We have investigated with our internal team unfortunately the email address wrongly mentioned in the response to customer’s Complaint. As  customer is not satisfied with the services and  claiming 100% refund we have already refunded to the customer and also corrected the email id in our database. Here something need to clear as per customer description of relation between ACU Technosoft and Customer its misrepresentation we are an online independent technical support company and we provide services for apple product. We never claim we are apple or we have any type of association with apple, we do advertisement our service online in Banner Ad network and on search engine network customer may got our details form any of those source.ACU TECHNOSOFT, LLC[redacted]

My review matches exactly with the "Additional Complaints" located within the Revdex.com Complaints section. My question is: ACU Technosoft claims to be working in conjunction with [redacted], and has website [redacted], where you pay and then activate their "magic cure" for your "virus laden" cell phone and all associated devices... how do they cure your phone, what is the method for removing the viruses and instilling the enhanced security?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.  I do however do not agree with ACU's practice of phishing to gain business.  The service was not explained to me in detail at the time of the occurrence as it was explained in this complaint.  I also NEVER received invoices for the services as promised (and attached to this complaint).

The customer was charged with $19.95 as she was on a recaring payment, as it was informed the amount will be refunded in 3 - 5 business days we did because of thanksgiving it might have got a couple of days delay, however we have a confirmation that the amount has been refunded to her, also...

Review: My son was led to believe through Internet on iPad that iPad wouldn't work until He paid $29.95 to this company. Nothing was wrong with iPad - something He clicked on on the internet - likely a site from this company - led him to believe something was wrong with iPad. I believe this is a scam. I later looked up this company because I felt He had been scammed and found a bunch of complaints online. I know iPads rarely get viruses. This company said it was affiliated with Apple and I believe this is a lie. I would like my money back. I tried to call the company but couldn't get through. I would like a refund of my $29.95 and all my personal information deleted.

Fraud. No doubt. To get the faulty claim "call Apply to fix virus" away, simply go to settings, safari, and clear all data/info. It will go away. I paid $50. Only realized fraud next day when I called back, recognized the mans voice, and he tries to make me pay the 'one time fee' a second time, then hung up.

Review: Like others who have complained, a pop-up message appeared on my iPad saying I had a virus. The msg provided an Apple tech support number to call. I called and after answering a series of questions, was told they could take care of my problem with a software upgrade for $29.95. I declined and terminated the call. A hour later, I got the same pop-up and it fully blocked my use of Safari. I called again and went through the same series of questions. I asked more questions to try to validate the authenticity of the service, such as: Q: were they really associated with Apple? A: [redacted] (I should have better understood what that statement inferred), Q: why wasn't this free? A: [redacted]. At that point, I didntthinkI had a choice if I wanted to keep using Safari, so I paid the fee. The woman provided me with her name and extension and told me how the charge would appear. I also received an email confirmation. After ending the call, I did not receive further pop-ups. I researched the company and found many discussions and similar complaints.Desired Settlement: I don't know how the company blocks individual devices with the pop-ups but they need to stop their deceptive tactics. I want a full refund and I am hoping there will be no further issues with them accessing my credit card.

I am completely satisfied with my tech service through ACU Technosoft and will continue to seek service from them. I really appreciate their effort to minimize the support cost for me. will definitely recommend their services to friends and family.
