We would like to confirm that we are ACU Technosoft LLC not contracted with Apple, we are a third party independent technical support company who provides technical support for iPhones & iPads. We are not sure how did you reached us through that toll-free#, you were unable to get in your safari application, our technicians has provided a one-time technical support against a one-time charge of $29.95, before processing the payment and after the issue was fixed it was informed to you by our technical and our billing team that we are not Apple we are an third party independent technical support company. emailed to [redacted] & there was a billing verification at the end of the call mentioning that we are ACU Technosoft not Apple we are a third party Tech Support company a verbal confirmation was also take. We can assure you that he was not scammed, also we have processed a credit for the transaction. we work under PCI data protection act and we are third party independent tech Support Company who provides tech support on iPhones and iPads. We never hear from you that you wanted a refund, though we have refunded the amount as we adhere strictly to our customer satisfaction policy.

The response by Acu Soft was inadequate as they were referring to a different email address ([redacted]). My email address is [redacted]. I also checked my [redacted] account and a credit of $29.95  has not been posted/processed. Therefore, I am not sure if their response is for a different complainant and the credit made is for a different account.

iPad and the same has been resolved from our technical team after you have agreed to purchase our one time support plan.We are a legitimate company and are doing business from past two years. We never hear from you that you wanted a refund, though we have refunded the amount as per our customer satisfaction policy.

acu protect is really great software security applicatin . After getting that application on my pretty old device I am not facing any problem and most intresting thing I wanna say is I am using that old phone like a brand new phone without having any problem with it.And I wanna suggest every apple user to get that app in their phones....

[Your Answer Here]It was certainly a scam. I was told repeatedly by both the people I was in communication with that they area an Apple company hired authorized tech support firm. Who would put their phone number on the pop up, unless there is connection between the person made the pop up and the ACU.

Apple says that they have never heard of you and they don't stand behind you.  I think this is a scam and so did the person I talked to at apple. I have had to cancel my credit card because of this. I want my $29.95 back.
