Hithis is the response to the above complaint we have been already responded to the complaint and attached the document of Invoice which clearly says any third-party software sale is non refundable as we are also purchasing the licence but for the services that we can cancel and refund the money withing 30 day of purchase, As we discussed the same with customer but she is not agreeing for anything so its pending for settlement .Hence we would still agreed for the settlement and we will refund the service contract money full but we will deduct the Software cost so as the dispute raised for $349.99 out of that software cost is $199.99 will Non Refundable and Service Contract cost i.e., $149.99 will refund RegardsBilling- ACU Technosoft LLC###-###-####

A pop up occurred on my Iphone indicating a virus and to call apple/safari tech support to reslove. The number actually went to ACU but desk never identified self as such. I was asked to use my credit card to purchase a security package and I have concerns about the security of the information.
Desk said that virus could spread to other devices and asked that I open site to share view of my computer. Began to get suspicious at that and increasingly aggressive requests.
Have since seen other reports similar to mine and our computer help service described it as pfishing scam. We now have the inconvenience of having to cancel the credit card.

also emailed to [redacted] & there was a billing verification at the end of the call mentioning that we are ACU Technosoft not Apple we are a third party Tech Support company a verbal confirmation was also take. We can assure you that he was not scammed, also we have processed a credit for the transaction. we work under PCI data protection act and we are third party independent tech Support Company who provides tech support on iPhones and iPads. We never hear from you that you wanted a refund, though we have refunded the amount as we strictly adhere to our customer satisfaction policy.

Yes, I appreciate the refund. I argue though that you knew [redacted] would not charge me to fix (what was NOT) a virus. You made me feel as though it was a threat to my financial information also. You need to tell customers that they can call the maker of the phone and get it corrected for free instead of charging them and saying you need it done right away. It was intimidation to pay you for a service you knew [redacted] could do free of charge.

We would like to inform you that we are not scam we are legitimate business we are a 3rd party independent technical support company for iPhone and iPad we are ACU Technosoft LLC our Toll-Free # ###-###-#### we are not sure how you reached us might have as we advertise ourselves in search engines...

through that you might have reached us. We see that a one-time support has been provided on your Apple device against $29.95 on which browser cleanup & software update has been done. We are not sure how or why the popup came on to your device. Also we have refunded the transaction and would like to confirm that there is only one successful transaction the other transaction is a declined charge which will be automatically be reversed by your credit card company, a refund receipt is also attached for the reference.

I was surfing the web...wasn't on a website that was corrupt some how this scam artist of a company prompt that my phone was in danger when it actually wasn't....so I called even though I had a feeling it was a scam from the start but because I use my phone to gain access to almost all of my business I didn't want to take any chances...first off, if you going to scam people please hire ppl who are fluent in ENGLISH and are trained to be scam artists...after going through this filthy process of I ended paying for there fraudulent service...as soon as I got off the phone I did research on my laptop only to find out this was exactly what it was a DIRTY SCAM!!! I call my bank and I'm definitely pressing charges and getting my damn money back...[redacted] has no third party company working for them...and its sad that this company is so called in business doing things like this!!

[Your Answer Here] On 2/**/16 a pop-up appeared on my iPad stating it had been infected by a virus. In order to get rid of it I needed to contact Apple Tech Support at the number on my screen. All the time this was going on I remained on the internet. When they answered the phone  I told them what had happened and they knew exactly what happened and they could clean it up for $29.95 a one time charge. In their response to my complaint they say I called for support on my iPhone. I don't own an iPhone only an iPad.It also says I was unable to connect to the internet which was not true. I was always  connected my response was because of the pop-up .

I was tricked into buying there product without knowing specifics. I could not understand acu rep as she was speaking with foreign accent and would not slow down conversation so I was confused about transaction.
I do not recommend this company for any services or products. I am still unsure if I am being charged monthly for a service I never wanted.

your credit card, the blockage on your Safari application was due to some malicious activities from the internet, unknowingly you might have clicked into any of the malicious links which resulted in blocking your safari browser. Going into the settings of your device  and clearing the browsing history is one of the troubleshooting steps to reset your safari browser so that you can start using Safari application again.

Apple says that they have never heard of you and they don't stand behind you.  I think this is a scam and so did the person I talked to at apple. I have had to cancel my credit card because of this. Very helpful! Language barrier was sometimes an issue, but he stayed patient with me to resolve my issues.

Outstanding customer service! the tech was very helpful, efficient, and reassuring. They fixed all the issues I had my ipad which included viruses. It now runs faster. Will definitely use their service again!

This company sent a link to my elderly parents cell phone saying that their phone was infected. Claimed to be Apple Tech support "click this link" when they did it it crashed their safari and they told them they could fix for 49.95. Total scam and we have placed in dispute with credit company. They said they will call when they figure out the issue!

This company is a scam. Their number came up in safari claiming that my ipad had viruses. They scared me into paying 34.95. something should be done about these business practices.
