or criminals, we are not sure how your mother in law reached us though when she called she was unable to
connect to internet a one-time technical support was provided and the iPad was
back working.

Yes, I appreciate the refund. I argue though that you knew [redacted] would not charge me to fix (what was NOT) a virus. You made me feel as though it was a threat to my financial information also. You need to tell customers that they can call the maker of the phone and get it corrected for free instead of charging them and saying you need it done right away. It was intimidation to pay you for a service you knew [redacted] could do free of charge.

According to the attached screen shoot it seems like that was a browser massage popped up on your screen, after you called us we have provided a one-time support on your iPhone and the browser was fixed and good to use by some advanced trouble shooting steps in which turning off and on the device was a part of it. First, the company charged twice for the same service. They said they would cancel the charges after I called to cancel it because of the double charging. Apparently they did cancel the charges. I thought the problem was settled, but a month later and after replacing the credit card, I was charged a third time for the service. I believe this company uses scams to obtain business. I will never use their service again.
