This company finally emailed me back after I filed the complaint with you, the City of Brunswick (Since they were soliciting without a door to door permit) and with the Attorney General's office. In their email they told me that they no longer carried the products we ordered and wanted me to select a different product. They said they sent me a letter in Sept to let me know the books were no longer available but we never received any letter and I doubt it was sent. I responded to their email saying there are no other products I want from the selection they offered and that I wanted a full refund of [redacted] which is the [redacted] for the books we ordered & never received plus the [redacted] service fee they were charging to ship them. They never responded to my refund request email and considering this has been going on for months I do not want this case closed until I receive a refund from them for the full amount we paid them: [redacted] I have attached a copy of the email correspondence

I have not received any response from the company in the mail as you refer too. If they are saying they need more info from me, it is just a delay tactic. Every time I contacted them I left my info including the receipt number and my name and address. I will respond to them aGAIN. This transaction took place on 2/6/15!!!! They also defrauded 3 of my neighbors with the same scam.

Respectfully, Entrepreneurs Sales (ES) has provided me a similar response each time I have contacted it about my not having received this order. For example, when I contacted ES in June, I was advised that I would receive my magazine in July or August, and my books in July. In September, ES advised that I would receive my books at the end of September, and my magazine in October or November. No publication ever has arrived. Further, ES's response, above, is that "the magazines will arrive with the December issues." I only ordered one magazine, not magazines (plural), and ES' response mentions nothing about my two books. For these reasons, I do not trust that I will receive any of my ordered publications "with the December issues" or otherwise. I therefore repeat and renew my demand for a full and immediate refund of my purchase price, [redacted] Thank you!

They have said that they would start sending magazines so many times. They have never stuck to an agreement and just "buy time." By promising free magazines in the future or sending one every few months. They are very shady and should be shut down and reviewed for criminal activity. I have been talked to like a dog to them, lied to and ignored. I really hope they get caught for their lies. It was not a lot of money, but if they do this to numerous people, it's quite rewarding for them. One word SCAM. I implore that their customers all be contacted to see if this is a pattern. Also, they will never offer refunds and I didn't even get the product that I initially ordered. Pleased look after hard working American consumers and investigate this further. I work for a living and my dollars should not be stolen. Thank you.

1. I was never told by your "sales reps" that post-dated checks were not accepted so that is a lie. So this company states it is on the receipt... Ok, when it is size 10 font and the "sales reps" are impatiently waiting moving back and forth waiting for the checks to be written. Unreal. I should have received my money weeks ago due to their error yet they will not take responsibility for their wrong doing. Rude, awful, obnoxious customer service that never returns voicemails. I have nothing nice to say about this company and I will leave it at that. Never in a million years will anyone from my family, friends and including myself will buy anything from this company again. They deserve to be shut down for putting me into the financial crisis that I am in now. I have also sent a complaint to the States Attorney of Indiana. In the State of Indiana, this company is not in good standings with them either.
