I have been an Adore Me customer for several yearsI love the product selection, and everything I have gotten has been high quality, particularly in the last yearsI like that I can easily skip each month, and even if I forget, I can request a refundI believe this company does all it can to satisfy its customersFree shipping each way is a huge plus, and a day return policy on lingerie is amazing!
My order hasn't been processed since 11/**/and nothing has yet been delivered and I received and email asking how was my deliveryI have tried to communicate with Adore Me via email and by phone and yet I have no answers as to why my order hasn't shipped if the money has been taken outVery upset customer!!
I honestly think that people complaining that this is a scam just didn't bother to read what they were signing up for and are blaming a decent, legitimate company for their own mistake
I first came across AdoreMe in early as part of my lifelong search for an underwire bra that's actually comfortableImpressed by the beautiful bra sets and great on-site product reviews, I added a set to my cartThen I noticed the VIP or 1-time-only options (very clear, you can't miss it)So I read on-site about the VIP process and then searched out reviews online, and sad to say, I was put off by the overwhelmingly bad reviews, including those on here along with, at that time, an F rating
For months I had an inner debate with myselfI was afraid to sign up for the VIP program because of all the claims of this company being a scam, but I really wanted to try one of their bras, but I didn't want to pay $for something I wasn't sure I would like when I could get it for $by signing up for VIP, but I was afraid to sign up for fear of my card being charged undulyAnd round and round I wentFinally in November I decided to just go for it and my only regret is that I didn't sign up sooner
[1] The option to opt out of VIP is, as I said, quite obvious during the check-out process
[2] The bras are beautiful, well constructed and so comfortable
[3] Shipping is promptI've received all my orders within to calendar days after ordering
[4] The return/exchange process is a breeze, just put the item back in the box, tape on the pre-paid return label and take to the post office
[5] The one time I contacted customer service I received a prompt replyI just had a question as to whether using my code for a free bra, after buying 5, counted as my shop-or-skipIt doesn't
[6] You get emails on the 1st of every month reminding you to shop or skipYou will also see reminders if you follow their social mediaThere's really no excuse for forgetting, unless you're someone who is not online often, in which case that's something you need to take into account before signing up for VIP
[7] I can't speak to how hard it is to unsubscribe or to get a refund for the monthly charge for failing to shop or skip, because I haven't had to do that yet
My only complaint would be that sometimes the sizing is inconsistentI have one style in a *** that feels bigger in the band than my usual ***And another style, the cups ran so small that I had to go up cup sizesBut luckily the exchange process is so easy and you can just keep exchanging until you find the right fit
months later, I have insanely comfortable and gorgeous bra sets (after exchanging 5), nightshirt, and I couldn't be happier with my experience with this company
I ordered a bathing suit in May and returned it in June due to it not fitting properlyAdore me advised me that they would not refund me my money because the bathing suit was "damaged"I tried the bathing suit on one time and it was too big so I simply placed it back in the box that it was shipped inThe bathing suit remained in the same condition that I received it.Adore me has also told several of my friends the same thing when they tried returning a productAdore me will not refund your money or give you your product backThey are stealing money from customer by not returning the product or giving a refund

Quality lingerieNo hanging strings, material feels wonderful on my skinVery reasonably priced compared to some of the other woman's intimate stores out thereThey have a great selection, there's something for everyoneEven my husband, who is very picky, finds things for me he loves
I love the adore me products, quality of materials, and their website

This company is great and the customer service is even better if you ever have to call in
All of my orders come at a reasonable amount of time after I order it, and all the products are accurate to the description
My daugter used this site to buy something It charged my credit card for from what I can tell nothing Try to call their 1-number and get a busy signal all day long The fact that this business is Revdex.com accredited makes me rethink if what the *** the Revdex.com actually doesTo give this business accredidation is joke

I have read their response, and still entirely believe they should refund me for all of the charges, howeverWhen I spoke to them beforehand I told them to cancel my account or whatever was linking me to getting chargedThey said I was not going to be charged any longerBut on October *** they charge my credit card AGAINI am sending you a snapshot of online banking to show their chargeThis is unbelievableI'm just a young woman, Im certainly not made of moneyAnd $monthly charges that won't stop do add up for someone like meI'm not using their products, I asked to be removed from the vip listI was given a confirmation I was removed, yet they charge me againThis needs to stop, I deserve to be refunded in full, and if not in full at least for the charge they took after I cancelled my "subscription".

discount did not apply to order # ***after the customer
logged in due to the fact that this promotional offer was only available for
first-time ordersThe customer had already placed their first order on Dec **,
2011, and that is why the coupon did not apply
Moreover, I have attached a screen shot of the banner, as it
appeared at the top of the sale page
The
package was delivered, therefore the customer is welcome to return the sets for
a refundThe customer needs to make sure to ship back the complete sets in their new, unworn condition, within days of deliveryMore

Every time I am provided with a beautiful set that makes me feel beautiful like never before in cute packagingI have never had any problems with my items or with being charged when I shouldn'tI skip the month when I don't want anything and they are very clear wit how the VIP membership works and they email you several times about shopping or skippingI have replaced all of my underwear with their items and they are excellent quality:)
I've used AdoreMe for months now and never had any problemsI don't know what their customer service is like because I've never had issues with them- packages are always delivered on time and in perfect condition, the garments are always exactly what I expect and great quality, and though they are a subscription based website, they send me a text every month to remind me to cancel that month's charges! On the off chance I forget, I can go back and cancel the last month's charges too! If I want lingerie I always order from this site
My wife really likes the fit and comfort of your products! I love them too!

a membership confirmation email, then two reminder emails before the ***
reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchaseCustomers who do
neither before the *** are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit
available for their use at any time

The customer did not skip or make a purchase in February

and 07/**/but contacted us on 08/**/and was unsubscribed at the time
