I disagree with Entrepreneurs Sales' assertion that the company left several voicemails and sent a letter to me concerning the lack of availability of the BOOK I had ordered back in July It was only the submission of a Revdex.com complaint that prompted this company to contact me
Entrepreneurs Sales' purchase contract does not stipulate a substitute can be provided if a BOOK is unavailable, only in the case where a magazine is not in stockConsequently, my sales contract was breached because the product was "not available through our company" as noted in their Revdex.com responseThe company should REFUND my original purchase price without delay, as their no refund policy would be void
Over six months have passed from the date of my original purchaseThe company's proposed remedy is UNACCEPTABLEI hoped to support the Entrepreneurs Sales' employee when he stopped by my home last year, but this experience will keep me from making purchases in a like manner in the futureI recommend potential customers avoid this company!
