also. You need to tell customers that they can call the maker of the phone and get it corrected for free instead of charging them and saying you need it done right away. It was intimidation to pay you for a service you knew [redacted] could do free of charge.

According to the attached screen shoot it seems like that was a browser massage popped up on your screen, after you called us we have provided a one-time support on your iPhone and the browser was fixed and good to use by some advanced trouble shooting steps in which turning off and on the device was a part of it. Though if you have any further issues with your device feel free to call us in Toll-Free# ###-###-####.

We are not sure how did you reached us through that toll-free#, you were unable to get in your safari application, our technicians has provided a one-time technical support against a one-time charge of $29.95, before processing the payment and after the issue was fixed it was informed to you by our technical and our billing team that we are not Apple we are an third party independent technical support company. First, the company charged twice for the same service. They said they would cancel the charges after I called to cancel it because of the double charging. Apparently they did cancel the charges. I thought the problem was settled, but a month later and after replacing the credit card, I was charged a third time for the service. I believe this company uses scams to obtain business. I will never use their service again.
