I have been told on 3 different occasions that the refund has been submitted to [redacted] and that it would be 2-4 weeks before I received my refund. The first time I was told this was on 6/14/15. That was over 3 months ago. I would like to speak with the owner to see why the refund for a purchase made on 4/23/15 has not been given. The number listed above is the business number that I have already called. When I ask to speak to someone in charge of refunds they advise me that the owner, Ms [redacted], is in charge of refunds and that I am not allowed to talk to her nor can they give me her number or email. I do t want excuses as to why the refund is still "2-4" weeks from getting to me. I simply want my refund and wish to speak to the owner responsible for said refunds.

I have been trying to get my money back for this door to door scam for 5 MONTHS. This is unacceptable. Every time they respond they simply say that they are processing the refund. In no way should a refund process take 5 months. If I do not receive my full refund by October 13, 2015 I will file a small claims lawsuit against [redacted] and Entrepreneurs Sales.

At this point in time, 5 months after purchase, I no longer want the subscriptions, I want a full refund of our funds.
I will attach a copy of our sales receipt. However, I find it interesting that the company cannot look at their bank account and see that our check was deposited by them on 6/20/17. At least that is what my bank indicates.

We received the check on approx. Dec 28 (postmarked date). This was tellingly within days of Revdex.com following up with us to see if payment had been issued (it had not) and Revdex.com reaching out to Entrepreneur Sales yet again. We did also receive a call on 1/9/18 to confirm receipt of check from company; as a side note the ONLY call we have received from the company in spite of numerous messages left for them over several weeks time originally. I am extremely pleased with the Revdex.com and how they have handled, followed through, and assisted in resolving this issue. I feel that the company did in the end what they should have, refunded the money in light of the fact they did not provide a service (fraud?). I would however say that as a whole Entrepreneur Sales appears to use questionable methods and is extremely limited integrity. Had I not kept the receipt (for over 6 months) and done due diligence in contacting Revdex.com this would have never been resolved, which is I am sure the norm. In the end, I wish my husband had just given the young man selling the magazines $50 cash. It would have likely been actually helpful for him and I am guessing he has been taken advantage of by this company as they attempted to do to us.

This doesn't explain anything to me other than being a generic response. Will someone be in contact with me now via email or phone in order to return the refunded cash? Are they planning on mailing out the refund immediately or is there a time frame in which I should expect it by?
What does this response even entail other than someone basically saying they hope to resolve this complaint? This basic response does not suffice.
I have also added attachments, including my original request for my refund as well as a picture of the receipt. Hoping this information on hand (which they also have in a handful of emails) can help speed up the refund process.
