When I ordered it said my order would arrive between 3-buisness days after shipment and my order arrived about month after shipmentIt took way too long and even though I emailed the sight, their response was always that my shipment should arrive soonI didnt order during a holiday time so I do not know why it took so longI understand they have mamy shipments but I still think it took too longThe items were very nice but unfortunately because of the shipment I was not able to take my items on vacation with me which was the purchase of my order

I've ordered from Adore Me three times in the past and had to return onceSo I can confirm they offer a high quality product and additionally, have a no hassle return policy that's easy to use and doesn't require contacting customer serviceEverything you need comes right in the box
I really love adoreme Whether it's bras or pajamas I've fallen in love with it all! What I wish is that all of your bras were the same size Everywhere else I'm a 36c here I'm a 38c or sometimes larger because the bra straps and the band's aren't the same length as others that I've bought

As the attached documents show, I have been charged yet again for "store credit" without my permission as of 6/*/Therefore, the business's assertion that I contacted them and my unwanted subscription was cancelled as of 5/**/is an outright lieThis business is clearly dishonest, and in addition to my original requests I would like this most recent $refunded immediately

Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent
a membership confirmation email, then two reminder emails before the fifth
reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchaseCustomers who do
neither before the fifth are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit
available for their use at any time
Emails regarding membership sent to the customer in question (as seen in image
#2):

Adore Me conducts its solicitations, billing, sales, returns, and other processes through the internetThe fact that it has a completely different policy for refunds, i.erequiring a non-electronic letter, shows that Adore Me is adding an additional impediment to discourage consumers from seeking refundsIn addition, this is an "opt-out" system, whereby the consumer must take affirmative action to avoid being billed for absolutely nothing, other than a store credit, which has no value added, since the consumer could just as easily pay for the product at the time of orderingIn a class action lawsuit, it wil be interesting to see how much unexpended funds Adore Me bills, collects, and ultimately keeps
