This is a scamA pop up came on an iPad that froze, saying they are "Apple Support" and you must call them immediatelyThey are not Apple Support but claim to be a third party and that for $they will install software to unlock your deviceMy husband though they were Apple and he gave them our credit card numberWe were immediately chargedI called Apple Support within a few minutes and they told us we had been scammed and they did not install anything on the iPad to fix it, I called for a refund, hung up on me four times, and then told me no refundI called back probably or timesExtremely rudeThey did say a refund is in process....not so sureThey would not give me a confirmation number for cancellation or send an email to confirm cancellationWe are senior citizens and I know it doesn't seem like a lot of money, but
these people are horrible to deal withI just don't want this to happen to other peopleI really don't think this company is in the US as it statesBasically they stole money from us for no service whatsoeverIf I did that, I would get arrested

On oct *** we received a call form *** *** stating that we spoke earlier that day with his minor son so we cancelled the payment that day and also email the cancel payment receipt was as well emailed to him.Thanks & RegardsKevin T***Billing

This response is ridiculous, they basically repeat everything I said I know in the original complaint I filed against themFurthermore, by the number of complaints ahead of me, I am not the only person who has these feelingsThey also aren't able to actually prove that the payment I made actually did anything, this is most definitely a scam, and I want to be fully refunded.
