I love all the bras and panties that I've gotten from Adore Me, Inc You can't can't a better bra/pantie set for this price They fit true to size and wear like iron Haven't bought one that I don't love I'm still trying to figure out sizing on the lingerie and sleepwear

I am incredibly upset as to how this company runs their business with their clientsI have written several documented emails, had numerous conference calls and due to the errors on their end regardless of ALL the documentation and recordings of calls, this business has not only failed to follow thrgh on reimbursing me for a membership I no longer authorized as of last year but they have charged me an additional $dollars that they agreed they wld issue a refund for and have not way beyond the close dateI cannot reach the corporate as this has been a lot of lengthy work on my end to resolve....& no one seems to careWhy should they? They just pocketed all my money for me having purchased nothing from any of itThey have also removed all my credits of payments to be used in addition tooI have never worked with a company ever that treats their customers like thisIt's unbelievable!!

Adore Me is very convenient and delivers within time frame given with no problemsWill continue to shop with Adore Me

I looked into the customer’s case, and see that they have since reached us and been unsubscribed
as of 6/**/as well as refunded in the amount of $for the month of June
We are not trying by any means to force customers in a subscription program
I have attached below a screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment options (as seen in image #1):
Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent
a membership confirmation email, then two reminder emails before the ***
reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchaseCustomers who do
neither before the *** are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit
available for their use at any time

The customer did not skip or make a purchase in
April and was charged on 04/**/2014, 05/**//2014, and 06/**/As previously
stated I have refunded her and, unsubscribed her from the VIP Membership

Absolutely love their products and always deliver on timeI have had to return one item due to fit and customer service was very prompt and easy to deal with

I have never dealt with a company with such useless "customer service"I use that term very loosely, because apparantley they do not have the power to do anything at all other than answer the phone and scream at their customersI have called at this point timesI tried to exchange a robe, and they have the robe but refuse to give me the credit or the refundAt this point I am so disgusted by them I will canceling my membership, for going the free item I have earned, and will be sure to tell everyone I know not to use themI am a boudoir photographer and I have been referring hundreds of customers to themThat will be not be the case anymorePS if you talk to a Mike or a Jasmine out of Florida tell them to go to hell for meThey both spent a fair amount of time on the phone screaming at me saying all kinds of crazy stuffThey are terrible
