$300.00 is for 2 Years of Technical Support for Windows Computer and [redacted] Device, the software’s that has been installed they are not the basic versions as you researched in internet, the software that has been installed they are the advanced version which has lots of more layers of filters also they are pre activated for next two years. We understand you paid us in a wrong impression so we are refunding your transactions. Copy of the sales invoice is also attached for reference.

emailed to [redacted] & there was a billing verification at the end of the call mentioning that we are ACU Technosoft not [redacted] we are a third party Tech Support company a verbal confirmation was also take. We can assure you that he was not scammed, also we have processed a credit for the transaction. We work under PCI data protection act and we are third party independent tech Support Company who provides tech support on iPhones and iPads. We never hear from you that you wanted a refund, though we have refunded the amount as we strictly adhere to our customer satisfaction policy.

The response by Acu Soft was inadequate as they were referring to a different email address ([redacted]). My email address is [redacted]. I also checked my [redacted] account and a credit of $29.95  has not been posted/processed. Therefore, I am not sure if their response is for a different complainant and the credit made is for a different account.

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.  I do however do not agree with ACU's practice of phishing to gain business.  The service was not explained to me in detail at the time of the occurrence as it was explained in this complaint.  I also NEVER received invoices for the services as promised (and attached to this complaint).

Hi [redacted], We would like to inform you that you have not been scammed and charged with $29.95. The payment you made against that one time support has been provided on your [redacted] device. It was informed that if the issue is not taken care of urgently then it might compromise your personal information...

and your data could be at risk. The diagnostics and the fixation was done remotely and with some manual steps. Without the users permission no one can have the access to your devices and when we connect to your device we can only check the settings part of your device to find the root cause of the issue, we cannot take a complete access of your device. It also seems that you are not satisfied with the services we are refunding your money.

Hi [redacted],This is the response to the complain which made by [redacted].We have attached you the sales invoice, where its clearly mentioned "Third Party Software purchase is non refundable". Customer has purchased the "Three Years Software Protection Security...

with [redacted] Security([redacted] Internet Security Program). Being an authorized re-seller of [redacted], We purchased this program from [redacted] and installed it on the customer computer. Before the customer has been agreed to purchase the software we have sent the an unpaid invoice to the customer which I have also attached in this. Customer paid us the amount of $349.99 post verifying the invoice and after that we have installed the software.The Customer has made the purchase on January [redacted] 2015, and mailed us for a refund on February [redacted] 2015. I have attached the mail which we received from customer. In this case as per our term and condition, Customer is not liable for any refund but still we have tried to convince the customer with a partial refund(Fifty Percent of the Complete amout) of $175, But still the customer did not get convince.  Above is the case history.Please let us know anything is required from us.Thank You,Acu Technosoft

I still have not received a refund of $29.95 on my card.  I did e-mail them on January [redacted] demanding a refund, although in their response to the BBC said I did not.   They also posed as [redacted] Tech Support both on their phone and on the pop up on my phone which I did take a screen capture of.

through to us, when you called us that point of time your device was not connecting to internet and [redacted] too, troubleshooting steps were provided to resolve the issue against a one-time support charge of $29.95. though our Toll-free # ###-###-####. You can call us any time you need help. Also we canceled the amount and refunded the amount. A copy of the same receipt is attached.

My service provider and [redacted] both explicitly told me it was a scam, which then resulted in a significant amount of time working with my service provider and [redacted] to fix this situation.  In addition, as you can see from the multiple other complaints for similar issues on the Revdex.com page for this business, I will not be just taking this business by their word that they are a legitimate business and that my information is not/was not at risk from their access to the phone.

On oct [redacted] 2015 we received a call form [redacted] stating that we spoke earlier that day with his minor son so we cancelled the payment that day and also email the cancel payment receipt was as well emailed to him.

I have contact this business with in 7 days initially, and I did request refund because I was not satisfied with them and /or service they provided. So what that really means (listed on their invoice)” full refund within 7 days if you not satisfied”, is NO refund at all , or if you lucky you may get 1/3 of your money, who does that? What company really does that , you say one think on your invoice and you do another think with your customers. This is such a Bad Business Practice!
I want to know what that means “full refund if you not satisfied” according to this IT company !!
